The area does not feel safe. We tried calling the front desk Friday morning, but no one would answer the phone. The following morning we went to the front desk and asked for towels. When we got in late Saturday night, no fresh towels. I went to the front desk and she stated she could not get in to where the linens were. Finally, she told me she had two washcloths, and I could go to the weight room to get some "pool" towels there. Keep in mind, this was after midnight that i was having to walk the hotel grounds (all outside). I was literally frightened. The grounds are full of cigarette butts and i also smelled some "odd" odors as I was walking around. Also, the breakfast provided is very limited and is not good at all! We will never stay there again! Lights in the bathroom and over the sink are either broken or about to come off tge wall in the room, furniture is damaged, and we were made to put down a $100 deposit on our credit card. This was awful!!

Asked for a second set of towels and it took 2 days to receive. One towel each was not enough, we like to use two. The best part was the free breakfast.

Filthy room outlets don’t work took 30 minutes to check in bathroom toilet seat was broken

Convenient. Room had lots of visible damage: smoke detector hanging, missing drawer pulls, stained ceiling, dirty bathroom, broken towel rack, screaming girl all night, cursing and yelling. Lots of maintenance needed. Had to wait almost 30 min to check in—no one at front desk. When we checked out the host was literally in a screaming argument with a family trying to get back into their room after coming back from going out for breakfast. She would not let them back in because it was 11:05 a.m. it was unprofessional and embarrassing. There was a child there as well.

Im so tired of spending money with Expedia for poor hotels. This room had no air conditioning and its the middle of summer. Everytime i stay in a property expedia endorses its horrible.

The room air conditioner leaked and had been leaking for a while musky and not clean breakfast was terrible the orange juice machine was not working so there was no orange juice or cranberry juice waffle was chocolate just had a terrible time

Hotel is very worn and smelt like urine and musk and had mold on walls. We ended up just swimming in the pool and went to shower and sleep at a different hotel. The pool was well kept, the room not so much. I will never return and do not recommend you stay here.

The hotel is well worn and needs updating. The room was clean but not exceptional. The room was very musty smelling but the room spray we brought helped. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was pretty good. I only had to stay one night and might not go back if I can find a $100 dollar hotel that is cleaner and more up to date.

Checked in at 10 at night and was super tired but when I got to the room it was not as nice as the pictures and it didn’t smell the best and was very dated. Once I got into the room I checked the beds and found a bed bug so I went to the office to see if we could just get a refund and unfortunately it was nonrefundable so I ask could we be moved to a whole different part of the property which she did but the room door was dead so she finally got us into another room. Staff was great and helped out but the property is definitely dated and not super clean…wouldn’t recommend

Run down room. Duct tape held the weatherstripping on the door. Towel bar wasn’t attached to the wall. Stains were on the sheets. Felt I needed to wear shoes on all the time.

I’m just sick of the deposits

The lady at the front desk was super nice! But the room needed to be updated, concrete around pool was busted, and ice machine not working near our room. Still better than other hotels in the area.

Sheets, towels, and pillows were excellent, and the airconditioning unit worked. But the room was old and in disrepair (outlets didn't work, doors banged up, water damage, dirty grout, sink and tub plugs missing, moldy shower curtain). Not the maid's fault--the room needs a makeover. Three of the four bedside lights were not working.

Stay was good. Room was a bit outdated and needed remodeling. Bathtub/shower drain was clogged up a bit. TV kept having to be rebooted. But everything else was ok.

They had a good breafast buffet.

The door had a crack around it that was quarter inch wide and air was getting sucked in and the room always felt humid. Towel rack over commode was about to fall off the wall clean and nice beds and sheets

The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. When we got to the room we were dismayed at how filthy it was. I wish I had taken more pictures, but we checked out quickly to find another hotel. There was what looked like a large amount of dried bodily secretion on the arm chair. It did not appear as if anyone had attempted to clean it (pictured). The arms of the chair also had visible dirt on them. The vent in the bathroom was dirty and covered in mildew/mold (pictured). I'm highly allergic to mold and dealing with serious health issues, so that was a big part of our decision to leave, even knowing we may not get a refund. The bathtub was either badly stained or dirty, hard to tell. The ironing board was also badly stained and/or dirty, as were all of the luggage carts. The safety lock on our room door was busted (pictured). The walls were paper thin. There was someone in the room next to us talking on the phone and we could hear every word he said. We dropped a bag in our haste to leave and had to go back to retrieve it. We found the bag laying by the pool, but it was opened so I asked them to check security footage to ensure no one removed anything because it contained medical records. They couldn't check while I was there, and when I called the next day as instructed the manager hung up on me, despite me being polite and explaining why I was concerned. They refused to issue a refund. I'm shocked at how good the reviews are. There is nothing "quality" about this place.

Very convenient to everything - large pool and excellent breakfast area. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here, with no reservations.

Room was clean and comfortable, front desk staff though pleasant seemed disorganized and not helpful. Room didn't have a hair dryer, we asked for one, never appeared. Otherwise OK for a one night stay.

They are scamming people with deposits in my opinion. They charged a $200 security deposit I was not aware of until I had already paid for the room on expedia so i couldnt get that money back, I went ahead and paid the deposit. We ended up wanting to go home later that night and was told that we wouldnt get the security deposit back until in the morning because they couldnt check the room after dark. My wife was not happy because we paid the deposit in cash and were told we would have to drive back to get it. They called the police and told them we were causing a disturbance. They cops showed up and after talking with them they helped resolve the matter by watching them check the room and helped get our deposit back. They called the cops on us but the cops ended up helping us whats that tell you? They still charged us $12 for a towel that was just used to dry off with after a shower so im not sure if room service is offered because the towel was just dirty not stained. DO NOT BOOK HERE, it is a scam

Property is very outdated. Bathroom tub did not drain well. Outlets did not work, I had to straighten my hair by the night stand. We also had two other rooms rented for family and they had to switch rooms due to no lights working, bath tub not draining. Would not stay here again. Thankfully we were only in town for a funeral so it was basically a place to sleep. The rate should be more like $10/night for what we got.

Best breakfast and very comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Love all day coffee. It is a little older and could use a little updating . But okay otherwise. Prices were reasonable just surprised about security deposit. My checkout was quick and deposit returned. I would stay again.

Staff was wonderful, easy check in and out. Room was clean, bed super comfy and breakfast had many options.

We had to switch rooms because of a leaking toilet. Which was very inconvenient, giving it being on the second floor where we had no luggage carts to use. There was also no elevator which meant we had to carry everything upstairs, we have kids so we had quiet a few things. It's was quiet and restful. Pool was still closed for the season but fitness room was open. Hot breakfast every morning, although limited to the same items every day, but food is food and we didn't go hungry. Staff was distant and house keeping was a lil rude. But front desk was pollite but to the point.
