Black mold in bathroom. Uncomfortable beds, no late check out, employee came into room 6 times before check out time morning of departure. Close walk to Disneyland.

Booked a Kids room online, which was supposed to have 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. They called me the morning of check in and said they accidentally overbooked and didnt have that room available. They offered a 2 queen room, which was a downgrade, but promised to have 2 rollaway beds for no charge in the room. When we arrived we didnt have any rollaways in our room. I called front desk and they said they would send it. The maintenance guy came and told me they only had 1 roll away left because they ran out. I went to the lobby and asked what else could be done. They said they were fully booked and all they could do was give us extra pillows and blankets. So one person had to sleep on the floor. Not happy with the way it was handled. They only waived the parking fee and that was it. Very unhappy that there was no other solution and someone had to sleep on the floor!

Our room was on the ground floor which should have been great because I am a wheelchair user. Except our room in a weird little hole. And I got trapped in my room for a little while because apparently that hall is weird they parked all the rental scooters.

The property was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. It’s a super short walk across the street to Disneyland. The parking situation was the biggest downside, as the property has more rooms than parking spaces, so if you need your vehicle, it’s inconvenient. Also, we found a pair of socks in our room that didn’t belong to us, which is the biggest reason I would not give it 5 stars for cleanliness.

Room was nice and looked renovated. Nice little touch of a towel decoration. I was on the bottom floor. The people upstairs were heavy walkers and dropping things. So you might want upstairs. Parking is not included and as expensive as the park.

Every time we come to Disney we stay here! Great place clean, bunk beds available. Pool is clean relaxing. Easy walk across street to Disney. Great places to eat with Family. Staff is Very Nice.

Beds are old/ hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows are hard/ lumpy and gross. Floor was sticky in room. No insulation for outside noise. Parking is awful. They over park where they have to move cars around.

Everything was good but the only thing was they didn’t changed our bed sheets the second day like other hotels and so early to much noise kids screaming I couldn’t sleep but everything else was great I do recommend it to family and friends thank you

It was pretty good for the price. No complaints at all. Plus it was really close to the entrance to Disney so that was a big plus for us. We enjoyed and would stay again in the future!

Horrible dirty and terrible customer service. They have no parking so the valet your car and they literally take forever to get it back to you. They also damaged my car and told me it was already there. I’m so pissed I hate this place. The sheets on the bed kept coming off and nobody cleaned our room the whole week stay we had.

The hotel was exactly as expected. It was clean and the front desk was friendly. The only problem we ran into was the car valet told us to come back in an hour even though we were there after the guaranteed parking time of 11 am. The proximity to Disneyland was amazing for my children who need breaks.

Great location for Anaheim Conv. Center. Very safe parking. Large room. Only issue was an alarm that started going off somewhere under the sofa at about 6 am. Could never find it, so woke up very tired since I had gotten to the room quite late.

The communication was unclear, they would not allow an early check in which is fine but I also could not add the name of another adult for a room that was already paid for and it took time out of our family trip. Also, you need to pay an additional fee for parking and it is only if they have space. We did get a spot but we got there very early, they could do better at planning. Only perk is that it is so coinvent if you are going to Disneyland and the room was clean and comfortable once we did get in.

Very disappointed in the electrical outlets, Half in the room didn't work and it was hard to find working ones to charge the scooter I rented. The comfort of the room was amazing. My grand-daughter loved the bunkbeds.

I was so happy with our stay! Our room was beautiful, there were fun touches to the room, the staff were the friendliest people I’ve met at a hotel bordering Disneyland, and they gave us cookies at check in! A huge thank you to Del Sol for making us feel special our whole Oogie Boogie trip!

We came to Anaheim for the rundisney race and it was an extremely hot weekend. Gentleman at the counter provided excellent service. He was kind, and polite, he even let us check in an hour early and passed out cookies for our stay. Our rooms were clean, AC worked amazing, and rooms were spacious. The hotel is also in walking distance to the Disney parks, and various food options. Checkout was really easy and quick. I look forward to my next stay here.

Great hotel! It was clean, rooms were updated and staff were very friendly. My kids loved the towel animal on our bed when we arrived. The distance to Disneyland can’t be beat! We will definitely stay here again.

The room walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. People walking above you until 1 am but sounds like stomping. The people in the morning walking out to the park. You can hear their whole conversation. Then bunk beds were more like sleeping pads than mattresses. People smoke weed and it gets in your room. But honestly the people were awesome! Just not the best design.

Ideal location for Disney. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t really use any of the facilities as only used room to shower and sleep in, but couldn’t fault the room. Room was large and very comfortable

Parking is very limited, if you take a larger SUV or truck it will be difficult to get in and out. You also run a risk getting blocked in and not being able to leave on time for a flight. We had to wait 30 mins for the valet to arrive in the morning because no one could move the car but him. Besides that. The staff is very nice and helpful, the pool has trees all around it for some privacy. The fact that its further in the property helps with traffic nosie.
