The first room’s door was ajar when we got there, it was not vacuumed, the curtains were shredded, it was generally dirty and there was poop in the toilet. We asked for another room. It was modestly better. Still smelled bad.

This hotel should be put out of its misery, it’s barely breathing. - No front desk service, you’re on your own. - No towels provided in rooms. The room was very dirty and it smelled terrible like someone threw up and it it wasn’t cleaned. The bed had stains, the curtains had blood on them. The wall in the bedroom had poop next to the toilet paper holder. Once I tried to turn on the tv, it would not turn on. I went to ask for a new remote and a person who actually spoke English came to the room with me. I later found out that, that person actually lives there. It was an awful experience and I want a full refund!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of repair! The man at front had a poor attitude. He told us to park around back and use the back doors to get in. The back door didn’t work. The front office said we had to walk to the side door because, “that door has been broken.” So they knew the door wasn’t working, but directed us that way regardless. We walked to the side entrance and had to walk off the path into the dirt and bushes, because the trees were overgrown on the walk way. The hallway seemed very dirty - like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The smell was very odd - definitely not clean! The door to our room didn’t close correctly. It locked, but it didn’t seem secure. Many things should have been taken down and painted over. There wasn’t tissue in the tissue box. The towel bar was broken and the towels were badly stained (smelled of strong bleach). The shower had decent pressure, but the shower itself needs to be replaced. There is a lot of rust. The toilet started coming up. The front desk asked, “Isn’t there a plunger next to the toilet?” In other words, fix it yourself. The fridge didn’t look like it has been defrosted in months. The curtains are tattered and ripped. The chair looked like it had been malled by a cat. There were bugs in the windows, party favors behind the tv, and the carpet looked filthy. I don’t think anyone cleaned it thoroughly. The sink filled up each time we used it, regardless of the amount of water used. READ ALL REVIEWS - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It is right across from Morgan hill sports complex. Perfect location if you are traveling to tournaments at sports complex. Make sure to take your own toiletries, beds were comfy and breakfast was filling. It could have been cleaner, some of the walls looked filthy and needed to be wiped down. They should tear out old carpet and put new flooring. Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall it was not bad for a short notice stay.

The room was clean, the tv remote did not work. I had to go to the desk to get a second remote which also did not work, when i complained i was told to use the bomuttons on the tv. Thw wifi also did not work. The room security lock didnot work, in fact it was missing. The public areas were filthy and the security door to the parking lot was broken and propted open with a n aluminum can so you could getvin and out. We had to go to the desk to get freash towels. And the room was not serviced the entire 4 days we were there. I will never book with Quailty inn ever again. The staff was also very rude and dismissive of our complaints.

This was The worst quality inn I have ever stayed at. Overflowing trash in the parking lot, someone living in an RV, exterior doors do not lock, hallways are filthy and have trash Stout, the privacy lock on my door have been kicked in, water dripped constantly in the shower, hair dryer didn’t work, no ice bucket, no Kleenex, curtains and disarray, open wiring in the ceiling. When I checked in, they didn’t check my ID or my card and sent me upstairs to a room that had not been cleaned. Offered no apology made me come back to the front. Bring all my stuff back downstairs and sent me to another room. No Wi-Fi code. There was an empty tank of nitrous in the hallway all four days I was there. Stay anywhere else.

We actually did not stay at this location. when we arrived there was a couple waiting to be assisted. No one behind the counter. as we waited I noticed cobwebs hanging from the coffee table in the lounge. when we got to the room there were more cobwebs in the corner new the above the drapes. We also noticed mysterious markings on the wall that looked disgusting. The tissue box container was roughed in to the sink, but never finished or filled.

I checked in around 730pm after a long day of traveling. Staff was rude, didn’t even explain where my room was. When I get into the room, it’s filthy. There were towels all over the bathroom floor, the bed was trashed, and there was a ton of trash in the room. This room clearly did not get serviced before it was given to me. When I called to complaining about the room, the clerk acted like it was an inconvenience. I went to the front desk to get my new room, he was eating jack in the box and it was all over the front desk. Not a good stay, I will not be recommending this to my company for future travel accommodations.

In our room, the carpet was noticeably dirty, pieces of candy and food on the carpet by the beds, the pool had an order by city that it was closed "unsafe". Do not stay here.

I stayed here a year ago and it was good enough for the price so I booked it again. This year our stay was disgusting. The reception desk was covered with messy paperwork, the bedspread and towels had brown stains, the breakfast was dismal, the hallways were dirty and there was old smelly trash in the hallways. Place was filthy! None of the outside doors were locked so anyone could walk in. There was stains on the bed skirt blood maybe. The windowsill was loaded with bugs and other dirt. There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door. Oh and the a/c was loud and full of black dust. I stay at plenty of cheap/budget motels but this one was one of the worst. Everything was filthy. I thought I’d taking pictures but really I was just to grossed out. We slept and left first thing in the morning.

We were assigned a room and it had a broken window. Got another room and it had holes in the walls. The water was cold, no garbage bin or ironing board/iron. Lampshades were missing, carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. Eggs and sausages at breakfast were cold. Customer service was poor. We checked out after one night only. Terrible place.

I felt so unsafe staying here. There was a balcony and the door didnt lock. The front desk could care less to be there and was not friendly. It was also so dirty. Garbabge in the halls, trash all out side. The back door was held open with a dirty rag and orange. Stains on blanket and dirty shower. Always read reviews first. I will think twice about saving a few bucks.
