Wequassett Resort and Golf Club offers 120 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies or patios. For a 5-star award winning hotel, the service-level fell short of of my overall expectations as a first time guest celebrating our anniversary.Guest services forgot to delivery cupcakes, I agreed to pay extra for as a surprise for my husband and daughter. We ran back to room 3x from pool with much anticipation and only offered a simple apology with extended check out? We already had setup noon checkout and guided at 11:30am we could not longer stay. I would have expected some kind of gesture, offering or act of anything to rectify scenario into a positive experience but I feel no effort or attempt was made. Considering the cost of room and access to a cute coffee shop- a simple gesture could have went a long way…..

The staff is superior and very helpful and accommodating. The “Cookie Monster” Furukh (may have misspelled ) is a huge hit with my kids and family. He’s the kind of employee that will have us coming back again! The grounds are stunning and looks like an English garden!

Nice place but not a 5 star. The people and service 5 star, the resort needs a spa and some more amenities. Feels like an apartment complex a bit which I do not care for. That said food was food, people fantastic , I think they need some renovations updating and a spa.

I liked that it’s on the water and the amenities- pool, beach,and restaurants with fresh seafood were great. Staff and service was wonderful making the resort an enjoyable experience during our stay.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we got the room with the balcony overlooking the water and it was absolutely stunning. I love this place, we will definitely return. Everything was perfection from everyone we encountered. I give this Wequassett Resort A+. Also, the food at 28 Atlantic was top tier. Best staycation ever❤️

Once in the room it was nice, but felt like we were going in a back door of the room, did not have a welcoming feeling. You had to walk a distance to your car, and felt separated from the resort amenities. But appreciated the complimentary strawberries and wine for my birthday getaway!

Good parts: Dining room and verandah were lovely and great views of the water. Not so good: As other reviewers indicated, room was tired and my cottage didn’t include any outdoor space. For that cost I would expect a nicer space.

First time here. I had never been to Cap Cod, so I researched places to stay, and the 'Wequassett Resort' kept coming up. I read the reviews from guests, and everything was positive, so I booked our stay there. Wow, very nice! It's beautiful, clean and the employees are well dressed, professional and very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay. Upgraded to view room and worth it. Lovely grounds and pools. Pricey but delicious restaurants.Just wish landscapers didn't start noisy weed removal machines at 8 am.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, the service was outstanding and the landscape breathtaking! However, the noise coming for the room upstairs did not let us sleep, you could literally hear even the footsteps! Also, the parking situation was horrible! They constantly have events at this resort and they don't have a parking area for these events, so the people coming for these events or just to dine at the restaurants take the parking spots of the guess staying at the hotel, therefore, instead of finding a parking spot infant of your room you have to go around and around the property trying to find parking and park very far away. This was extremely inconvenient for us with a young child.

Fantastic place to relax and recharge. We visited off season (early April) and resort was still getting ready for peak summer. We enjoyed the facility and staff was really great. Superb place to stay. Now we need to visit this place in summers or fall.

The service at the property was fantastic! From the restaurants to the pool, housekeeping, etc.. they are top notch. Food at 28 Atlantic & the pool cafe were also outstanding. Rooms were good, not great, but overall it's the best property on the Cape.
