This place was filthy and mold infested. I paid a premium for this place only to be charged $150 for housekeeping which didn’t exist. They charge you for extra towels. My bathtub was clogged with hair. The TV’s had one remote and a post-it note stating that it worked in both rooms. The TV’s were set to turn off automatically after an hour or less of use. The bunk beds lacked rails and were unsafe for use. The whole place smelled like wet dog food. The room had a worn out 70’s feel. Everything was dusty and dirty. You had to remove your out trash before leaving or face consequences. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say, I could have rented two or three rooms up the street athe Hampton in for the price I paid for my two night stay at this place.

This place is not worth the money. I will not ever stay here again. Blood stains on the couch. You have to wash your sheets and towels yourself. You have to buy the detergent. It’s hard to navigate to your room. The pool is subpar. Tv channels were incorrect on tv guide list.

Very conveniently located, quiet, safe, a short walk to the beach. Even though the water was shut off 2 nights during our stay, it did not interfere with our very enjoyable stay.

my family has been coming to beach and tennis for over 10 years theres nothing we dont love about it, although the condo we stayed in could have been cleaner. there was sand on the floor once you walked in.

WORST PLACE ever! Don’t go with family! This is so filthy, I took snaps so people can see for themself! The couch lining is so rusty and the curtains have stains of food! The bed smelled so rotten! The remote control was so sticky as if it had food on it for years could you even hold it, the stove burner didnt work has to call maintenance guy early morning, once you book they send email that no housekeeping everyday but once you leave they will charge $110 housekeeping and $25 parking! No coffee packets or basic shampoo or body wash !! I rather stay in hotel than such filthy trashy place! Under name of villa they have some sad depressing apartment complex, don’t get fooled

Nice property. Friendly staff, clean grounds, quality golf courses and shopping nearby and it is less than 300 yards from the Atlantic ocean. Will visit again and stay longer next time

No dishwasher so we had to do a lot of dishes. Only had 2 trash bags for entire visit. Had to reuse them. Toilet paper was sandpaper. No shampoo for travelers. Bag of trash was left on porch from previous guest. Checkin staff was super friendly and efficient.

I received the wrong room. We switched rooms, that room had a leak and we had to switch again all within 30 minutes of checking in. Brian at the front desk was extremely apologetic and helpful.

Pro: The property offered a nice pool and beach. Cons: The unit had cockroaches. I had to wash every single piece of clothing and bag that was in my suitcase in fear of infesting my home.

Room was nice except for we had 2 adults in bunk beds. As far as the staff, they were rude. As soon as we got there the guy at the front desk yelled to keep it down. Then Went to check into coconuts and they were upset we had alot of people. All in all had a nice vacation though!

They charge a cleaning fee for the days you are there but no one cleans it until you leave. The charge $45 dollars for extra wash clothes which is insane. One of the security guards for very rude while entering the gate . The sofa bed had bugs on it. It was not a good stay for us.

As a family of 4 with small children, the resort was accommodating. The room had bunk beds in the wall, a queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa queen bed in the living area but only one bathroom. The beds were not the most comfortable because the queen bed had a dip(a sunken spot)in the middle of the bed, the bunk beds were cot mattresses, and well the sofa bed explains itself. No complaints in the bathroom. There were enough linen and kitchen necessities. There were 2 tvs which was great! We had room C114 which was quiet and had a balcony which helped with loading and unloading the car but security will be driving by all hours to make sure nothing is hanging on the balcony. The view wasnt the greatest but we enjoyed the croaking of the frogs from the nearby ponds. Bring your own alcohol and food; you can bring them in the pool area(huge pool but not the cleanest)as well as to the beach. No fishing during peak months; too many tourists. Try the 'Gator pizza'.. they also deliver. Try the Plantation Cafe, less than a mile; we called ahead ordered curbside pickup. Can check in early to get your $25 parking pass per car and enjoy the resort activities or beach but there is NO room available until 4pm. Be safe and enjoy your stay.

Liked the short walk to the beach. The quietness and I always felt safe.

Property was so so out dated but also dusty, fake plants were full of dust. No beach towels ! What property on the beach doesn’t have beach towels? The entire property is very old and ran down. The indoor restaurants also are very old and dirty. Very bad experience and over priced for sure! Disappointed !

View from our room was nice, we had an ocean view. Room was extremely small and dated. Odd smell. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was not heated so was freezing, but that may just be typical for April! Size of the pool was nice. Beach access was very good. Felt like we were a bit ostracized from the rest of the island, not a lot of places nearby to check out by walking, so we needed to drive. Preferred staying by Coligny Park.
