While my room had a desk, there was no chair so that I could sit at the desk. And I could not figure out how to make the TV work correctly so I gave up on that.

The front desk was not helpful and forthcoming with the layout of the hotel. Our room had stained bedding, hard pillows and a uncomfortable bed. Our room had no blowdryer and alarm clock had no cord. Breakfast was a waffle or sugared ceral and choice of apple, banana and orange. You could not identify the hotel working staff .

Bugs in bathtub. Loud irritating buzz outside of room. Room had a stale/ must smell. The lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and the toilet leaked and would not flush. In addition, the door handle was partially broken. I would not recommend to anyone. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up flight of outdoor stairs.

The staff does a great job of cleaning around the facility. Too bad some tenants or guest don’t do their part. I notice when I leave in the morning for work there is trash around the premises. But the staff does a really good job of cleaning it throughout the day because when I get back in the evenings the trash is gone. Management is trying really hard to keep this place a nice place.

You can tell that at one time this hotel was very nice. The gentleman that works the breakfast is very rude. Dolly, the lady at the front desk is very sweet and kind. My room stays clean. Nobody ever bothered me. I slept great.

Overall the property itself is OK. You can tell that at one time it was a super nice place, but with time it has gone down. Bed is comfortable and my room was clean. If you do not like the smell of marijuana, do not come here. It can be pretty strong in some areas at certain times. Dolly at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

When it was first built and fully staffed it was likely a useful and attractive property. Now it seems rather run down, odd and empty. Uninviting. Our room smelled of smoke, mildew and whatever one uses to mask those smells. I'd make another choice next time, even for this low price.

My king bed was not available and was given a room with 2. Double beds, there were people all night smoking outside my room. Coffee machine broken, water leak from roof in game room. Parking lot felt very unsafe with unsavory people. At breakfast the food police man, watched everyone’s movement, I was told that I was using the waffle maker incorrectly. I was involved in a verbal confrontation with the food person. I complained at the desk, the male clerk was oblivious to my concerns. It appears the hotel is renting rooms to the homeless. This is not what I expect from this company.

Theres no elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor, you will have to tote your stuff up the stairs. There was a little bit of sketchy looking individuals on the property at night but i believe they had security or police on the property.

My family and I booked a last minute stay here on our three day journey half way across the country. We arrive at the facility, check in, receive room keys and spend the next 15 mins trying to find our room ( they lack signs to point you in the direction) After finally finding the room, our room keys don’t work. We go back to the desk, she “fixes” the keys and then we return to the door to find out it STILL doesn’t work on either room. I call reception to have the staff come to us with a master key but when she arrives she can’t get her key to work for awhile either. At this point I’ve got screaming angry toddlers who are ready to lay down and we have spent 30 HOT minutes just trying access our rooms. The A/C was not working or maybe they were being cheap on the electric bill. After the staff finally get the door to open, my toddler takes off running into the room and when I look inside it is a construction site !! I was beyond angry. The staff asked me for my room numbers, name, and everything a million times, were no help, and now refuse to give a refund for the two rooms. The parking lot was drug central and the place was trashy. AVOID THIS PLAVE AT ALL COSTS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

Ordered a room ahead, they gave us the wrong room. Key cards wouldn't work properly, they fixed them but they broke again while we were loading our belongings in our car. Bottom floor rooms had a lot of moisture in them, probably due to the indoor pool. The bathroom curtain smelled like urine but the water pressure was good. the convention center looked nice though and was very hot in there. The covers were super soft in the bed and the beds weren't to bad, I slept well.

It looks like parts have been renovated, but the room we were in looked like a dog had scratched most of the paint off the door. My husband thought it smelled like dog. The room itself looked pretty clean. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles, cereal, fruit. The area for breakfast was so hot! There were fans going so maybe the a/c was broken. Honestly we didn’t get there till almost midnight and were just looking for something relatively cheap to sleep for a few hours.

This was the worst stay in a quality inn or a hotel ive ever had. Management was rude, argumentative, and not accomodating to basic hotel services. Expected 2 grown men to use the same 1 towel for 5 working nights.

The safety locks on the exterior doors were all disabled. I didn't worry too much about it until 3 cops flew through the parking lot looking for someone. Pool wasn't open. Bathroom in the holidome area was absolutely disgusting. Won't go back there.

I should've know ot was gonna be a crappy experience when I went into the lobby, which was fairly nice and a fellow came to check me in. He wasn't pleasent AT ALL .... The room in itself.. The bed had ants (I was just thankful it wasn't bed bugs.) But, the room wasn't terrible... The next morning we attempted to go swimming. BUT the pool was closed... I would'nt recommend this hotel until it a last resort.. Choice hotels definitely needs to get that whole hotel together.. It jus sad for as much as they charged

Lipstick on a pig. The facility is old and run down with sub par improvements. Floor tile is buckled causing tripping hazard. No air circulation in breakfast area 90+ degrees. Trash on top of east basket over 12 hours and not touched. Ice machine has a sign say ‘broken piece of $***’ taped to it. Outside entrance doors are not secure. Need I say more…..

It was so-so. There was no ac going in the atrium, and was easily over 100 degrees and unpleasant to sit in. Also, the jacuzzi was not heated either. This is the second stay in recent months here, and they did not heat the jacuzzi then as well. When I asked, they person behind the counter said a customer must have broken the switch, which was a lie. I went to the jacuzzi and it was not broken. I suspect they might be cutting corners on heating and AC for the pool and atrium. My room was fine, although there was no Bible in the nightstand. These they can get for free. Other than the room, customers pay for the use of the Atrium and the hot tub, and the management needs to get these in order.

Front desk staff was horrible. Stood in an ever growing line of people with absolutely nobody at the desk. Called the number at the desk, no answer. I’ve makers are broken. Horrendous service.

The toilet wouldn't flush. A towel rack was missing from the bathroom. Dusty furniture. Noisy machinery near the room made noise all night. The "dining room" was hot and humid and the breakfast was below par. The shower water was lukewarm, not hot. I had to replace a light bulb in the room.

The room was advertised to provide breakfast in the morning which was important to me because I was in town to participate in a bicycle race. I confirmed the time of the breakfast at 6 am when I checked in. In the morning I went down to the lobby area for breakfast at 6:10 am but there was nothing or no one where the breakfast was to be served it was completely dark. I went to the desk and told the clerk that there was no breakfast. He was surprised and made a phone call. after a few more minutes told me he could go in and begin to open up but by then I had to leave to get to my race on time. I was very disappointed because of the importance of getting food since I was going to be riding my bike for 12 hours. I called back later the next day to talk to a manager and was told that the person in charge of the breakfast did not show up on time. I requested some sort of refund of the value of the breakfast but was told that they could not do that because I had booked the room through a 3rd party. In light of the fact that I had paid a total of over 160.00 for the room.

Specious room, good queensize beds, good wifi, check in/out no nonsense swift, but: No change of towels or any cleaning during the entire stay, breakfast buffet very, very rudimentary, destinct smell of swimming pool all over the place, environmental unfriendly use of plastic 'tableware' at breakfast.
