The mattress was soaked in urine. We had to switch rooms. The next room the shower was broken. That took a while to fix. Nice place otherwise but it's just getting really old and it's always been a little dirty.

Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Pretty much as expected. Bathroom area by toilet was a bit tight. Hallways were freezing cold, but otherwise all went well.

Everything right there! We are not gamblers but we enjoyed walking around. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the smoke on the Casino levels.

Elevators were so slow all the time .. lines of people waiting. Went to different Bars - never could find the drink we wanted - Rum Bullions what a dive now.. used to have the best drinks - blended too - he "said they are redoing the menu" he didn't know how to bartend thats all - The Bed needed actual pillows

Well the room could have definitely been cleaner. A non smoking room smelled pretty bad on smoke. The room definitely wasn’t wiped down as well as it could have been either. I ended up sick from the room. No fan in the room so the stagnant air was the worst. The heat/air barely worked. The only good thing was they had a shower chair for me and I was very grateful for that!

The first room they gave me was already occupied. Hmmmm to my surprise. They gave me another room.. all good. It happens. The property is fine . But down town Reno needs to be cleaned up…. What happened to this place? The homeless are everywhere Seriously the mayor and city council needs to get involved with this issue ASAP

All four elevators from the parking garage to the hotel were out of service. We had to carry our bags up and down multiple flights of stairs to get to the hotel.

At 10:00pm our smoke detector starting chirping... after my 3rd phone call, they said I could disconnect it and they would make a note of that???it took them until 11:05pm to get somebody up to our room. We had a 3:ooam checkout so we could not get rest. Turns out they had no batteries on site!., I asked if we could change rooms, Front Desk said yes, but we would have to come down to get the keys??? This would mean for us to get dressed and have to wait again for the elevator ride back up due to two of the elevators were out of order..It might not have been so bad if the smoke detector wasn't directly over the headboard..

Upon arrival, I was charged a fee I was unaware of because I already paid for our 3 night stay. It did get given back to me at the end of our stay. But be prepared for that fee. The elevators were very fast, efficient, & clean. Check in & checkout were easy & fast. The hallway & room smelled like cigarettes even though it was nonsmoking, but it’s a casino so what did I expect? The bed was the worst part. Bring your own pillow if you can. But the mattress itself was squeaky & lumpy & overall uncomfortable. I left with a sore body just from sleeping on the bed. The lobby was nice & has a lil place to get food & drinks inside. Parking wasn’t horrible. It was hard to find parking in the evenings, but not impossible. I had to park on a different floor each night. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was my only option. Like, it was fine. Not the best or worst, but fine.

Everything was good. We came to reno for our Anniversary and the Silver Legacy was a great choice. With so many different things to do between the 3 connected casinos, we barely left the hotel! Great weekend!!

Parking was easy, check in went great, we got two rooms next to each other, rooms and bathrooms were clean, bed and pillows were so comfortable, great location, walking distance to liquor stores, restaurants, other casinos. This casino had many food and beverage options, slots were fun. Had a band Saturday night. Felt safe.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very nice hotel/casino facility that’s centrally located. Few minor issues are waiting till 3 pm for check in and or paying for earlier check in on a very slow Wednesday. Also pillows were overstuffed and firm causing a neck ache

We had a great time here. Check in was easy (we used the automated machine). The hotel was clean and we really appreciated the bridge over to the el dorado. Definitely some of the nicest casinos in Reno. We will be back

We were without hot water on our 2nd day for about 4 hrs so we couldnt shower. We stayed in the room until we were able to shower. Front desk couldnt give an ETR and they weren’t apologetic. The front desk people are not very nice.

The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the mountains. The casino is louder and smokier than others we have visited. There are lots of bars and restaurants from which to choose.

Older hotel Check in easy Check out easy No parking fees Loooooooong hallways Parking area seemed unsafe as there were homeless men trying car doors and peeking in windows Don’t leave any valuables visible and lock your car or truck ( definitely do not leave anything in the back of the pickup bed) Garage had super low ceilings

Only stayed one night. Checkin went smoothly. Did not use the express checkin as you need to have yet another app, which I did not want Rooms comfortable and clean.

The hotel room was nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and updated. We did notice the grounds of the hotel were pretty dirty. There was a definite lack of cleaning. You could see dirt all of the elevators, escalators, parking garage doors, etc. It is in desperate need of a serious cleaning. I don’t think the parking garage has ever been cleaned or painted. A side note is the Starbucks has closed.

The room had nice marble and new tile finishes, which looked great. The pillows were way too fat, and not soft and gave me and my hubby each a stiff neck. Ruth's Chris was amazing and very convenient. We were in a no smoking room but I still noticed a faint smell of smoke.

The stay was terrible never got a.c. Working terrible service. We will never stay here again we will stick with peppermill they actually care about guests.
