hotel was good for what we needed. Pool was a little cramped with all the children (our 1 included) :-) All in all I would recommend and stay again.

Really could use vendong machines and ice in more area we had a long walk, elevators only 2 out of 6 we had to use stairs 11 flights. Beds are horribly uncomfortable, maid never delivered towels on day 3. Fridge didnt work. Price was a little expensive and add ridiculous fees on top of it. Extreme noisy even with towels undee both doors.

I was excited to stay at the Aquarius. When we arrived, we used the self check in. We were helped with staff. We quickly found out that the tower elevators to our room had 6 but only 3 operating. We wanted to get to the pool and have some fun with the kids. By time we got checked in, waited for the elevators to get up to our room, change and wait for the elevators to get back down, the pool was closed due to being dirty. We also coulnt wait for it to be re-opened because it would be adults only from 9-11.We had to wait in a very long long to get back up to our rooms. The next morning, we again had to wait for the elevators. This time only 2 were operating. We had to wait for those dang elevators all 3 days we were there. I am 6 months pregnant. when we got to the pool in the afternoon, i was not allowed to take my small can of dr pepper in. They said no outside food or drinks. The pool area was full of peoples trash from outside the pool area and empty beer and cups from thr bar. we swam for about 1.5 hours and the pool closed again due to it being dirty. Before being closed, i observed people having pizza delivered to the pool and people eating and drinking in the pool. Its no wonder the pool was dirty with all the food. Next time we will stay somewhere more family friendly, clean pools and working elevators. Why pay resort fees when there isnt a resort feel to it.

Worst slot payout ever, everyone complaining. Marijuana smell comes through vents. Room not very clean. No safe in room.

Great stay and diner at Outback

Last minute staying, was able to get me a nice affordable room.

Clean room, nice, good service. One broken door on the fridge. Other wise great room

Long waits for elevators Were on a nonsmooking floor and if you turn the AC off for a second when it is too cold the room starts smelling like smoke instently,so we froze. Spring beds, extremply small an duncomfortable. During a busier weekend you can't sit at any bar nor will they accommodate you to put two chairs next to you. Housekeeping was good, they were very attentive! We were missing a DND Sign in the room and upon asking for one at the Front Desk they said they are out. Pool we did not even go to it, it was a joke. Super small, super dirty, there were some type of flies and bugs everywhere. Needs a renovation, there was mold in both sink and tub in the bathroom, as well as carpet stains.

It was an affordable stay for a night. I won’t stay here again though.

Only thing that i was missing is microwave in the room anything else it was perfect.

Our stay at the Aquarius was a fun time. The pool was nice. I like the view of the lake near by. Although the air filters at the casino need to change more frequently. Our room was non smoking and I still felt like it smelled like cigarettes. Even near the McDonald’s area it was like eating and smoking at the same time. Also, there arcade room for kids was really small. Small as in 15 games. Overall it was a fun getaway.

We used to stay here a couple times a year until it was looking very run down then we started staying at Tropicana. We decided to give it another try as we like where it’s situated and enjoy the sports book area. They have been replacing chairs and repairing things. Our room was also in better condition. I am actually staying at Aquarius again in a month. It was much better.

My stay was fine. I was happy with my room. But was a little disappointed that your main restaurant Outback Steakhouse closed so early. It was a Saturday night and they closed at 10. It’s a 24 hour hotel on a holiday weekend. I would think they would have extended hours. Also I was not happy that most of the casino floor was a dead zone for cell phones. I couldn’t get into contact with friends and family at all in certain parts of the casino. It was very frustrating.

Hotel stay was good. Clean and comfortable. Casino implemented drink rule, only one complimentary drink every 20 minutes when playing. Some bartenders more strict than others and some bartenders real pricks!

I loved it here..it was my first time staying here at the Aquarius and everything was great..

My room was not available when I went to check in so they ended cancel my room that I had already paid in full

Our view from the room was beautiful of the river. Room was good, it could use upgrades in the bathroom and add more features/adapters to use the electronics. All in all we would stay here again.

The Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection is being to show its age, despite recent renovations.

Coffee maker didn’t work, Tv remote needs batteries. Empty hotel and my room was the furthest from the elevator. I was to tired to deal with the issues.

Check in was very fast was able to do it online and pick up room key no wait. Casino area was nice updated. Rooms were very old furniture and beds really need to be updated

Instructions were go to California tower room 3047 except there is no room 3047. Two towers later and trip to the front desk I received two keys to room 3097. Oh, room 3047 on the Arizona tower was occupied. Mistakes happen but I was already tired.

Check in fast and easy. I was given a double queen room, and one of mattresses was broken and one good, wallpaper coming off in bedroom, TV remote not working, shower tub backing up when used. Service requested and new remotes and shower unclogged. I was asked to leave the smoking bar because of I was smoking a cigar with Multiple cigarette smokers. I asked for Manager and they all said no cigar smoking at smoking bar Because bartenders not liking cigar smoke even though multiple cigarette smokers were allowed.

Hotels.com failed to explain in regular print on resort fees, older room, uncomfortable bed, used wash rag on shower curtain rod left by either maid or previous guest but good gaming area. Would not recommend.

It was a comfortable stay, however, the bathroom needs to be updated. It is worn and needs attention. The bathroom sink drains too slow.
