Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. I wish they would set up a doggie bag post and provide a way for pet owners to pick up after their dog. I carry my own bags. But it was clear, only half pick up after their dogs.

Paid for my room on affirm when u get there I stood there for 15 mins waiting on some one to show up, the front end look run down, then charged a extra deposit for the room that I didn’t have on my card! I was on the road and needed a quick nap, so ended just having to leave , and still stuck paying for the room on affirm!

Guess they are remodeling. Because when you walk in it smell like the carpet has been wet and they trying to clean it up. The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 10am. If checkout is 11. Why would i be gone already. The light in the shower didn’t work. And the doorknob on the bathroom door was not screwed to the door. I don’t know if the room they gave my family was being worked on before they check us in or not. I didn’t take any picture. We were only there for a night. I just want to get some rest so I could get back on the road

The hotel was clean but in dire need of updating. The decor was very dated. The carpet in our room (326) was old and could use replacement or at the very least, use a cleaning. The beds were not comfortable at all. I'm sure the mattresses were quite old. And this is a blanket suggestion for Quality Inn websites that indicate a pet is welcome. It needs to be specific as to which pets are welcomed. I arrived with my cockatiel in his cage and I was told that the hotel doesn't allow birds. Well, I groveled and the desk clerk called someone and following that call, I was given a dispensation for my bird to remain with me for my stay. Quality Inn needs to be more specific about which pets they allow. My sister worked for Marriott for 27 years and over the course of those years, I became accustomed to staying in what were truly "quality" hotels. I get that Quality Inns are not Marriotts, but they sure could strive to be half as nice. I won't stay there again.

location was good for us..did not know there was a sir charge of $100.00 for the room if anything was broken or missing.. also was not aware of the banquet halls having 3 weddings at the time we spent there...also why is there a glass windowed wall in the suite rooms..it was too close to the bed and my wife had a hard time getting in and out of bed

This property is in good cleaned condition. However there are very few things to do. No pool or hot tub there are a couple of vending machines The bed was plenty big. The mattress was pretty hard so we found it harder to concentrate

Weird. People hanging out in the lobby and sleeping on the couches everywhere. That was the first day when we got there. Seem to get better as the day went on, but felt Uneasy.

Our first room was on the 5th floor and was nit in good shape. Several cracks in the bathtub and dirty carpets. Our air wasn't working enough to keep the room cool so maintenance came to check it out and said it was fine. It had been running none stop on coldest temp but still hot in the room. We asked for a different room and they gave us one without hesitation. We asked for a different floor becuase the 5th floor hallway smelled bad. The 3rd floor room was more spacious, bathtub in fair condition, and hallway didn't smell bad. Although outdated, it is a good location.

I appreciated our stay, but there were a couple of issues with the air quality in the rooms. The first room I was issued smelled like cigarette smoke; I was concerned because I was required to sign a non-smoking clause - Smoking occurred in the room I would’ve been charged $150. Attendant assigned me a different room. The second room was very clean and smelled great, but my partner began having sneezing and wheezing attacks Whenever the AC was turned on. We thought it was Outdoor allergies That maybe someone had their pet in the room earlier. But it turned out that there was some black mold Underneath and to the side of the the air conditioner. There wasn’t a lot of mold, but it was definitely present. We took pictures and reported it to staff who apologized. Everything else was fine I would stay there again if I could have a clean, mold free room

The room we were in needs updating. There are cracks in the corners of walls, especially the bathroom. It has a kitchen with stove and nothing to there to use the stove. It was a suite and i thought there would be more amenities.

Had water pouring into our room during a storm. They come take pictures bring a bucket and towels say there are no more rooms we say we will stay in room because they have no other rooms and they will give us compensation. Now can’t reach manager. Surprise surprise. Room 133.
