I had to give this poor rating to Raintree Inn due to an event that happened on my stay there on 04/23/2024. So I'm in bed and I wake up to feeling something at my feet in bed with me. I flip back to covers to find a small gray mouse! Quickly got dressed and headed to the office the guy at the desk had a shocked look on his face and ended up giving me another room for the last few hours of my stay. But was that enough?

I was not expecting a motel. This room picture did not match up. Furniture did not match. I found a crusty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Low water pressure in the toilet. Told font desk at checkout. He did not seem to care much

The pictures make the hotel look like a very nice place to stay. The pictures lie. Within 10 minutes of checking into my room I had already killed 2 spiders and a roach. I didn't see any more critters the rest of the night, but that alone is enough to make someone want to leave. The bed was rock hard. You are better off sleeping on a stiff board. Not to mention you only get three tiny pillows. The towels felt like sandpaper and were paper thin and very tiny. Someone needs to learn about fabric softener. The work area has no light around it. You may as well be working in the dark. Plus, the chair at the work area was broken and very uncomfortable to sit in and try to work. Finally, the TV signal and Wifi signal kept going in and out. I had to use my own hotspot for a reliable connection to the internet to try and get a little bit of work done that night. The TV remote was broken as well. The A/C readout was broken and trying to determine a temperature setting was very challenging. The a/c did work for the most part, I just never really knew what temperature it was set at. All in all, you basically get what you paid for. This was a pretty inexpensive room compared to others around it and I see now why it was so inexpensive.

My daughter and I came to Ada for a softball tournament, and it was a very hot weekend. The room stayed cool for us after the long day in the sun. The stay was a good one for us. The room was clean; the showers worked for us. The stay was very good for the price I paid for two nights. My daughter approved as well. Check-in was nice and easy. I would stay again.

Bathroom had stains that were years old. Comforter had holes from cigerett burns. Acess from the parking lot onto the street was a joke for a full sized pickup. Cleaner hotels for better prices in the area. Front door to room had 1/2 inch daylight showing on 3 sides. Will say that they refunded my money for the week after staying 3 days.

This is a very affordable place to stay and that family that owns and operates the motel are very nice. They no longer offer breakfast, but there is a coffee maker in the rooms. I should have asked for more coffee. If you stay there, you must see the stained glass windows. They are magnificent!

If you like being greeted at the door by the police when your running late at check then yeah . Plus the lady lied and said I didn't answer the phone I did four times but it's hard to keep answering when I'm trying to gather my belongings plus helping my daughter get ready to walk out the door . Basically I was harassed then they called the police ! Plus I got the room to swimming the pool was closed and wasn't posted on website or I would have gone elsewhere! Should have! Won't go back there again.

Everything was clean and amazingly stocked, condition of the room left room for improvement but nothing outside of ordenary wear and tear on things such as the furniture. Also first time having a shower head I could actually stand under that was awesome

I wish I could get my money back or a free night. The room was filthy the ceiling was coming in over one of the beds. I was charged twenty dollars more than what I reserved the room for. Then we were told that my husband couldn't come see the kids because we were not allowed no visitors. I had to stay with the kids due to medical issues and the bitter cold. Man I do wish I could get my money back or free nights somewhere.

The Inn was gross. We stayed in room 103. The ceiling was falling in with a bunch of water marks and cracking. There was dust all over the vents in the bathroom. Mold around the tub. The service was okay at best. The person at the desk barley said 2 words to us. Would not stay here again. Definitely not worth $60.
