Inexpensive restaurant inside. Good breakfast. Other than plane noise (located at an airport!) the stay was quiet and comfortable. Staff was great. The hair shampoo dispenser was not working, and was quickly fixed.

BW SFO is where we usually stay when visiting friends and family in SF and neighboring areas. It’s a good property. Easy access to the highway. Near Costco and McDonalds. Tasty evening food despite kitchen being renovated for over a year.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Answered all questions about airport shuttle. Quiet are got good sleep. Parking easy - we left our vehicle there for 6 while in Hawaii. Extended parking was cheap. Shuttle on time and fast! Getting to airport was easy and coming back we caught the shuttle right on time. Very easy and convenient.

Overall it was ok. Unexpected fees were for the car parking. The room beside our room was very loud, we couldn’t sleep properly because of the noise. Also when asked about the pool we were told it was under construction. When we saw there was no construction happening at the pool. We were not able to use the pool.

It has a complete breakfast. The elevator was good. Finding a parking spot was easy but you have to pay for parking. Costco was 3-5 min. walk. We made waffles for breakfast.

My room was ok but the chair had dirty armrests and cushion. I had to use the big bathroom towel to cover the chair before I can sit down. The hotel uses Direct TV. Unfortunately, Disney and ABC were not available because Direct TV and Disney could not agree on a new contract. Therefore, I could not watch ABC or ESPN. The first day, I was able to make waffle. However, the last 2 days, I could not make waffles because the kitchen was being renovated. Timing is everything!!!

This hotel has gone downhill in the last year or so. The damage from a fire in their kitchen many months ago has still not been repaired. They never seem to have any luggage carts available. This had been our regular lodging when flying out of San Francisco, but I doubt we will stay here again.

When I arrived at the property it took a good five to ten minutes to get the attention of reception staff to check in. Upon checking in to the hotel the receptionist advised that there was no water to the entire building and that we would be able to shower, clean our teeth or use the toilets. Once I got up to my room I discovered a dirty face washer still on the side of the bath and no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or soap. I would not recommend this hotel

Old, noisy and not maintained. Windows don't close properly and gets lots of noise from the freeway. Bathroom is old, bathtub drains very slowly, TV channels are mostly offline and have low resolution.

I must say, this is one of shabbiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s the worst Best Western Hotel I’ve stayed in to date. Average customer service (at best). Dirty bathroom. Shabby breakfast; no coffee—the coffee machine was broken. Coffee’s the most important part of the morning. This Best Western Hotel needs a complete overhaul.
