A nice clean and easy hotel to stop for the night while passing through. Pet friendly and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited when we stayed- but still a good place to stop and stay. The area seemed pretty safe as well.

Smelled funny in the room, overpriced because of displacement of flood victims. Staff seemed nice despite this practice of price gouging vulnerable folks. It was around $200 USD for a night in a place that seemed more in the $100 range. Despite the smell it was fairly clean it seemed. Area was kind of sus, were concerned about the U-Haul getting jacked. Had a sore throat from the AC. Walls were pretty thin, could hear people smashing from the hall when I walked out to the car. That said I slept ok. This place will depend on what you're looking for and what the price is on a given night.

I stayed at this hotel because I was having surgery in that town. No elevator which wasn’t great for a fresh surgical person.. I mentioned when I was checking in and he said I think I’ll put you in the second floor. There was hair all over the bathtub and floor. While showering more water came out of the faucet that it did the shower head.The remote for tv did not work. All that was tolerable… but it’s when I got back from my surgery and seen I had “housekeeping” I did not ask for. They came in and took MY personal towels I had hanging up on a hanger, but did not take the dirty towels from the bathroom. They also apparently got into the refrigerator/ freezer also. I was on a liquid diet and went to get a popsicle just to find the freezer open and popsicles melted. When we called down the the desk we were told they don’t know what day shift does. So In the morning we call down and get another person with an attitude. There was one lady that heard us talking and was polite and had me go to the front desk to leave my name and number in case they found my belongings. The man at the desk wanted my ID to for me to leave my name and number… as if I’m lying? Well I just got a call today that my stuff was never found… imagine that. I already knew it wouldn’t be since they had no business taking anything off hangers to begin with, yhe housekeeper obviously wanted my things for themself. This hotel made an already difficult situation/time even worse.

Our stay was very nice until the desk person refused to change the television station from the weather channel, which nobody was watching, to a station showing the Olympics for the short time we were eating breakfast. He stated that is corporate policy to only show the weather channel. If that is correct, you might reconsider allowing the channel to be changer every two years.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Facilities very well maintained for an older complex, kept exceptionally clean. I stayed here for a week and have had no complaints, very happy with my overall experience here.

This hotel would’ve gotten a solid three or four rating because it was fairly clean, easy to get to, and the guy at the front desk last night was nice. But I woke up with what I first thought were bug bites and eventually realized was contact dermatitis from something in their bed. I told the front desk this morning and they said the manager was busy but that he would call me as soon as he was available. As of 7 o’clock in the evening, no such call happened. That’s not cool.

The worker who checked us in kept arguing with me about the deposit. I explained the hotel sent us a link to pre check in and to add deposit and incidentals payment info which we did. And it charged my card but he then made us pay another deposit upon arrival.

The front desk stuff was very friendly & gave us a free upgrade to a better room. The room was likable, large & comfortable. The breakfast was not too bad, but mostly contained sugary stuff like bread, muffins, biscuit, waffle etc.
