I showed up to the hotel after a day of flying and was unable to stay at this hotel since it was under construction. There was no notice to me that this was occurring and I was able to book the reservation as if nothing was wrong.

Hotel was under renovation, including whole lobby area filled with supplies, drywall, debris. Room was in good condition and clean. Beds were comfortable. However no hot water in showers, we let front desk know and they did not have a solution (suggested running shower for 25 minutes;we ran it for 30+ and never warmed up). Fronst desk clerk friendly but no help with water situation, we requested extra towels (room only had one) but were not given any. Thankfully price was relatively cheap and had a clean place to sleep, but i expect bare minimums like being able to get hot water and towels from Wyndham

They are going thru renovation and had 2 major design flaws - shower does not have a soap-shampoo shelf and bathroom vanity has NO shelves. The outlets on both sides of bed are not functional. Will never stay there again

No one was at the desk when we walked in. There were 3 angry customers waiting on the attendant. Two of the guys said their room key didn’t work and the third guy wanted a refund. Two more people walked down while we were waiting. There was a pile of what appeared to be dust from a vacuum cleaner on the floor in our room. The TV didn’t work. My husband called the front desk and the guy told him there is magic to it he would call us right back. My husband saw that there was no coaxial cable. He went and got it and fixed the TV himself. The AC didn’t work and it sounded worst than a generator. There was no hot water. It was loud in the hallway. Doors slamming all night.

The experience at this hotel is the worst one ever for me and my sister. Upon arrival, the entrance was not a friendly environmental entrance. The smell was the first thing we noticed and downhill from there. It was dark and musky. I was told I could not have extra towels, there would be a charge for extra ones. I did get some and the receptionist did not charge. There bath towels are very small that is the reason for me wanting extra. The hair dryer did not work nor the plugs in the bathroom. She is she would send a maintenance man up, I requested just a replacement one, she stated there were not any so we declined the maintenance since we did not want someone in the room when we were not there. In the morning the toilet was not functional. We had to fill the thrash can with water from the shower to flush the toilet. Call the front desk three times and no answer after we were told the desk is manned 24/7. I let it ring 15 times each time. I went downstairs to the desk, stood around for 15 minutes and yelling hello, hello, hello, no one around. There was a kitchen staff, I asked to please tell the front desk to call my room. This was at 7 am. I when upstairs to pack and check out. 2 hours later as we were closing the room the phone rang. I did not answer since we were heading downstairs.The receptionist greeted us cheery and said I have been calling you.This is not true, the only time the phone rang was as we were closing the as I told her this. She did not seem concerned

I have stayed me multiple times before but this time was horrible. We had no hot water for the whole stay claims the worker was on the way and never showed up waited an hour before just going the sleep as it was 10:30 at night , the tv did not work guy downstairs said it was due to spectrum outage but when we looked it up there was not an outage nearby …. Fyi he has the football games on downstairs in the lobby . Then the ac would not get cold it was hot the whole stay . We couldn’t sleep it was so hot on the room we were drenched in sweat.

After checking in, my daughter and i left 30 minutes later. Our room had roaches in the room and bathroom. Also the hallway had a funny smell and the carpet was stained and very dirty. I will not come back to this location again!!

Great hotel to say at. Good location east to find with plenty of free parking. Be prepared to pay a refundable $100.00 Deposit when you arrive, no exceptions per the staff. Great remodle rooms with comfy king size beds. Shower was not hot only warn water. One leaking shower faucet and a sticking toilet valve. The breakfast and coffee were decent. Good price here.

I understand hotel is under construction.. but a hot room is unacceptable. I did not make a fuss about it because I checked in late and had an early morning. So only spent a total of 7 hours in the room. Mind you there were vending machines to buy water, no snacks, literally nothing as described in the pictures. Breakfast horrible! But you get what you pay for right.. so anyway just want others to be aware.. pictures are false. Just saying.. pay the extra $20-30

Upon check in, I was told the key card reader was broken and the person at the front desk would have to let me into the room and would bring key cards up later. We never received them. They also put a $200 deposit on my debit card that they said would take two to three days to credit back to my card.

Never getting this hotel again. Hotel was just dirty everywhere and smelled like smoke and paint. Tv never worked the a/c did not cool as much. Mold in the restroom ceiling. The breakfast was the worst. Never again.

Roaches all over the room and bathroom, mold in the shower, cleaning lady did not clean. I asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper because the lady didnt clean and he told me that i had to go to the front desk to pick them up. Belts on the treadmills kept getting stuck. Worst hotel.

Poor quality of every furniture item. The toilet did not proper flush. The iron and ironing board were dirty and damaged. The couch was damaged and dirty. Hotel staff were fine. Strong smell of urine surrounding the pool. The room would not de-humidify.

The best way to describe the hotel is we couldn’t tell if it was being remodeled or torn down. There are 4 floors and only 2 were being used. The ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor. The water was lukewarm. It never got hot or cold. 2nd floor smelled like weed and holes in the walls were taped over with wallpaper. We never took off our socks because the carpet was dirty. I would not recommend staying here!

Wife checked in 3 on Friday hour ltr she calls me and says theres gnats n baby roaches all on walls n flying around in room. Mildew is on ceiling in bathroom very gross. They dont up keep the hotel at all!!! Been here at this hotel alot of times worst stay ever never coming back. We had to leave our so they could spray for 45 min didnt do anything they were flying round in our room the whole stay. They better give half my $$ back like they said they would

The worst experience I ever had. Staff was good as usual but overall condition on hotel is really really bad. Cartons with holes, broken iron and iron stand. Food flies all over, I have to call and fix it. Overall I will give 2 out of 5 just because of nice staff

The property is extremely dirty, from floor, to the walls, and ceilings. We were checked into a room with a trash bag covering the ceiling above the shower and the water running. Our second room isn't much better. The paint on the ceiling is peeling, the carpet is frayed, and everything is out dated. We do not recommend this facility.

front desk service was very rude when it came time to checkout & got even more rude when i was asking for my deposit back, threw my money at me on the counter it was as if he didn’t want to give it back. the whole place smelled just dirty and hot, mind you i stayed here before and i believe it had different owners, because now its a new name and different people. there was gnats in my restroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly

The hallways have a strong odor of smoke. Our TV did not work, the toilet only flushed after four tries and the shower worked poorly. The front desk attendant told me I would get a call from the manager but it never came.

Inop A/C that provided no cooling and loud grinding noise. Carpet was wet on one side of bed. Musty smell and ceiling showing signs of mold. Tub water would not shut off. Only half of tv channels worked and rest the channels could not keep a steady connection. Hallways were being dried by a constant fan all night. Breakfast lacking, no napkins, and little selection.

I have to change rooms 3 times every time there is a problem and the last room they gave me has renovations going on top and couldn’t sleep and stay throughout.Despite informing front desk nothing happened I will not stay here again

The a/c took a while to cool the room, the bathroom smelled musty/moldy, the ceiling above the shower looked like it had a water leak, and the shower curtain bar was hanging and about to fall off the wall making the shower curtain unusable. The room was sparsely stocked; had to ask for 2 more bath towels. Given the condition of the room and hearing the hotel was being renovated, they should not be open for business.

We were in the room less than 5 minutes and found bugs in the shower, drawers, and on the floor between the beds. The hallway and lobby smelled like weed. Wallpaper peeling from the walls along the entire hallway.
