The carpet in our room was so dirty that my husbands white socks were black on the bottom as soon as he walked accross the room. These were fresh socks that he just put on, Room 315 The air conditioner has a fowl smell. Old water in it maybe? IDK The staff were very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was good. Fix the carpet and the horrible smell and I could rate my stay as excellent.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They gave us everything we asked for. The property needs some love though. Everything is outdated and stained or wasn’t working. The beds were very nice and comfortable but I wish we would have gotten our beds freshened when asked instead of just given the sheets to donut ourselves.

A women's retreat and we couldn't have picked a better place. Has the old hotel vibe with good breakfast, genuine caring customer service. This hotel even had a gift shop. The front desk strives to give you a 5 star experience.

Had a little trouble getting checked in. All was great until the last day when the people above our room seemed to be having a free-for-all. This continued until after midnight. The desk was aware and were going to get it resolved in the afternoon. We got home at 10:30 pm and it was still horrible. It was a long night.

The property was safe and convenient in regards to its location for activities in Branson. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The one negative was that the room had a humid and musty feel to it. The weather outside was very hot and humid so that may have helped with it, but the rest of the hotel didn’t seem to have the same smell of mustiness so I believe it was just the room.

This hotel was super accommodating for our accessibility needs. We had a first floor roll-in shower room that was just right! Everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel whether you are in a wheelchair or not.

I loved the friendly staff and the clean property inside and out ! The breakfast was kept stocked and the pool area had plenty of towels ! The only small negative would be the shower knob needs fixed since it took a while to figure out how to turn it cooler !

IT is always a pleasure to stay at Comfort Inn at Thousand Hills. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always extra clean, the breakfast is good, and the area and motel are quiet. The only area in which the motel needs to improve is the lack of water pressure in the rooms. You need to "run around" in the shower to get wet and then rinsed off.

I experienced car trouble while in town. Lady at front desk gave me name and number of a trustworthy local mechanic. When my car wouldn't be fixed by checkout, the manager gave me a late checkout. When my ride still had not arrived by my late checkout, I was allowed to keep luggage on a cart in the office and continue to have access to every part of the hotel. During my stay I overheard guests talking about how they wanted to go buy a local product, but couldn't because they were a part of a bus group, so they didn't have a car. One of the staff volunteered to go buy it after work and bring it to them. The workers were also very accommodating to the older guests who were there with family or tours and wanted to spend the day resting in the lobby or eating areas. I would stay here every time I come back just because of the staff.

Breakfast was fully stocked and hot. We had connecting rooms and one of them smelled musty and the carpets felt damp, like they were cleaned and not dried properly. The shower water pressure was little to none and an afternoon shower resulted in no hot water. Staff was friendly and parking was convenient. Located in a convenient place as well.

Place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It is an outdated place and needs updating. The breakfast was excellent but maybe change it up a bit more? Water pressure was low for showers but could have been worse. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which meant the mirror got fogged up during a shower. The hair dryer needs replacing, barely worked. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable. Would definitely return to this facility for another stay. Thanks!!!

It was a very nice hotel except for the toilet in the bathroom. You needed to hold the handle down for a few seconds to have it flush correctly. I adjusted the float up and it worked better. The toilet also had small leak at the shutoff valve.

The hotel is older, but it looked well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful, but this hotel had several issues that happened during our four night stay. The elevator was not working during our entire stay. We were on fourth floor. The first time that we used the toilet in our room. It did not flush. We asked for a plunger. They said that they would bring one up in a few minutes. We called 45 minutes later, and they forgot. A staff member came up and worked on toilet for 30 minutes without success. The countertop for the sink extended over the toilet completely, so there was only about an inch to take the top of the toilet off to look inside the toilet. They gave us another room. The new room was on the second floor. It looked clean, but looks were deceiving. The lamps by bed were unplugged. When we plugged the lamps in, there was a coffee stir stick, some candy, and possibly meds behind the night stand. There was a lid to something under the sink. The water pressure was okay for sink, but there was very little in the shower at any time of day. Like many of the hotels in Branson, this one looks good, but it needs some updates to the plumbing as well as making sure it is clean in the hard to see areas. We will not stay at this hotel again. Breakfast good. Staff tried to help the best that they could.
