Clean and friendly and had a restyrsnt that had good food

My stay was awful. I never stayed in a hotel with the bathroom so nasty. DIRTY

On day two, key card to my room didn’t work and required two trips back to lobby and a staff member to bring a new key to my room, to get into my room. Also, keycard would not open hotel entrance closet to parking lot and no signage to say entrance is the main entrance only.

The staff is extremely helpful and professional, the facility is excellent, clean and great location near food and shopping. Perfect experience.

One of two key cards didn't work. When I saw the lady at the front desk, she was unable to get a second one to work. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Fruit, yogurt, rolls, pasties & coffee. No hot food. Dirty grout in shower floor. Toilet loose at floor bolts. Drapes didn't cover window adequately. Alarm on clock radio didn't work. Stubbed toe on bedframe support leg. Seemed more like a 2 star hotel.

Called to get an early check in. The lady told me I didn’t have a reservation and after 5 mins I spelled my last name and she found it. Then she put me on hold for 5 mins before hanging up on me. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and efficient.

We stayed for 12 nights. There was no daily cleaning. Every 2 dats i had to call to the front desk to ask for towels and trash removal. One day i called, no one came. Next day i saw room cart in hallway and had to ask for towels. We removed our own trash in the lobby receptacles. The free breakfast was disappointing. No juice or anything hot. Only danish, apples, oranges, yogurt and coffee. We've stayed at hotels for less and had a wonderful breakfast buffet. On the plus side, the rooms were quiet and the beds and pullows were very comfortable. The blackout drapery needs to be reconfigured, as it lets in too much morning light. Very nice front desk staff. Too bad the pool and outside gazebo were under renovations, as the weather was perfect to sit outside.

Very noisy! We were close to the ice machine and elevator. Kept us up most of the night.

The refrigerator in our room was not on and smelled of mold when we made the mistake of opening it.

We only stayed to sleep.

It was a great stay but I still have not received my 100 dollar deposit. It’s been two weeks. I’m not happy about that. I will not stay there again if they keep your deposits when nothing was messed up.

Last minute roadtrip to Chicago and honestly there must have been big events going on because the hotel room prices skyrocketed around the Chicago area. Came across this one and the picture looked very nice, price was great for being just 10 miles out from where we wanted to be. Hotel was old but the room looked just as it did in the picture, receptionist was very nice but the only down fall was the pool and gym was shut down . I don’t know if it was for renovation or what because they never mentioned anything at check in. ( that is something you would think they would mention since it’s advertised as such) . So other than the pool being shut down , it was a pretty good place.

The location was convenient to Midway airport and Oak Brook Center the room was a nice size

One of the nicest places I’ve ever visited. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

It was a bad experience when I entered the room there was a bad smell and the towels were not clean and at 5 am the air conditioning stopped for about an hour I tried to close the window curtain but it did not close from the middle and when the sun came out it was in my face and I could not sleep difficult to find parking I was not happy in this experience

Neat & clean. Front desk very friendly

Had a bike club stay here last night. It was loud all night long bikes going in and out people going up and down the worst nights sleep ever.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The hotel look is pretty modern with a classy look. I’d recommend anyone to stay here ! There pool was not working but they were very open about that right from booking it online. As soon as you open their website you see a note about the pool maintenance. I didn’t go there for the pool so it was not a big deal to me.

Great job

I was a little worried upon arriving with the esthetics of the lobby area but the room and bathroom were perfect. And thats all that mattered to me.

On the morning of day 2 of my 5 day stay I ran out of hand soap. Housekeeping said they didn’t have any. Front desk said they would call head of housekeeping and get me some. I never got any and was told again they didn’t have any. How can a large hotel not have hand soap? I had to run to dollar tree to get my own.

Really nice rooms and great staff the only problem I did have was the shower over flowing other then that is was amazing experience. Will be back if I am ever on this side of the states again

They let me check in early which I greatly appreciate that.

Our room wasn't cleaned in any of the days. We stayed for two nights and we're told that priority was given to people moving in the hotel and not the guests staying in. Apart from that the location was great and front staff too.

Had issues with the door locking properly, air conditioner was stuck on 62 so I requested a different room. Different room had workin AC but was dirty. Pillowcases had old makeup, bathroom floors had hair. So gross. Not to mention there was a homeless walking around the parking lot late at night. Felt bad so bought him 2 meals from nearby. He didnt want the food, he wanted drugs. Used to stay at this hotel as a child, never will ever again.

Hotel and service was great— only problem we had a storm the weekend we stayed there and water poured into our room from the window— soaking the floor and some luggage hotel didn’t want to switch rooms or anything or refund for the night.

Place was wonderful

Pro: There was enough parking spaces, but the space markings were faded. Standard hotel with amenities that would see at any hotel. Good location in suburb. Negative: stayed 4 nights and room was serviced. Minimal continental breakfast. Pool was not available due renovations.
