It wasn’t bad. But we did not receive maid service when we requested. We never received cleaned towels. Could’ve used more pillows in room. Other than that it was decent pool was clean. Front desk was nice.

We love staying here its easy access to freeway and airport there is places to eat close by. The staff here is excellent with customer service our room was comfortable from bed to a dip in pool and relaxing in hot tub spa enough parking with cameras that watch property a definitely great place to stay.

This property was very dated and nothing like pictures. Mold on bath walls, bath door was stuck would not open and close, floor was dirty, jacuzzi was closed, ice machine broken. Room service did not clean our room with please clean on door. Trash cans on grounds overflowing. Cleaning and front desk unconcerned about issues. Said owner had a lot of properties and busy fixing other facilities. If they have that many properties hire help to fix things.

I came to the hotel to sit in the Jacuzzi and it was broken. I also rented the room for the breakfast and the breakfast was terrible. The food at the breakfast was old and nasty microwave food. There’s no waffles no fresh eggs I was just not impressed. The room and the pool were very nice and the staff was awesome.

The toilet was inoperable. The room was dirty. The front desk would not fix it, lied repeatedly saying a maintenance guy was coming who never came. I called 6x and visoted the front desk who repeatedly lied to my face. I requested the room to be cleaned it was never cleaned. No manger was available or even willing to address any of the issues. Since they were incapable to provide a clean room and operable toilet, a full refund is required. The Hotel parent should remove them as a part of the chain. Worst experience. Zero integrity. Zero customer service. Zero honesty.

The pictures make the hotel look good, but in reality the hotel is pretty dingy and crusty. Not very well maintained. For example, the water from the left side handle barely was coming out,

If all you care about is a bed and a shower, and could care less about everything else, then this property will do. However, everything is run down, worn out and in need of maintenance. Our first room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The staff had stuffed toilet paper in the seam between the door and the door frame as noise insulation. Even so, the tv was so loud in the next room, it was louder than we would have watched in our own room. In the morning, at 6:30 am, there was a sound like jackhammering coming from the room above us. It woke us up and was so loud we took recordings of it. The first staff member said “ but there is no one in the room above you.” Later, when we insisted on changing rooms, a second staff member asked to hear our recordings. He said, “Oh, that’s the boiler.” It was matter of fact, no surprise to him that the boiler was shaking the fixture in our room with the pounding. In both our rooms, the bed frames were so old that one person getting out bed caused, creaking, crackling and noise that woke up the other person. The walkways and stairs are crumbling, the railings are rusted. Everything screams out for deferred maintenance. Even the lobby smells moldy. This place is run down and tired and needs a complete remodel. But the room has a bed and shower ( no closet, and recycled retail store display shelves as furniture), but a bed and a shower.

This is not my first time staying here. I chose this hotel because of the location. I stayed 2 nights and I was disappointed that my room (109) had tiny roaches on the floor. The first night I was welcomed by three of them as I opened the door. The following night we got in very late and I killed six more. Never staying there again.

Got exactly what was expected and paid for. Clean room, polite staff, breakfast and a swimming pool. Used the hotel as a base for two nights whilst attending the OC fair. Perfect for our trip.

I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and now find the place sadly falling apart. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and lumpy and the entire room seems past due for renovations. So sad….

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful and kind. The property and rooms are horrible. Very dirty, stains everywhere. Everything was either stained, dented, chipped or just filthy. Absolutely motel 6 status. The cleanest thing about the property was the pool. I changed my room once due to uncleanliness and the second wasn’t too much better but doable. The a/c wasn’t working. My key card stopped working. Definitely not coming back. I suggest coming here if you are completely desperate. Also if you are not sensitive to noise because the airport plane noises are all day.

Staff is still at it's best. Will go above and beyond to satisfy guest(s). Housekeeping is on point. Needed room service and they responded immediately. Checking dudes are very welcoming and professional. The hotel manage M is open for questions and opinions. He will listen to you and make it right if issues or compliment.

All the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The furniture was stained. All the artwork has been removed and the holes in the walls were patched with spackle and just left like that. There were no Kleenexes in the Kleenex holder. The microwave was precariously balanced on top of the mini fridge like the leaning tower of Pisa. The guest services directory had been graffiti with vulgar drawings and verbiage. Basically, it was so rundown and unkempt, we decided not to use the pool Because God only knows what was in there.

The room needed a fresh painting and deep cleaning. The freezer needed serious defrosting - three inches of ice had collected so there was no room to put anything in the already small freezer. The bathroom sink pipe dipped water. The remote to the TV did not work and the TV would come on by itself. We had to unplug the TV after it came on three times in the middle of the night.

It wasn't too bad. I wish i would have known the jacuzzi was down. I really wanted some R&R after a long motorcycle ride. The bed felt a bit old and stiff.

Was really grubby. There roof had obviously leaked and there was mold all over the ceiling. Things were clean but very worn. Poor maintenance. The door wasn’t sealed well to the outside. Definitely wasn’t as chipper and clean as the photos.
