The pool was terrible. It needs to be fixed really bad and in our room the toilet was trying to overflow every time we flushed it the water pressure and the shower sucks And It didn’t smell Very good in the room

My only complaint is for the price this hotel should have been way more updated. Despite that, the staff was friendly and everything appeared to be clean and well-maintained. It was good for a one-night stay. Side note: get a new cereal dispenser that works.

after check in the stay was good. I had called the night before to see if an earlier check in was possible, and was told by the night receptionist that she had no clue and was to busy to help us. Told me to call back around noon the next day when her shift was over and the other employee was there. I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me that morning, so I had to call earlier. The employee that answered the phone the next morning was very pleasant and helpful with the earlier check--in.

Hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is it’s very close to highway on ramp and that cars getting on the highway are very loud.

The shower in our room wouldn’t turn on. But the staff was willing to give us access to another room to shower because we were checking out that morning anyway. They were helpful but a little slow initially in responding. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The beds were really comfortable

Comfortable beds, as always. Safe location in my opinion with easy hwy access. Request a room opposite the hwy to avoid the hwy noise. Breakfast included packaged oatmeal, Activa yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, three cereals and breads/muffins. Thr pool looked nice.

We had a long weekend stay, the staff were all super polite and our room was clean. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. It is next to a highway so we heard that at different times. Overall we would stay here again!

THE STAFF WERE GREAT ESPECIALLY MIKE. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND BEDS WERE CONFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING I FOUND AN ISSUE WAS THE TOILET WAS WOBBLY IN OUR ROOM.

When we went to check in, our room was not clean, The front desk staff immediately gave us a new room, 2 queens on the second floor that was very nice. No complaints. He also came back and gave us two bottles of water.

Been going to this hotel all summer long to watch my son who plays for the Kalamazoo Growlers. Front desk were very friendly and helped in any way possible. No complaints and I will definitely stay again.

They have a washer and dryer but had no change so we could use them. We had to go and get quarters to use the machines. If your going to have this amenity then make sure you have enough change for their customers.

The room was fine, no complaints except for magic mosquito bites on my poor child sometime from arriving at the hotel and leaving in the morning. Didn't see any bugs in the room, everything was good overall.

Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff did not engage with visitors. We were missing a fire extinguisher in our room. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

Our room was invested with small ants. We had to throw away food and drinks. We told the front desk twice and asked for any traps or for someone to place them and they never did anything. We ended up checking out early because of this and ending our vacation early. We asked for additional towels on day 1 as there was not enough in our room and were told we had to wait for house keeping to come. I usually only stay and choice hotels but next time I would not stay here.

What I didnt like was the toilet in the washroom. The toilet was not attached to the floor and rocketed when you sat upon it. I was offered another room but said that it was ok. The desk manager was to make a note to have it repaired. But the next morning the Desk Manager said that he had not seen the message. I believe the reason was because he had not checked the log. The time was 9:30 am. I decided to use the washroom on the main level by the breakfast room and discovered that there were no paper towels. The breakfast room was ok except for sausages and what was suppose to be fried eggs. Also on the wall plaque the name of Manager of the Inn was not posted. On the possitive side..when we checked The lady at the desk was excellent. She suggested a place that we could eat that evening and even made a fresh pot of coffee for my wife that evening

Hotel staff was rude, rolled her eyes when I asked to check in. Tried to charge me double as a deposit when we just stayed at the exact same hotel 2 weeks prior. Needless to say will never be staying there again.
