Not too good but their was no water hot or cold due to a busted pipe. Owner didnt know if it was going to be fixed or not soon. He did cancel the booking when i got there but he should have contacted me prior too to inform me of the problem. I was able to secure new hotel thankfully but if not i would have been in abad way

Knights Inn is a great option when Nashville has events that drive up the cost of all other hotels. It is an old hotel, with outside room access, next to Cross Point Church, and 1 mile to Broadway to visit all the happenings. This is a very basic hotel.

Won t come back again. Was first given a room that had not been cleaned... then a second on the parking side, noisy. The fan for the heater was also very nosy all night long. Poor breakfast...

Easy check-in. Beds were comfy and clean. TV included. Random furniture placement though. Biggest issue was the bathroom. Tile was sinking, floor & shower were slightly dirty.

Good location, good value, parking was well lit even at night. Clean room and not a noisy arsa. Only downside was the water pressure for the shower was on the low side.

The room was good better than we were expecting. The location is just a cheap Uber/Lyft ride away from broadway. The room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. Parking was $10 but that was listed in the description so no surprise there. It was just an overnight trip but we were very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

When reading reviews before booking most people said clean room but nothing fancy so I thought let’s try and save some money by booking here. Wrong, our room was somewhat clean but smelled musty the bathroom was literally falling apart and the bed felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Also no AC.

My grown son and I came to Nashville to see the Patriots versus Titans game. I chose this hotel due to his proximity to the stadium It was a very easy walk to the stadium. It is an older building but that doesn't mean it didn't provide the service we needed. The room was very clean towels are a little bit small but maybe I just need to lose a little bit weight...lol. The night before the game we went to downtown Nashville and we were able to take one of those bike taxis back and it only cost $40. I understand that there are nice of hotels in downtown Nashville but we weren't looking to stay in the room or in the hotel we needed the hotel room for the experiences we were having in Nashville. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is great for a cheaper one night stay scenario. It's very close to downtown and while it can be noisy being by the highway and all, it's perfect for a single person or a couples night if you're on a tight budget

Bus stop for Downtown is very handy. Beds comfortable, good breakfast. Not having warm enough water for showering is a big negative.

Everything was pleasant, would have been exceptional but the refrigerator didn't work. For handicapped accessible, they had extremely high curbs, and far from the lobby. Such a great improvement from the building that previously was at this location.

Will definitely stay again. Easy getting off and on the interstate. Close to Broadway, or cheap uber ride. Great customer service, clean rooms and quiet. Price was great and the free parking was a big plus.

Claimed to have free parking and free breakfast, but did not get either. No one was attending the lobby in the morning making for a delayed checkout. Not very impressed with this hotel.

Conveniently located for where we were going. It was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the price was affordable. However, we saw roaches as soon as we got to our room. 😱 The bed sheets and mattress were also very gross and we had to cover the bed with our own blankets to sleep on.

Visited Nashville for a concert at Nissan stadium. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minute walk away from the stadium. It was nice to not worry with getting an Uber or Lyft. Room was clean, bedding could be updated, there were some stains on the comforter, no fitted sheet in the bed. Overall not a bad place to stay, it served its purpose.

Very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, and we had more than enough linen for our stay. Front desk staff are very friendly and the continental breakfast was great!

I've stayed here several times because it's a decent facility that's convenient to downtown. It also offers a decent breakfast. I guess I've become 'conditioned' to their service shortcomings, specifically late maid service. Overall I'll probably keep staying there.

Hotel was good place 1 mile from Nissan stadium. Problem being I request 10-12. It booked 10-13. Since same day booking was charged extire bill. Do not prepay with Hotel.com unless you are sure everything is right. While at hotel there was gun shots in the area

Absolutely terrible!! I had homeless people out side my door a couple of times with them pounding on my windows and trying to get into the door, a couple of times. I called to front desk, having to leave because it was so unsafe. The property was dirty also. When I called the next day, I was told this was a big problem. And was not refunded my first night, even though I had to pack and leave for my safety. BEWARE AND DONT STAY HERE

The TV was horrible and no way to improve the picture quality as the remote provided did not allow control of the features...even when having alternatives to plug into it via HDMI, I couldn't switch inputs. The breakfast could use some variety as it was exactly the same all four mornings.

Check in was easy! Rooms were updated but floors were a little dirty. Beds were pretty firm. Bathroom exhaust fan didn't exhaust when showering. All in all, pleased with the stay!
