The Room Card said there was room service, but the menu was not only out of date (azlthough it didnt say so) but the picing had more than doubled. Instead of honouring this we were told they would speak tp spmone. The two hotels have combined but there was no signage to say so, which meant looking fo Ibis reception, which was in the Mercure Hotel. As regular visitors here, it was very disappointing, although domr og thr dtsff were the same and very good.

Convenient when visiting CHU Hospital
Walking distance

Super close spot to old town with parking. Walking distance to Horloge astronomical clock and timbered buildings. Restaurants looked inviting and more than met expectations. Ten minute stroll in everything was delightful.
2.5
The hotel is situated about a 25 min walk from the train station but can be reached via the metro and a short bus ride. The entrance was a bit confusing as the hotel shares the same reception desk as the adjoining Mercure hotel but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean, spacious room. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast.
1.5
Because the hotel facilities are shared between Ibis and Mercure the set up was confusing. Two separate car parks with one entrance, not possible to put charges to your Ibis room for restaurant drinks. Very bad service for dinner, although the manager was good about giving a free main course. But the staff did what they could to help, no blame attached to them.

Overnight stops for holiday destination, this hotel provided secure car parking and in a good position to walk into the centre of Rouen

Helpful and friendly staff, rooms clean but basic

This is a cost effective hotel in a good location in regards to the centre of Rouen. Lots of local shops are walkable and it’s easily accessible by car. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean etc.
The car parking situation is… acceptable. It’s incredibly tight, really not for any longer vehicles. My Jag barely fit in and out and the spaces definitely weren’t wide enough for it. It’s also not the cheapest parking option locally - so worth baring in mind.

Great location as a stop over. Great service from all of the staff. Breakfast was good. Car park is safe but tight if you have a big car. Would recommend

Really good bed. Awful small car park. Good central location

Stay here every year, found some of the desk staff this time unhelpful (anything to avoid doing something).
Have closed breakfast area and push you through to Mercure instead which is fine. Bar seems to be open if they can be bothered!

Hotel was great. Neighborhood not very clean.

Ok hotel, some newer features on building and breakfast was in Mercure area newly renovated and complete as french breakfasts are. Staff was welcoming and friendly, walking me to breakfast and setup ironing. Room was decent size, the bathroom was a capsule, but all a bit outdated. I could not control the AC and had to keep window open, though as it's on a busy road it was a bit loud.

Very good

Absolutely no warm welcome at all. Inexperienced receptionist (which was OK but didn’t appear to be anyone guiding her). A smile would have been appreciated. No refreshments available as we had to go next door to be served. Could be a reasonable hotel if staff were friendlier
4.0
The hotel is well placed for visiting the historic areas of the city, which are a short walk away. There is on-site parking (60c per hour on our visit), which is in a fairly secure underground car park which could still accommodate our Peugeot Rifter car (which is the same height as a small van).

Our stay was confortable, I recommend this hotel if your are traveling by car, it has a secure parking and very good location for a reasonable price.

Ideal with a car. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Didn't like the waterproof mattress cover which we removed. Ask for room at rear, too noisy to open window at front. No kettle but we knew that m

We stayed for just one night. The hotel is basic. There is no kettle and coffee & tea facilities in the room and no fridge. It’s walking distance to the old city and there are a couple of supermarkets 10-min on foot. Parking is available, you pay for every hour at 0.60 € but it’s free on the street between 7pm and 9am and on Sundays. The room is big. The pillows are ridiculous, flat and small, the bed was soft but ok. There was some poo in the wc lid and something in the sink snot-looking. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. I just found it too expensive for what the room offers.

Loved this hotel! We were staying for one night on our way back to UK after a month travelling around France and Spain. This was one of the best Ibis hotels we stayed in. We parked in the car park. We have a Citroen Berlingo Flair which is like a van and had no issues. Level -3 does have bigger spaces.
Maurius on check in was fabulous. We felt very welcome. He is very obviously a people person and had a lovely sense of humour. He helped us out with an extra pillow and was very approachable.
Room was clean and very spacious. Shower excellent. Location great. Guy on check out also great, didn’t get his name. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Rouen. Thank you. It’s clear the staff here work incredibly hard.

Reception staff Jessica and Marius excellent.

Near the city centre but still very easy to get to and parking was great too. the hotel was clean and quiet and only a short walk from as many food and drink options as you could probably want. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better really.

A good hotel very conveniently situated. At the walking distance from all tourist attraction and easily reachable by car. We visited it in the beginning of September and there was plenty parking spaces outside. The parking is free at night and during the day one can park his car in the cheap parking garage. The breakfast was tasty/ At the downside, the toilet might be cleaned more thoroughly.

Central location with easy parking. Breakfast OK. Room OK. Short walk to Rouen centre.

Better rooms than in the adjoining Mercure. Breakfast was nowhere near as good. Good position for exploring Rouen on foot.
4.0
Very basic hotel but at the price no frills can be expected. Conveniently located with underground parking available at an additional charge. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit grim but most of Rouen's sights are still within a short walk. A practical option for those passing through Rouen, but don't go here expecting luxury on the cheap.

room was ok, only the bathroom very very small
personal very kind and ready to satisfy my necessity
just a little bit far from center

Wonderful welcome from Audrey when we arrived, an English speaking lovely person who took care of us for our original 3 night stay extended to 4. The staff in the hotel are all excellent. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed. Our room was perfectly adequate for our stay with very comfortable twin beds and a good shower and amenities. Wifi was excellent throughout. Breakfast was plentiful and staff always asked us if we were finished before shutting down. Supplies were topped up frequently even when it was near closing time. We had dinner in the Mercure next door 3 nights out of the 4 and it was generally good. The underground car park is a nightmare to navigate as it's very tight. However, with care it does the job and Audrey advised that level 3 is best for larger vehicles. She was correct. Cathedral is about 15 minutes easy walk from the hotel and you are on the bank of the River Seine if you cross the street. We can recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Good central location with on site parking, with exit close to the main motorway though the city, very helpful staff, very dog friendly hotel, good value with main shopping tourist area only a 10 minute walk

We stay here en-route to Le Shuttle. Always friendly helpful staff. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good and it is dog friendly with the restaurant in the sister adjoining hotel Mercure catering for people with dogs and serving good food.

This proved a decent stop off for us in terms of the staff and service. The room was underwhelming however, as the bathroom was made of plastic and the furnishings a bit sparse, and I expected better. The staff were wonderful however, from the check-in to the breakfast (which was nice, with a nutella dispenser!). We got a deal which included half-board, with dinner in the mecure's restaurant, which you should not miss. We thought about skipping it for dinner in the city, but glad we didn't, because it was delicious. We charged our electric car up in the paid parking, which was great, although we were dissapointed that a space could not be reserved for us, so we had to go back to the car park to see if it was empty before we could charge it, so it felt like it was down to luck. It would be better if they allowed it to be booked.
