The lobby area is fine, but rooms are dated and musty.

Everyone working at the Rosen Centre is very friendly and helpful! They clean often and the food options are great. There are always a lot of towels by the pool. I even got a ride in a golf cart from the parking garage around to the front lobby for check in. I find it very comfortable here.

Room was fine. Service was very slow in bars and they closed early! Unfortunate when meeting friends from around the world.

Well they gave us a room that was occupied. Then had given us another room which had a very small bathroom & shower combined inside with a small sink outside the bathroom which was quite strange. Seeing that you would like to wash your hands after using the toilet.they reimbursed us for our $28 parking fee for the room mistake.

Overall my stay was amazing but I would say I strongly dislike how the parking garage is a distance from the actually check in part of the hotel. You have to walk minutes away just to get in and out of the building to your vehicle. Also rooms should include microwaves instead of having to go down to the lobby to heat food. Once again stay was amazing from the rooms to the cleanliness and the services of workers ! Would stay again

First room they gave to us key didn't open went down to front desk 3 times finally worked. Trying to use shower water doesn't go down we opened the cap oh my goodness full with hair so disgusting and room smelled bad too so we ask them to change the room. How housekeeping doesn't know about clogged. Changed room was little better but also drain was slow. Bathrrom was so small but they open door to inside bathroom so hard to access to tub door should open to bedroom. We stayed at hyatt regency last visit. Front desk was so welcoming. Rosen center one front desk lady was chewing gum.

The hotel was nice the only thing i didnt like was the ac would turn off and on all night due to being an eco freindly hotel. Also, ypu had to pay 28.00 for parking in the garage to park and to valet was more just to park your car.. .

The place is amazing, huge, I was given the option of low room or high room, our view faced the amazing pool, which was spectacular!
But, if you drive, there is a parking fee of $28, if you want to workout there is a $15 fee, And of course none of this information is disclosed until you are checking into the hotel.

This has been the worst , dealing with you people , I will never use this website ever again
You are robbing me, when I didn’t even reserve the room , this will have further consequences since I’m gona file for. Lawsuit if I get charge for a reservation I didn’t reserve , when it was someone else using my credit card against my knowledge Or consent . , hope it gets resolved before I take further action .
I highly recommend staying away from this hotel and website !

My stay was great, and is definitely for a luxurious crowd. Pulling up to the entrance of valet, a bellman will take all of your luggage for you and if you decide to self park be prepared for a walk to and from the parking garage, the place is huge. They have a lot of nice dining options within the resort, room service, spa, the whole nine. Some downfalls were not getting getting a view, tv channels were limited, any service like Netflix had to come from your phone to chromecast and the room DID NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE! To warm anything up, you’re equipped with a hair dryer (not even a coffee hot plate) or you go all the way downstairs to the 24/7 market $$$. Upside, they are pet friendly without any breed restrictions to roam freely, no pet park other than a little area off to the side for them to potty, no breed restrictions and costs $150 fee that will cover up to 7 days. Also be prepared to pay $30 daily for parking!

Beautiful hotel. Pool was nice but everything else except the convenience store was closed, I was told slow season? We hadn’t wanted to leave resort but had to to eat unless you want pizza. Otherwise great stay.

Room was very clean and nice overall size. Only minor issue, the AC was a little loud for my toddler.

Everythung was good except the ac in the room was not working properly. They sent someone to look at it but still it never got cold like the other rooms I rented.

Parking - was told where to park, went through gate 3 times before I was handed a piece of paper for parking . Nothing was explained as to what was to be done. Returned to gate late Saturday/early Sunday morning and attendant was very rude about me not knowing how parking was handled. There was never a mention of fees or what I needed to do about parking.

Customer service at check in wasn’t very polite
There was a “cheer” competition and they all stayed at this hotel and were yelling in the hallways…we stayed one night and changed hotels

Went for a cheer competition and the location was perfect. Overall impression was great, friendly staff, cute exterior/interior, valet and bellhops were wonderful. Biggest complaint was we had no working water on our last day and the front desk was not helpful with the situation. Our phone didn’t work in order to call downstairs, bell hop or valet either so it was a bit frustrating.

This Hotel was very, very nice. Everyone was very nice from the young man who checked us in to the housekeeping staff. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice. The only thing I would say was not good as it was not enough chairs for people to sit by the pool and people were laying on the cement.

First of all the beds felt like we were sleeping on cement blocks outside in the blistering heat of the summer. Also, that parking garage was freaking ridiculous! I am an older lady and my boyfriend is also an older gentleman, and he had a boot on his foot and had a walk 15 freaking miles from the car to the elevators and it was ridiculous

Front desk personnel pompous and rude. Every single interaction. Hotel Charges for self parking in very tight spaces in crowded garage, refused to honor comped parking due to member status in app as noted on reservation. Parking garage is VERY FAR from the front desk/elevators. Have to walk past all ballrooms etc to reach lobby. Not elderly/ young child friendly Also charges to use the gym. Loud doors banging all night in adjoining rooms. Buffet restaurant was just so so.
