The staff was unfriendly and we had no hot water. We returned late 11p to our room and no hot water. At 7a the next morning, no hot water. We were leaving by 8a so no time to get it resolved. Very unhappy.

Stayed in 2 different rooms. Floors were dirty in both, had to wipe off feet before getting into bed. Staff was pleasant but nothing fresh or healthy at breakfast bar. No fruit or yogurt. Price was good. Wish I had known pool was out of order because I had planned to swim.

I stayed 3 nights in a row HERE and i booked on this app as i had been doin daily while looking for a place as i just fled from a 3yr domestic violence relationship. I took my daughters in the middle of the night and ran now im starting over with nothing. The first 3 nights were fine like i said i booked daily on the app for cheaper prices. On the 4th day i stopped on my way out fir the day and told the lady I booked again were staying she said ok sounds good! Came back about 5 hours later with my 2 year it was pouring rain we were soaked the parking lots were flooding as well. Stopped at frontdesk to ask to fix my room key. SAME WOMAN FROM THE MORNING I TALKED TO LOOKED AT ME WITH A COLD EXPRESSION AND SAID YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A 50 $CASH DEPOSIT I WAS LIKE UMM I DONT HAVE BUT 30 vash U CAN HAVE IT AND SHE SAID NOPE IF YOU DONT HAVE IT THEN GET YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT. I WAS SHOCKED I STARTED TO CRY ALITTLE GETTING FRUSTRATED. I ASKED WELL WHY NOW AFTER 4 DAYS ARE U DOING THIS WHY WASNT THE DEPOSIT TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT CARD? ANSWER I GOT WAS U CAN GO GET UR STUFF AND GO. SO IN POURING RAIN I HAD TO LOAD MY CAR WITH MY 2 YEAR OLD SHAKING COLD. I CALLED THIS APP FOR MY REFUND THEY HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL AND GET AN OK WHICH THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD OK WHEN I CALLED THEM BUT JUST GOT AN EMAIL SAYING NO. I DID NOTHING WRONG & HAD TO SLEEP IN MY CAR WITH MY KIDS. I BOOKED THAT HOTEL THROUGH HOTELS.COM SO BETWEEN THE 2 SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT RIGHT INSTEAD OF TAKING $ FROM ME

Liked the hardwood floors, pillows and bed were horrible, shower curtain, shower and shower head were gross. The sink in bathroom handle was dinged and gross, but actual sink area was good. Like the mirror. The door to our room had a gap at the side bottom so sketched me out some. The stairway needs major update, the entire place could use a major spray down and cleanliness update. They always jack up for the race weekends but this definitely needs updated. There was also a roach in our bathroom this morning so that was gross. Please work on cleanliness because location is convenient.

There were roaches in our room and the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke and weed smoke. The bathroom was dirty and covered in mold, the bottom of the shower was slimy and I didn't even want to stand in it. We booked 4 nights and only stayed 2 because we had to, after changing hotels our luggage and clothing was saturated in a the horrible stink that was in the room

Advertised as renovated rooms. Some improvements are good, floors, bed, sink mirror. Bathtub/shower is disgusting with rust stains & chips. Sink faucet is old & pitted. Bed was comfortable, but the frame sounds like it is going to collapse. The room had a musty smell. Clothes were damp in morning.

Place is filthy there was congealed soda behind the bed. Within 5 minutes of being there I had to scrub my kids feet off because they were so filthy from walking on the floor they had turned black and the filth was peeling off in chunks. There were people loitering in the parking lot at all hours and you could smell weed smoke in the stairwell and cigarette smoke came rolling through the walls all night. The ac unit smelled like mildew and dead rat. It was full of black chunks and every air vent was black. The floor was so sticky my sons shoe came off while walking and stayed in place. Do not stay here

The pool was closed. The light in the middle of the stairwell was burned out. A light in my room was burned out. The telephone rang randomly all night long. When I reported it the next morning at the front desk, management told me they were aware of the problem! Trash cans overflowed.

Front desk employees are wonderful. I wish i could give a higher rating but the house keeping staff is just awful. We have gotten in at 130 am and had them pounding on our door at 9am. They don't stop either. They will knock and walk multiple times between 9am and the 11 am check out. We also said we did NOT want services and they waited till we left to go into our room and they ended up moving all of our stuff and had it all crammed on the bench. They also at another point had taken our body wash out of the room. Just annoying things really.

Upon checking in -this is a non smoking motel- my room smelled like a smoking pit/ room changed right away. I stayed for a couples of days to relax by the pool- pool closed for maintenance the whole time. Elevator stopped working on morning of checkout. 3 flights of stairs down to my car with luggage - surgery a few days ago- not supposed to lift and carry- Remodeled room very nice! Halls not clean. Landscaping was well done but no mulch and scattered trash. Needless to say- this is not my favorite home away from home. Thanks
