I stay there frequently but lately I can’t get hot water for a shower. Every time I tell them I get told to open the faucets and let it run for 10 minutes . The sink and the shower. I’ve been trying not working!!

At the time of booking, pets were allowed then sometime later the policy changed. After checking in we were bringing in our dog at which time we were told we couldn’t stay. We were told that our charge paid at time of booking would be refunded but none has been given. The Hotel was chaotic and some of the staff rather rude.

Kenya the front desk/check in representative was extremely nice and attentive, the bar manager was also very nice. The building could do with a little updating and the breakfast selection could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay at Ramada again. However, there was only one large towel in the room and the room was not cleaned while we were there.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels that we've ever stayed at. There were hairs all over the sheets. The bathroom floor was wet. The cups in our room were used. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

Hotel was very good. Staff was excellent at handeling our late check in. Access to the hotel was poor. Very narrow bumby road that was poorly lit at night. The hotel deserves better signage and better access road.

I stayed there with my family over the weekend but unfortunately did not have a good experience. The towels and sheets were stained due to not being properly washed. The room had spider webs and food stains on the night stand. What most concerned me about the room was that one of the window locks was broken and so was the second lock on the main door which made us feel unsafe throughout the night. However, we were willing to make the best of our time there but that was ruined once we went to the bar to get some drinks. As a soon as we walked in to the bar the white lady who I was told is always bartending, approached us and started loudly saying “no food” while signaling with her hand and also said “no Spanish”. She then proceeded to laugh until we started speaking and she realized we of course spoke English. It was obvious the type of person that she is not to mention how inappropriate and unprofessional her behavior was. I will not be returning here for future vacations.

We had a lovely room. I messaged the facility to let them know we would be about two hours later than the check in time I'd registered, and was met with a very quick reply to "have a safe drive and [our] room would be ready when we arrived". The front desk attendant was lovely. Our room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that we were located right beside the ice/snack concession section, and the walls were apparently quite thin as we could hear the loud clunk of ice as people were filling what I can only assume were coolers! Also, any conversations outside of the room and in that area could be heard loud and clear. The road into the hotel is a bit disconcerting - not well maintained with lots of bumps/ruts, and we questioned if we were in the right location. This isn't something with the hotel, however, just a commentary to be aware when driving in - it wouldn't keep us from returning.
Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay with a nice breakfast included - just ask for a room away from the ice/snack concession.

Quiet very clean amazing space. The not so nice part about it was that I booked a room suite for three people and there was only two bath towels. I went to the front desk to ask for Extra towels and I was told there was none. I was in shock. Closet space there was none. Bathroom was nice but very small.

The hotel location was convenient for us. I received an email asking to pre check in and if I had a special request. We were a family of four, I made sure to ask for extra towels, when we arrived to our room, there were only two towels. Had to go back to the front desk and request more towels. I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn against booking this place. This hotel is old and poorly maintained. The tile on the bathroom ceiling fell down suddenly when we turned the light on. When I asked for more towels, (there were no hand towels and only two others—there were three of us in the room) they were pleasant and accommodated. However, we needed shampoo (they didn’t have conditioner) and all they brought me were dried out packets that must have been years old. You could feel there was no liquid in them, only a section of crusty something. Totally gross. When I asked for real shampoo she said they were waiting to be restocked. The woman sure didn’t care. And the breakfast was simply inedible. I have no idea how the reviews were good. I never would have booked if I knew all this.

Average hotel. Nice room! Comfortable bed! I did notice that there was no elevator...not a problem for me but some familes had to make a few trips up and down the stairs to get their stuff to the 2nd level

The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom is a little small and they only gave two towels and wash clothes but we were able to get more.
The driveway is a little awkward to get to but you just have to pay attention to where to turn.
The staff, especially Kenya, was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The guest across from our suite was blasting music and yelling after 10pm Us being understanding of the fact that it is summer and Saturday was taken into consideration however after 11:20pm and you have Adults yellowing and blasting music when we have children that been out and are tired we went to front desk where they we dealing with a situation in the parking lot. We were told someone will address our concerns however 12:40 AM I had to put towels under the suite doors. I did inform the Hotel clerk on check out about the incident and was told there was a bikers group staying at hotel this is not an excuse to give a paying customer . We will not be staying at this hotel in future

Short stop over with late arrival and early leaving. Person working the front desk was cheerful and friendly considering I arrived at 2am! Room was clean and comfortable - though a bit humid, likely due to the weather, so I would have appreciated the AC being on. Breakfast was good too - nice to see ‘real food’ not just yogurt fruit and granola bars. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the fact that me and my husband got to the hotel and the room that they gave us when we're getting ready to take a bath and everything we couldn't because there was nothing but hair all over the tub and everything and then Also, it was very noisy there, people didn't have respect for other people sleeping and they were just running up-and-down the hall, making a bunch of noise and on top of that, they gave us another room and when they gave us the other room, Our fridge was not working and the excuse that they gave us was that all fridges, in this hotel is like this. They won't be able to keep anything that cold. And on top of that, when me and my husband was asleep in bed, we kept feeling like we would being bite. So I just did not like the stay at all. I was very unhappy. I do not recommend this place not even for one night.

Well managed hotel. Despite graduation party taking place in the common dining area our guest room was silent. Good stop for travelers. facility clean, and amenities consistent with room rate. Would stay again.

At check in we were put in a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. They were able to change our room. The comforter cover had stains all over it. They replaced them for us. The hook in the bathroom fell off the door and it appeared to have been repaired with caulk many times before. There were fans all over the lobby and it was hot. There was a graduation party and the guests were really loud and the pool had zero room in it. There was no one checking to see if the people were guests of the hotel. The next morning at the pool, there were people chugging alcohol right out of the bottle and smoking weed. A maintenence person asked them to stop but they said no. The same party of people were wearing thong bikinis with their butts exposed. Not a place I will bring my family again. This appears to be a party hotel.

Everything was good, rooms are very nice and clean, A/C works well, bathroom was stocked with towels, toiletries and it was clean, water pressure was excellent. They only negative about this hotel is the fact that there was no elevator and so it was a little difficult to bring our luggage, stroller and other things upstairs to the second floor. Breakfast was good (continental). Staff was very nice.
