Old room with a threadbare and dirty upholstery on the chair and stained carpet. Bed was very hard and could feel every spring in the mattress. Room smelled musty and hot/humid, A/C did not work well. I had a recent stay at the Renaissance in Richardson that was fabulous and the reason for my selecting this hotel. Not an equal experience at all.

We decided to stay at this hotel after our wedding. When I called a few day prior to discuss our check-in I spoke with Crystal. When she found out I was the bride she went out of her way to accommodate our crazy schedule and to make sure when he finally checked in that everything was super smooth. The room was on a high floor with views overlooking the city and part of the pool. It was beautiful. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. We took a lot of very close forts me and cozy naps. It was awesome. We love this please. We had many options of places to stay after the wedding, but we stayed here for NYE 2018 and had such a wonderful memory, that we decided it was the right place for us after the wedding. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thank you Crystal (and Chyna) for making our stay so smooth and enhancing our special day. The restaurant was fabulous, the buffet breakfast was delicious, and all the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and professional. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel and beautiful room! Easy check in and out. My husband and I did run into a few issues: scalding hot water with no cold water, paper thin walls, and the front desk were a bit difficult to speak with as they were not clear with any additional charges or these issues we had. For example, they did not explain the additional $40 charge that I was surprised with, and they did not explain why or when the water issue would be resolved (it never was resolved). Beautiful and memorable stay, but I would not come back or recommend to others.

The chair in the room are dirty they should clean them we arrived to our room the ac was not working we had to call they tried to fix it but they end up sending us to another room again chair where dirty the bathroom has no fan so it get stuffy.

this room was falsely advertised on the website. I stayed in the ex suite and was highly disappointed in my stay. The room was dirty and calling house keeping did not help, because I literally watched her make the bed using the obviously dirty sheets. The bathroom was gross, the room was small for a ex suite and ththeres no sofa as shown in the photos online. The only thing different between the standard rooms and an ex suite is the executive lobby which is private to the guest staying in ex rooms. BUT the caveat here is the ex lobby does not have a microwave, bar, office rooms, or TVs - which can all be found in the main lobby. So essentially, you will be spending more of your time in the main lobby then the ex lobby, which does not have something as simple as a microwave so you will constantly have to go downstairs. Also - their phones do not work at all. If you need anything, you have to go downstairs or call from your personal phone. The place looks unfinished, the view is not as advertised and the food options are limited. I noted my complaints and they went unanswered. I strongly suggest sleeping in your car or a motel before coming to this disappointing hotel!!

My review of the hotel: Staff are very friendly, very accommodating and I never had a need they couldn't meet. Hotel, rooms, and facilities were clean, had no issues in that department either. My only issue with this hotel is just how dated it seems. Marriot bonvoy signage at the front is tilted and not square, the chairs seems ancient and you fall into them. The shower seems like something out of 1970. The bathroom soap - rosemary mint - had me smelling like a stick of spearmint gum. All the sockets are loose making it hard to charge any devices. These are all small details that add up preventing a better score. The hotel is fine, the area is near highways, staff are friendly and place is clean. For the same price point I believe there is better but this place is a great spot to put your head down with low expectation for finer details.

It would really be nice to have a continental breakfast offered at no extra cost to guests. Seeing as all other hotels in the area add that added convenience for guests. Free in house (hotel) breakfast iscrucually time saving, especially when someone is traveling on business. Every minute counts.

Very cozy hotel, but proximity to other places to eat and shop was bad if walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the restaurant only had 1 server whenever I went. Usually I was the only guy be eating there, so that is understandable.

Beautiful property and very conveniently located near King Spa. Massive thank you to the manager and night manager for their kindness and assistance in getting things squared up with my reservation. I had booked/paid for 2 nights stay but was only able to stay 1 night due to a family emergency. I was so emotionally raw and depleted by the time I arrived at the property. When I showed up, the reservation had already been cancelled because I had failed to call for the first night I missed (which I didn’t realize is standard but totally makes sense.) But the manager and night manager were so kind and considerate in locating my original reservation, booking my 1 night stay as a walk-in (since the original reservation was gone), working to recover the funds from Expedia, and getting me a room quickly. I am so grateful to them both for helping me when I needed it the most. You made my terrible day so much better. Will absolutely be back here next time I am in town. Thank you!

This hotel is gorgeous! When I walked in I felt as if I was staying in at minimum a $250/night hotel. I ran into some issues as far as my room but, the staff member Terrance rectifies the situation with confidence, urgency, and care. My suggestion is to book this hotel while the price range is still beautifully ranged.

Staff here is amazing!! Especially Nataly in the front desk she is a sweetheart. I feel definitely the building needs some remodeling but not too bad. Pool was good! The bar didn't have much of a selection only drinks on the menu. Overall would stay again though.

Sauna didn't work. I selected this hotel because of the sauna. What a disappointment. I informed it right away ... the worst part if that they told me it would take 1 month for part to arrive. Today 5/19/24 more than a month has passed and I have booked another room. When I called to make sure it was fixed they said it wasn't! As the interested party, unfortunately, i'm trying to talk to maintenance dept to get it fixed. Isn't this something they should be doing themselves.

Decent hotel, good for people who want to stay near DFW Airport. QT gas station convenience store next door is 24/7 but has rough looking customer base there. Hotel is is nice but dont stay near elevators. You can hear people coming and going.

Cancelled flights with last minute reservations for many of us and in spite of the spur of the moment crowd of reservations after 11 pm- the staff remained cheerful and helpful and awesome! That attitude was abundant all morning as well! From the front desk to the amazing dining room staff, they went above and beyond!
