It just looks old. Maybe remodel must be done. Bathrooms look very old, at least public bathroom, not in the room

Dirty room

Checked in at 4:00 PM, prepaid Orbitz with no problems. Took my credit card info, gave us room cards with room number on folder. Clerk did not ask for ID. Had nice dinner in on site restaurant. Early to bed since had to be up at 3:00 AM for flight. At 12:45 PM, phone rang twice, no one there. Three minutes later knocking on door. Night desk clerk, "you are not registered here, I have to see your ID." Not how you want to be awakened in the middle of the night. Photographed driver's license. No apology, acted like we were squatters. At 3:30, went to check out and get an apology. Showed night clerk keys, key folder with room number, Orbitz confirmation page. Asked for printout of stay. Got nothing. Complained since it was obviously hotel's fault. Got one word. "apologies". no explanation, no real remorse. Still acted like we were in the wrong, There are plenty of other airport hotels near O'Hare. Will not be staying at this one again.

Very old building and poor condition. The bar inside the hotel is pretty good. Staffs are friendly.

I’ve stayed here multiple times within the last 4 months and no complaints at all. Very comfortable king size beds.

Large room and clean, but the drug-fueled neighbors were partying all night. Not pleasant, but not the hotel's fault. No way to deal with the problem.

Mybdoor was broken like someone tried kicking the door in. Didn't complain because I was only there for one night. Parking on the property was horrible

Walls, doors, and bedding was dirty, mold on wall by our bed, pee stains behind toilet, it was just dirty but front desk people were super friendly!

The man at the front desk was nice. That was the extent of my positive experience. The room was average but had a very distinct smell, as if not *actually* clean, but masking something. Beyond that, though, was the incredibly frustrating bar or restaurant right below my room that played loud music the entire night AND morning. It didn't stop, it was absurdly loud, I woke up from it constantly even as a heavy sleeper, and I eventually resorted to blaring white noise from my phone to try and cover it up. Even more shocking is that this was on a Monday night (at an airport hotel, no less). Why? I'll never know. I highly doubt the place was packed with business all night. Despite the low price of the stay, I still want my money back. Pay an extra $20 and find somewhere else. Not worth it.

The hotel is a little dated. The bar/restaurant was good for on site amenities.

Close enough to airport for layover. Free shuttle included as about 15 or so minutes away.

Always like this place for easy access to the airport. Shuttle runs on time snd front desk staff is always pleasant.

Waited for the airport shuttle for two hours in freezing cold temps. Called the front desk multiple times.

Had to wait 50 min for shuttle in the middle of the night(after being told 10 min, had to call back after waiting 30 min-multiple calls with no answer. When night attendant finally answered the phone he made it seem like I was annoying him). Night attendant was rather rude on phone and checkin so very poor first impression. Hallways are not nice, but room was clean and basically fine (very loud fridge noises:). Housekeeping staff was nice. No food available on site in AM beyond chips and sodas in machines. Bed was comfy though!

The staff member I dealt with was very friendly. The room- disgusting. Piss on the toilet seat, stained towels. Toilet paper left from last customer.
