I stayed in a 420 friendly room and it was great. I was quite surprised by the quality of the hotel and rooms for the very affordable price. Looking fwd to going back and booking another stay.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were unable to check in to our room until nearly 2 hours AFTER check in time. Our room was not ready, along with 18 other people who were waiting in the lobby. When we finally got our keys we got on the elevator to discover the numbers on the buttons don’t actually coordinate with the correct floor number. When we got to our room, two employees were in there. I’m assuming they were still checking to see if they were made ready. Our a/c did not work, and was never fixed during our stay. We were lucky that the windows opened, and we were able to get cool air. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. There was only a flat sheet, and a duvet insert with no duvet cover. I tried to order a club sandwich and an orange juice on the second day of our stay. The bartender brought me an orange juice with ice in it, who does that, then informed me they didn’t have bacon or tomato. I confirmed I still wanted the sandwich. 10 minutes later she came back to say they also didn’t have lettuce. At that point I canceled the order. They catered the event we were in town for that night, and the ahi tuna appetizer had an appalling fishy taste. I didn’t eat anything else after that. At check out the front desk attempted twice to charge us $21 for “water bottles”. Water bottles were not provided, much less proper bed linens or a/c. On top of the incidental charge at check in they also charge 39 per night and 13% charges on all bar tabs.

Great stay! Loved that it was 21 and over. The pool parties were so loud but it’s also Vegas so you get the vibes. Location literally minutes from the strip.

Over all it was a good place to sleep. The room was a little dirty i found part of a used eyelash clump on the bathroom floor, and there were some random long black hairs on the ground. The floor was uneven in some spots so as someone who trips alot it wasnt the best. The walls arent well insulated so you could hear everyone going up and down the halls. The staff was super nice and friendly and the hotel did not smell like cigarettes like most hotels in vegas. Even though there were some issues my family would stay here again.

Small hotel. Pictures are nicer than the hotel. Seemed cool pulling in but when you actually step into the elevator, the rest was downhill. The floor numbers are literally taped to the elevators. The rooms had no lamps, just sterile overhead lights. Old, but with a bandaid over it.

Liz (lifeguard) is wonderful. I was there in August and again this past weekend and always goes above and beyond. Seven the bartender was friendly, very polite and professional. It made up for the elevator being down on my last stay.

Very loud! Not for those who like peacefulness. More a younger crowd place. Although, they had live bad playing 70's music in the lobby Sunday. But it was SO LOUD! Not a bad place overall.

The elevator was out, and will be out indefinitely. So we had to haul all of our bags (7 of them) up 4 flights of stairs. Luckily, their valet person helped us. But it was still a major inconvenience. I wish they would have upgraded us to a lower floor, preferably in a Penthouse suite.

Probably one of the best stays I had in Las Vegas. I don’t know why it was so many complaints about this place. You stay in a 21 and up hotel. Of course the music will be playing late. Honestly the music does not bother me and the pool area was a vibe. The service was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The elevator does not work that’s the down side but overall stay omg! Loved it so much. This will be my forever place when I come to Vegas!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator didn't work. Loud music in the pool area all afternoon and evening. No problem with a pool party but some quiet time down there would have been nice. I also got raging diarrhea from the Ceasar's Palace buffet and the fan in my bathroom didn't work. Will not stay here again.

Shower needs a curtain? Shower needs a Soap/Sham/Con Holder? No Desk in 420 Room? NOTE: If you like a quiet (no music late at night), this is not for you, but for young & middle age adults it enhances the stay.

I loved the 420 rooms and pool area. Staff was excellent & friendly! I did not appreciate the broken elevator, leaking ceiling in the lobby & broken fountain. Property has potential and look forward to seeing improvements on our next visit.

The fountain, elevator, faucet & AC were broken. The room itself was very clean and the coffee and toiletries were nice. The bed was very Comfortable all in all due to the broken stuff and issues I’d expect at least half a refund.

Where do I begin!!!!! We got the penthouse suite. When we got there nobody told us The a/c wasn't working. They had a portable a/c unit in the bedroom! The hotel gave creepy vibes! On our last night we left to enjoy the strip. Woke up the next morning & my husband MCM duffle bag was missing! We search the whole room until he finally went downstairs to the front desk & it was behind the counter! My husband asked how did it get here & security stated be lucky you got it back! I wouldn't stay here again if it was free!!! Don't walk Run!!

I love the property & the pool, but was on the 3rd floor & elevator wasn't working the whole time there & we had to walk up all those stairs on the outside of the building in all that heat! If my time there was longer, I would have switched to another hotel, because I am a 66 year old lady & walking up those stairs, on the outside of the building was very rough on me, & took awhile to feel OK once I got into my room & had to drink almost a whole bottle of water to recover!

No elevator, 4 flight's of stairs with luggage not fun! Very expensive Redbull 7.60 Handed her a 10 she said we dont give chang! And gave me 2$ No wash cloths soap smelled like a mosquito candle, Had a party with a band at the pool till 2am VERY VERY LOUD! The Website is a joke

The elevator was broken and we had to walk up the stairs outside to get to our room, which was fine, but very poor directions from the front desk how to get to our rooms..it took 3 trips. Food was great, pool is lovely. Staff at pool wonderful. Seven should get a raise.

There was no comforters, just sheets that were placed over sheets with blood, fresh blood, on them. The shower thing was broke and scared me it it banged the glass. I didn't appreciate the slip hazard that the open style shower left with all that water splashing out, needed a splashguard to keep floor dryer.

The property itself is very nice BUT, the website nor reviews openly expresse the truth about the hotel. The hotel is a swinger facility! I would have never booked a room there had the website described it truthfully. The elevator isn't working and hasn't since June! Then the staff assigns and give me keys for a room that other people were in. I walked in on 3 women & 1 man!!! Had to walk back down 3 flights of stairs to make him aware of the issue, then had to walk back up 3 flights of stairs!!! I called the front desk to get some kind of comp for my troubles and they would only subtract the service fees!!!

orbitz site said this was a 10 minute walk from strip and its not really a walking area to get to strip as its near highway. The hotel was only smoking available hotel so that is why we chose that one. The last night before our stay ended the hotel went out of service. Also the locals kept saying the hotel was haunted but we did not notice anything strange. Other than the elevator door having a delayed opem when you reach the lobby.

Love the decor and the pool area is gorgeous and modern. Rooms are decent size but our room’s floor was filthy and our feet turned black. The AC was subpar so it got hot in our room at times. The elevator was out of service so we had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor which was a bit of an inconvenience.
