I checked in not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cozy. Only thing I could ask for is a microwave in the room. The cleanest room I've been in for years.

The hotel was nice overall. Free breakfast was delicious my only issue is i paid for my room at check-in and when i checked out they told me i owed them $100 which isn't true because I paid at check in. The manager Marcus did something in the computer and added another card to my account im not sure why they kept trying to charge my card for this $100 i had to call the front desk for answers and no one knew how to answer me or what they were talking about. Ive never had this issue at any hotel so im not sure i will ever go back to the prussia hotel

What a pleasure to stay here. Beautiful sconces, bathroom and comfortable bed.it felt like we were being pampered. The soaps and lotion were really nice smelling. The towels were plush. Only complaint and just cause I'm short (5'1") the beds were kinda high off the ground I had to do a little climb... But worth it! Overall great stay.

It was a very long day of traveling and we just wanted to find the hotel. Our navigator told us we had arrived, but it wasn’t Best Western. After going in circles, I went in and asked where it was. The man said I was standing in it. They had changed the name of it a couple of weeks ago. There was a small sign out front that said this, unfortunately we came in from the back. It would have been very helpful if you informed your guests that there was a name change. We’ve stayed here in the past, but the renovation you’ve done are amazing! Beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent!

Solely about property...Being a brand new hotel, everything was impressive considering what the old BW was like, it provided a refreshing atmosphere that should be taken advantage of for the time being--until wreckless humans begin to destroy it over the next few years. Construction is still going on around the premises so there is mild noise, and not good views. While affordable with a Expedia member discount and a VIP perk, without it would make it pricy for the same amenities found elsewhere. The Marriott Residence Inn is directly adjacent and will indirectly add to the overall ambiance once their construction is done. There should be one huge entrance/exit off the main road and not 2 narrow, separate ones since it makes (in/e)-gress unsafe. Going around the backdoor loop is also a bit long and inconvenient. Overall, take advantage while you can.

This hotel was perfect for where I needed to go, best value close to Penn Valley PA. I needed a place with a good breakfast and this place did not disappoint. They indeed had the "full breakfast" they promised: eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, as well as other pastries and juices. Room was nice size.

Everything was excellent during our stay - checking in was easy and the front desk person was very pleasant and easy to talk with, sharing information about restaurants and travel to Villanova University - offered breakfast in the morning which was very tasty and convenient.

The staff was amazing and that was the only saving grace of this experience. First - we booked a hotel WITH a pool for our kids… and arrive to find our “destination” is a fenced off construction site. Apparently they are mid remodel and found it acceptable to falsify amenities, have people walking under ladders & lulls with zero thought of safety. There was zero outdoor space and what was there was debris and unsafe. The pool didn’t exist - just a hole in the ground. The entire hotel felt like a patch job and you had to smell paint the entire time. Even after remodel- I’d never stay there again for them thinking it was safe for my kids to be amidst construction. We opened the main doors to leave the last day and almost knocked over workers on a ladder right outside the door. Zero responsibility taken on how poorly that could have ended up! Shame in whatever hotel management decided to still try and collect money for rooms in a NOT READY building.

The staff was welcoming and very polite. Our room not only looked clean, but it smelled clean as well. They have some construction going on outside so we weren’t really sure what to expect, but none of it went on during the evening so we had a pleasant quiet evening. I think if there’s anything that I would have to not even critique, but maybe request it would be beef or turkey protein options for breakfast (not only pork), but either way the breakfast was appreciated.

The hotel was super clean and the staff great. I wish I had known about the construction… they were working early in the am so couldn’t sleep in as I wanted. Breakfast was fine and convenient. Don’t be deceived by the construction… it is amazingly clean inside and the staff amazing
