There was an order of Body odor that was in the room and unclean furniture. We were waiting on service at a restaurant and waited close to 15 minutes before leaving.

The hotel was excellent both high class and client oriented. Really fast elevators upscale and high tech. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very gracious and friendly. There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

We had an amazing trip from start to finish. A friend and I came down for night one of the Eras Tour, the hotel staff were so organized and kept everything running smoothly. Our room was ready early, the shuttle and parking were easy to navigate. The entire environment was welcoming and embracing of the Swiftie universe! From friendship bracelets on arrival to the DJ and 360 Photo Booth, to the Photo Booth set up, to the flyer of all events and how to find them. We felt safe, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was AMAZING. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

We were there at 2:30 to check in so that we could be at the TS concert at 4:15 bc the door opened at 4:30 & we wanted to get merch. The lady at the front desk told me that we were checked in and that she would text/call us when the room was finished being cleaned. She told us the room we were waiting for was being cleaned at that very moment. We had to get ready for the concert in the 3rd floor sitting area and in the very small bathroom. We had to curl our hair from the 1 plug behind the door on the floor! That is unacceptable. Finally at 4:35 a man, not a worker, told my husband to go down there and stand there until a room pops open on the screen that shows it is cleaned and she would put him in right then because that it what they did after hours of waiting that morning. It was my husbands 3rd time down to the front desk. If your check in time is at 4:00 you should have ALL rooms cleaned by 4:00. No exceptions. You increase the prices for large events so, as a business, you should provide the service on time! 4:00 is a LATE check in time anyway!! You certainly didn't offer to extend our time on checkout. So we kept up our side of the contract but you did not. I will never stay at your hotel ever, ever again.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable. I slept the entire night which I never do. There was no noise and the room was clean.

Fast check in process. The food in the restaurant was average at best. No microwave in the room, so don't have leftovers. Bed was comfortable, shower was heaven.

Outstanding stay! Comfortable clean bed and room. In town for New Orleans saints football game. Conveniently located within walking distance to the stadium. Staff very friendly and easy check in. Bell hops and valet services were also great. Last but not least the breakfast was amazing! Many choices and worth every penny. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

The was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It was close to mostly all of my attractions and they have a bar on sight. My bathroom could've been cleaner but other than that staff was nice and professional. I loved it here.

Ro our server and one of the Chef/Managers were the best part of our stay!!! They made our buffet experience excellent! Mr Moore was so very friendly and welcoming... He supported my Mom and assisted her every need! Our bellhop, Mark or Mo who is in School was fantastic... He kept his word and greeted us as he passed each day! Marguerite in concierge provided excellent resources and suggestions in the friendliest way. Wow what a team!

The staff was very nice and they do their best to keep it clean. They can use some upgrades in the rooms the wall paper needs to be changed you can see it separating. The toilets are low in my opinion as well could stand to use an upgrade there. But they do clean a lot it smells clean, and you see the staff cleaning all the time and customer service is great.

The staff and service was top-notch. Food was wonderful! Great workout facilities, and we loved that there was filtered water stations throughout the hotel. The only thing we did not love was the beds. They weren’t the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever slept in, but they either need to be rotated or replaced. The mattresses were concave, and we continually rolled in on top of our bedmate

What I liked most was the helpful friendly staff. Especially Tyler at the vallet parking and Dennis at the info desk by the elevators. A very nice lady was also at the info desk and helped me find things and William was nice at check in. The facility was clean and maps were available on screens and employees were always nice when I asked questions. The lady at the fancy elevators helped me because I'd never used a touch pad for elevators before. The sound and temperature in the meeting room was excellent. I especially liked the music between the sessions. The food was fantastic. It's the fine employees that made my stay most enjoyable.

The Hyatt Regency New Orleans was a very nice hotel. Its far enough from the French Quarter you dont have the late night noise, but you are close to the Garden District, Super Dome, and Smoothie Center. THe staff is really great and friendly.
