Road construction in front of the hotel made it extremely difficult to get to the location - had to use the alley. Not the hotel's fault, though. Otherwise it was just an inexpensive hotel, not the cleanest grounds, etc.

When I arrived she was vacuuming, I accidentally stepped on the cord, she turned and glared at me like "what are you doing". It was very uncomfortable. I said I was there to check in and her attitude changed immediately. I did not feel welcome at all.

The staff was very nice. The location was weird. They're doing construction so it's extremely hard to get there using Google maps or any map. No food options nearby. There were some random people in the halls on their computer. Breakfast was limited but so so overall. Room was dusty, dirty, and old times. There was a light bulb missing for some reason. The staff made it so much better but it's just the place itself was so dated and dirty. We cleaned up and it was so much better after.

We did not stay at this motel due to road construction, unlevel parking lot, unpainted building, and dirty window curtains shows what rooms would look like. In back of building is poor area which we would not feel safe. No thank. We stay at a different motel across the street is much better. I know I paid for it, but we had not choose.

First of all, accessing the place is a nightmare due to major construction on the road. The establishment has a homemade look with mismatched furniture in the lobby, and there was no one at the front desk because the attendant was busy cleaning. Long story short, I saw the lobby, saw the attendant, and left without checking in or seeing the interior because the exterior was so unappealing. It is located next to a poorly maintained water canal or river, which made the area feel ghetto and unsafe.

Its a simple, low budget hotel, but the room was clean, comfortable and great for 1 night passing through. Location was safe and staff were easy to talk with. Nice little breakfast to get us going on the next leg of our trip.

I stay here when I come to Casper. It is a clean comfortable room and good service. Not the Hilton but a very reasonable price. Staff was great.

If the staff was not friendly I would rate it 1star , breakfast hall was crowded with people who are in their computer.. the bath tub was clogged

It doesn’t get any better than Kimberlee at the front desk. Great personality, very friendly, and super helpful. She creates a welcoming feeling from the second you walk through the door! If I had a business in Casper I would be trying to steal her immediately!!

Smoke smell. Dangerous rumpled carpeting in room. Boring, prison-like white walls in the hallway. Only thing we liked was having 3 bath towels.

The whole stay there was wonderful. From the maintenance man to the guest. I stayed 3 days and had trouble with my truck. The whole team helped with it. The motel felt like staying with family instead of strangers. At the end of my stay they signed my key card. And the maintenance man the gentleman that he was gave his tool to me (just in case) i will go back every time to stay. If you read this love you guys.... you know who you are.

The Hosts made it feel like a home away from home. They were kind, sociable and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I fell in love with Casper and this budget friendly hotel. Ps- it was very conveniently located. I will be back♡

I loved how great the staff was and I would definitely stay again! The fact that there’s a ton of construction going on around them is nothing that they’re able to control. I am sure once the construction is done the area will be much quieter. We appreciated the staff’s knowledge of the area and their recommendations. Overall we had a great trip!

Don’t let the old exterior fool you. The facility is old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. They even clean rooms daily! That’s more than you can say for large chains!!

Is it the 4 seasons, no; but we’ll stay again. Has updates, is clean, and had a good breakfast. If you want your hotel to provide entertainment this isn’t the place for you; but, if you just want a clean, simple place for a quick stay this place is great!

The staff, particularly the General Manager Kay were friendly and helpful. It is an older property, clean, with a decent continental breakfast. There is a major highway construction project going on in front of the hotel, which made it somewhat inconvenient to get into the hotel the first time. This will be ongoing for several more weeks. Overall, great value for what we paid.

I enjoyed most aspects of my stay. For the price, the amenities were great. My only critiques would be that my messy room was not made up when I returned after my first day and that prevented me from taking a shower before I checked out as there were not enough clean towels and the soap and shampoo were not replenished.

Everyone has already heard about the construction. The thing that got us was when we pulled up there was a person standing by the front door and then he started questioning my son and I about where we were coming from and where we were going and that made us feel a little uncomfortable. He stayed out there for the longest time. Looking at everyone and vehicles coming in. The building is an older building. It probably needs to be renovated. It's an okay place for a quick one-night stop and then head out. We were just happy that nothing happened to our vehicle and everything was safe inside of it too. The service the people were great though and friendly.

Really hard to find due to construction. Older facilities, but relatively clean, though some things like curtains were in poor condition. Great front desk help both at check in and out. I didn’t like them taking a photocopy of my License and I didn’t like the $100 deposit, b it t it was credited back promptly. Sketchy area!

This is an older hotel, but has everything you need for a good night’s rest. Staff was very friendly and they even have breakfast in the morning. Great place for a budget traveler like myself for a night.

It was clean and workers were pleasant and efficient. The fascility was old but priced right. The highway construction was inconvenient but not the fault of the facility. We had a nice stay at a very affordable price.
