It was amazing… until the end. And I mean amazing! The decor is so cool! It was clean and quiet, I was in love. Then… the morning of checkout the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30am!!!!! We stayed up late and were still sleeping. I was a housekeeper for years and this was a big no-no! We never knocked on their door before checkout time unless the front desk told us they were gone. Something small I know, but this started our day on the wrong side after that.

My stay at the Best Western Denver Southwest was great. The servers for breakfast were so kind and helpful!! I had my 2 grandchildren with me. More than enough food variety and it was good. Front desk was helpful. The housekeepiung was great too. I stayed for a week and had all the breakfast and towels I needed thanks to the staff at this location. Thank you for the great stay!!

Our two night stay was great! We felt very welcomed during check in and it was great to see all of dinosaur themed decorations throughout the hotel. Our room was very comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom was very small and the sink was located outside the bathroom. The area was quiet and several restaurants located nearby. Overall, we would stay here again.

I think this might have been the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. Lots of smiles and friendly people working!! The breakfast was by far the best I have had at a hotel. The dinosaur theme was great for my grandson. The rooms were clean and the location for us was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is convenient to a major N-S route (Wadsworth Ave), yet set back a block; therefore, quiet. Big outdoor pool. Dinosaur themed. My particular mattress was uncomfortable, but the room and bathroom were spotless. Staff was friendly.

The property and room were clean The breakfast was great! The front desk people were very nice and pleasant as were the dining room, laundry and cleaning staff. The main issue for us was the size of the room. It was very cramped making is difficult for 2 (average size) people to move around and the bathroom was ridiculously tight. And finally, there were only 3 electrical outlets... dedicated to hairdryer, between beds and at desk. Charging our devices was quite challenging!

We really like this property. Our room was huge this time and it's a pretty friendly hotel however our room smelled terrible and i had to buy air freshener and the furniture should probably be thrown away. The breakfast is great, the pool and hot tub are nice, the location is great and we like the dinosaur theme

Pro: clean. Cleanliness is a must! Decent breakfast. Sufficient toiletries, towels, Cons: there's only one clerk at the counter, long line-up and so customer with complex booking wasn't helped properly (the lady before me) Neutral: pool and hot tub

Clean and nice room. Served decent breakfast. Typical fair. Just got crowded trying to get food and juice and then add a staffer to replenish and wipe up certain areas. They have different areas set up to grab cereal and bread items, but the bulk is all situated on this short area together behind a half wall. Logistically just made things harder than how most breakfast areas are at other hotels. And not a lot of seating so ended up taking food back to room.

Over the last 3 months we have stayed here at least 12 night. This time was very disappointing. With the exception of our last morning the desk staff was in need of more training. The staff member I believe was the seasoned employee doing the training was VERY rude when simply asked a question. One third of the stations were not available which left sports, Spanish and religious stations. None of which were of interest. Much more available on other stays.

Very nice rooms! Clean and the beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Im a caffeine addict so i loved that there was also a coffee pot in the rooms as well as 24 hr coffee avail in the lobby. The breakfast was awesome with fresh danish, muffins, multiple types of cold cereal and there was also a cook you could see making fresh scrambled eggs, biscuits/gravy, bacon, sausage etc. My only complaint about this property is they are 2 floors with no elevator. So if you're like me with bad knees..this was a killer! Just request a ground floor if available 😁. But i would definitely stay here again!

Good breakfasts. Clean room. Convenient location. Nice staff- although a few weren’t able to confidently respond to some inquiries. Lobby looked in need of an “update” & bathroom in the room was quite small- couldn’t adjust shower head. Wasn’t a fan of the sink being outside of the bathroom. Guests appeared to be cordial. No noise/disruptuons.

Wonderful stay! The kids loved the dinosaur theme, touring the hotel's murals, digging in the sandbox for bones, and hanging out at the heated pool and hot tub area (complete with dinosaur floaties). Breakfast was fantastic and the service staff are absolute rock stars. Only cons: beds and pillows were quite firm, which was hard on my partner and I, and the no late checkout policy was a bummer when planning the rest of our day with kiddos. Overall, very hard to find this much value in a hotel stay these days at an even remotely affordable price. We will be returning soon!
