It was a great stay. But if you want some pointers to help your property, the outside is very dirty and has lots of cigerates everywhere. The sinks inside the building are a little dirty but nothing that really made me think it was gross. Just some tips!

My room my stay was okay the night staff seem to be pretty nice people the hotel housekeeping staff except for a young girl named Britney I think were the rudest most inconsiderate people I've ever met in my life in this business and they should probably find a new career that has nothing to do with dealing with people

The front desk person was gone and left us standing at an unattended desk for 15 minutes waiting to check in while she was outside smoking. The pool is not used and area is just used to store junk. There is no breakfast even though online it says it serves breakfast. The side door to entry has a locking card pad but it is not used and the door is unlocked all the time. The neighborhood is terrible. Very sketchy to say the least. I wouldn't have stayed there is I hadn't already paid for it ahead of time when I booked online.

Good coffee but no breakfast at all. Listing said continental breakfast was included but there was none. Room was clean but common areas looked run down. Lots of bikers at odd hours in the night woke me up. Lots of people smoking right outside the front door. On check in, the whole property smelled strongly of weed. All in all probably average for a $50/night hotel, but VERY disappointed about no breakfast. Had I known that I would've stayed elsewhere.

You get what you pay for. We stayed on the 2nd floor , we had pets. Stairs were dirty the whole floor smelled like cigarettes smoke. Everything in our room had cigarette burn marks on it. The grounds outside had garbage everywhere. The lower outside exit door didnt even lock. As far as clean it was for what they had to work with. Management was friendly and polite. I think the whole hotel is geared more for live in's. We only spent one night so we got what we paid for. I would not suggest taking kids.

This hotel was horrible! The back door was left unlocked and unmonitored all the time. We found bed bugs in our room. When we asked for a refund, we were told we had to get it from Expedia because that’s who booked the room through. Horrible, would never recommend.

Nothing unique except maybe the cochroach that I killed in the bathroom. The motel smelled of smoke in the room and hallways. The backdoor into the motel never was locked. I couldn't believe it was a choice motel. The staff was very nice in spite of everything . I will never stay there again.

My truck broke down on the way and I couldn’t make the stay. I called to make a cancellation and the hotel would not help me. They had no sympathy or consideration for my situation. It was no we’re charging you anyway they did not offer any other option to be helpful That’s it!

We were charged for extra people in the room and the staff would not give us exrra towels for everyone to be able to shower. We were told "rooms get 2 towels regardless of how many people are in the room".

The hotel itself was fine. Clean room and comfortable. I was, however, double charged for the room. I had made the reservation with one card and asked the charges be put on another card. They charged both cards. Still waiting for the $50 depost return on one card and the amount charged on my other card to be refunded too.

Found multiple stains on the sheets. Also found what was clearly smeared blood in two spots above the toilet paper dispenser. When I showed the front desk clerk that pictures of issues found I received this response “the sheets are clean, those are just stains.” No offer to replace the sheets or switch rooms. No resolution. I then had to ask him to go to the room to clean up the smeared blood above the toilet paper. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this was the worst experience and then worst customer service I’ve ever run across. I’ll never stay at a Rodeway Inn again.

The location was convenient to where we were doing things in the area. The room seemed clean, but the hallways and room really smelled like smoke. If you don't mind that, it was a fine stay. Staff was not exactly rude, but was not the usual level of friendly you might find in the hospitality business. Lots of hallway noise in the morning. Even for the low price, I would have expected more from the stay.

We were very happy with this motel and would stay there again if we are traveling in that direction. We understand there is no longer a swimming pool and that the breakfast room was closed because of the Pandemic. Neither was a problem for us. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean as was the room.

I tried to cancel one of the two rooms we reserved but it was too late. Expedia tried to cancel by calling several times over the period of about a half hour and could not get through. The phone rang and rang with no answer. They told me to try. I tried two separate times. It rang and rang and there was no answer. I finally got through. Rodeway told me they cancelled the reservation. When I arrived they charged me for both rooms, both individually, and placed a third charge that they said they would back out. This appeared to have caused a freeze to be placed on my debit card and rendered it useless for the weekend. We went ahead and stayed in both rooms since they told us we could not cancel one. The room my wife and I stayed in had a musty smell but was otherwise clean. The room my sons stayed in had sheets with what appeared to be a blood stain; it was red. They brought us new sheets but could not enter the room to replace them so my wife did. Our room had a faucet that dripped all night. The clothes iron was missing. The wifi password was incorrect; at least neither my sons nor I were able to connect. The next morning we found out the continental breakfast that was advertised was canceled because of COVID. This needs to be clear on the website. I can't say it was much better than a Motel 6, certainly not at $100 per night.

This was not a good hotel. It was filled with smoke and NONE of the employees were wearing masks. We even had to have an employee come to our room because the bathroom door was locked and she didn’t wear a mask in our room. Definitely would never stay again.
