Not the best but not the worst kind of dark when we pulled up didn't know where the front entrance was window was damaged in the room and the tub was kind of wonky was only there for 36 hours so didn't really complain

I got my key and went to my room. I was told to go to one entrance, but when I did that it was a long way to my room. The room had no lock on the door and the window shades would not go all the way down. I asked for a new room and they have me a room that already had someone in it. I went back to the front desk and was given a new room that was acceptable. In the first room, before heading to desk I tried to call the front desk and I let it ring 20 times and they wouldn't pick up. While I was at the desk the phone rang and they ignored it.

Cheapest option in area, but got what paid for. Receptionist was extremely cold! Would have preferred a kiosk over the gal that maintained a phone call on speaker throughout my checkin process. If other options, better go elsewhere. Otherwise it worked for a night.

We had a horrible stay. The front desk was unhelpful when our upstairs neighbors stomped all night, we had dogs barking in the hall ways, and there was no concern for customer service. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The clean was not up poor the vending machine the snacks chips all outdated the maintenance inside the building the carpet they don't vacuum every visit I have been there was poor they really need to upgrade the rooms more better sanitize they don't do in the rooms throughout the whole stay they really need to get it together inside the rooms I don't most of them doesn't work properly just throughout the whole building on the inside need a makeover clean properly and sanitize it shouldn't be that way but it is they need to clean and some workers to come clean cuz they do not clean I visit the hotel several times no vacuum food all over the floor in the hallway chips and everything cups paper all the visit there they really need to get it together

There was an awful stain on the wall above the window that I could tell has been there for awhile. Looks like black mold Also the underneath of the bed was so filthy and littered with random garbage. I didnt even stay here more than a few hours out of fear of getting sick.

Check in was tedious, the clerk struggled to find the reservation. We were not offered 2 keys and had to ask. The toilet was not functioning correctly and when I called the desk twice there was no answer. My son had to fix it. Had great difficulty finding help when I needed it at the front desk. The clerks seemed very confused and when I checked out and explained about the toilet, he looked confused as well. There was also no fire alarm in the room it was very disappointing.

You cannot beat this stay for the price - close to downtown, ample parking and very clean. There is a laundry very accessible for guests. Would stay there again.

Refused my credit card because I made a mistake on making reservation and put in wrong month for card expiration. I told them I would find somewhere else to stay. And another guest was complaining about no sheets on beds and filthy room. I do not recommend this place!!!

My husband was a patient at KU hospital. It was very late 12:30am, when I checked in. The entrance was not marked at all so I guessed which door to enter to register. The lady at the desk was ok. My room was in another wing of the building that was a good walk away. I just needed a place to get some sleep for a few hours. There were NO outlets to charge electronics. I don’t want to be unnecessarily critical but I would not recommend it if you need more than an over night stay. Especially for a single women.

Bed was a slab of 12" foam thatat lower at head. Husband slept in the chair ater tossing and turning. I stripped off covers and moved my head to the bottom of the bed at 3:44am and finally slept some. Phone didnt work, couldn't call front desk. Had to go to office for tv remote batteries. No table/chair combo, just an empty space. Stuffed chair and bed for sitting. Toaster broken so continental breakfast was not very good with rubbery eggs. No English speakers at desk. NEVER again will stay there even though its location was near the hospital, our reason for overnight stay.

Breakfast items were very limited. Basic breakfast menu items missing. No drinking water. No hot cereals. Toaster did not work. Pedal opening trash receptacles did not work. Had to request that room be cleaned each day. I would not go back for a stay!!

Lady was coming in my window from outside and woke me up b at 430 A.m. climbing through my window hi on some kind of drug and I called the office and I literally had to go outside myself and we had to get the lady away from my window. I was asleep and that was very unsafe and I paid over $100 for that room, I expect to be compensated for having your property unsafe. I do not want to escalate this if we can come to a compromise thank you.

My room was dirty and the walls. The bathroom wasn’t clean at all ! I had to get my own cleaning products and clean the bathroom myself. Whenever you used the shower the bottom of the tub filled with water and the shower head disgusting !!! Don’t waste your time with breakfast toaster doesn’t work either you’re better off buying your own. Staff wasn’t really welcoming at all and act like it was an issue when I asked for extra towels because there wasn’t enough for me my husband and three kids. The furniture in the room is dirty the window was busted out rips in the curtains the air/heater thing looked like it’s never been clean. Seriously don’t waste your time or money.

Great property in an alright neighbourhood. Close to downtown and lots of other amenities. Great onsite parking, hotel is a little rundown but clean. Bed was super comfy and clean. TV only had analog channels but I didnt spend much time in the room. Will deffo stay again.
