Well it started with Hotels.com ruining by mot extending my payment to the hotel. Now Horels.com is keeping my money until who knows when. I had to cancel with Hotels.vom and rebook the stsy. Horrible service by Hotels.com. I will not use Hotels.com again.

Room was nice, but the builing and surroundings are old and beat up. The window sceens look like someone tried to break in or jump out. Hallways were dirty and smelled. My family did not feel comfortable. We will not come back

I have never left a poor review, but this property needs a total overhaul. From the moment we walked into the lobby, it stunk of cigarette smoke, despite many signs saying no smoking. Walking up to our second floor rooms (no elevator as far as I could tell) the stairway had a terrible smell. Our room was dank and musty. The shower surround was coming off the wall. Our (adult) son was first in a room that also stank of cigarette smoke. The second room had mold on the wall (he took pictures). The third room was simply dank and musty like ours. He tried to go to the gym and at first the staff couldn't figure out how to get into the gym. Once in, he noticed mold all around the gym. I will be trying to get a refund for this terrible experience.

Room smelled like marijuana. It was obvious the sheets were NOT changed. Room felt damp and humid. The pool is NOT a pool. It’s a small hot tub spa used for the summer. Very uncomfortable if there are more than a few people in it. Was disappointed, it was really hot and was looking toward it. Breakfast was toast, cereal and bagels. Soaps in bathroom were nice. Staff very friendly.

Our bed was very comfortable! Both room and bathroom were clean! The breakfast was a disappointment! There were only a handful of each of the offerings….packaged pastries, tiny yogurt cups, toast and cereal! We had to ask for paper plates! Door was misaligned, allowing hall noise to filter into the room. Sink is too low for anyone over 5'6". Bath tub and shower are dated. TV channel selection is far too complicated for the 21st Century.

Truck stop motel, noisy from slamming outer doors, thin walls and noise from the very nearby highway. I didn’t feel safe here as a single woman, I’m sure it’s fine for male truck drivers.

Most staff seemed indifferent, hallways stunk of marijuana even though it was a non smoking establishment. Asked about whether or not my reward points got calculated and she was rude and couldn’t be bothered, as if I was supposed to know how it worked. Not a great reflection on the Wyndham brand. Pool was extremely chlorinated, so much so it was closed on the 3rd night of our stay.

We were allowed to check in early, the room was clean. Restaurants were close by. Also forgot my medication in the fridge and they held it for a week, until I could get back. Pool is small and adequate. Only concern is we left early in the morning and there was a sketchy male hanging out in the back where we were parked.

The room and hotel smelled of smoke, had that old baked in cigarette smell. The counter was in the way of the fridge and rough wood was exposed so you had to awkwardly open it to avoid the wood scraping your hand. The sofa in the room was also in old condition with tears and sunken cushions. Room seemed to be an updated version but it was still cringe. I would not stay again.

My son had a Friday / Saturday baseball tournament an hour from home; so, we were looking for accommodations near the ball park to make life more convenient. My only real positive with Baymont was that we arrived early and the man at the front desk allowed us to check in early. After that, things went downhill. Front lobby smelled strongly of marijuana smoke, pool was more the size of a hot tub, poorly maintained, and cold. Right after we arrived at our room, an employee just walked right into the room while I was changing without knocking. The bathroom in the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room, and the door rattled every time someone else in the hallway opened or closed their door. The AC unit was old, kept tripping the breaker on its cord, and would turn off unexpectedly. The shower had really great shower head with great water pressure, the tub didn’t drain well so you had to stand in an ankle deep pool of dirty water. And, lastly, whereas the sheets and pillows were comfortable, the mattress was not, and it was placed on top of a very cheap looking platform. The room served our purpose of having a place to sleep; but, I would not stay here again.

The carpets thru the motel were smelly and worn out. We left the room and when we came back, they had not made the beds or service the room at all. The next morning we called for fresh clean towels and they told us that in order to get clean towels we had to BRING THE DIRTY TOWELS TO THE RECEPTION OURSELVES (???). The breakfast was extremely limited just some soggy bagels some sliced break and some small size yogurts. We will never return to this place, ever. Also just for context we paid $ 259.00 the first night and 149.00 the second, so, was not cheap.

There seems to be some long term tenants at this hotel and the drug activity that goes along with it. Fights broke out in the hallway each night of my stay. Throughout the night, there were people roaming the halls and knocking on doors. In the morning, there was a drug addict trying to get coffee and cereal. I watched her spill 3 cups of coffee. One guys review explained the hallway to be like the movie The Shinning...that's accurate.
