I was in town for a family event and the hotel was a very comfortable option for a two night stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the heating system was a little complicated to figure out. Also. There was not a vending area or bottled water available. I would stay there again

Comfortable beds and immaculate, soft bedding were the best features of this hotel. All of us slept very well. Otherwise the hotel is average: nothing was bad enough to complain about. Given that the price was a little lower than the local average, I would consider staying here again.

We stayed for 2 days before we went on a cruise. The hotel is about 45 min away from port they did help us set up transportation to the port but it was $80 for 2.

The Hampton has gone way down hill. The chemical spray smell is overwhelming and the carpets are so dirty. Hallways need cleaned and outside of doors.

I realize this hotel is only a mile away from the airport but if you are a light sleeper this might not work for you. The room they put me in felt like every airplane was flying through my room. I asked for a quieter room and the desk people were SO ACCOMMODATING!! The best they moved me to a quiet room in the first floor! Thank you I will be back but ask for a first floor room!

Hotel staffs were very nice and kind. However, Hotels.com had a wrong room description. I booked my room because it says ‘one king bed and one sofa bed’ but this hotel doesn’t have any room with sofa bed. I ended up getting a roll up bed.

Saw issues with parking on reviews and tried to call to get the details but could never get anyone to answer. While I didn’t have any issues with parking I was upset about the price but the did como some days to make up for it. Then got in late with an early wake up and tried to call down to ask about the shuttle and couldn’t get an answer on the hotel phone or by cell and had to go down in my PJs to ask the question. Also the beds are doubles not queens which was probably listed but I didn’t notice or think to look at and for the price queen beds would have been nice!

I called ahead about an issue with payment and the call agent told one thing and upon arrival I was told something else. Then in the morning the next agent told me I owed more on my payment but could not verify. The staffing is very uncoordinated and less than helpful

They have the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Even my little girls said it, we loved the comfort of the mattress, pillows and comforters. Breakfast was very good, my husband loved the omelets and my kids loved the waffles. They enjoyed the pool outside too

This is a renovated hotel however the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Very firm and you can feel the springs. I asked for a topper but they had nothing. I took the bedding off and noticed horrible stains on the sheets and mattress. There is an awful odor in the hotel which smells like bad air freshener and cleaning supplies. It seems like they are trying to cover up a smell. The breakfast is decent and the staff are very nice. The pool is freezing cold even in the summer, so basically useless. My 8 year couldn’t even handle it. The rooms are very small. I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area.

Our hotel rooms air conditioner didn’t work and it was 35 degrees outside. It made the sleeping very uncomfortable. There was no look on the bathroom door. Also there was no fan in the bathroom so when the 5 of us had a shower with no air conditioning the room was way too hot

This was a good stop for an early flight - airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. The room itself was nothing special - some stains on the walls and carpet, but the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable for a short nights sleep! We’d stay here again for the price!

It took them 30 mins to just check in as a late arrival. I called twice to confirm my reservation and no one answered. Once I came in person to the front desk, they denied my reservation even existed the first 10 minutes. Please train your staff more
