The building itself is very old. Walls are paper thin. We could hear everything happening with those surrounding us. It is also pet friendly, which was ok since we brought our own pup with us. But the fact that it smelled faintly of urine and there was black dog hair stuck to the walls inside the bathroom as well as the inside baghroom door (my dog is brown) was a little telling on the amount of actual cleaning being done. I checked in around 8pm and was handed a card, told my room and that was it. No information about the property as most would give as well as info regarding the breakfast times. The beds were small, doubles not queens, but actually comfortable. The towels were super soft, yet super thin. All in all, location was decent to where we were visiting family, but i doubt i would book here again.

Hair dryer caught fire. Shower are leaked. Elevator worked sporadically. Key would not open door to food court, wood block on panic bar was a minor attempt to align door unsuccessfully. TV was next to worthless as its internet feed could keep up. Missed about 1 min out of every four or five. On the plus side the bed was remodeled, the pool was nice, and it was next to the IHOP as the breakfast was lacking as it only offered cereal and waffles, on protein.

The front desk clerk was great. Her name is Mariah. Knew we had a dog and put us on the ground floor. My only real issue was the room itself. They need to invest and get black out drapes. We had to hang a blanket up on the window to keep from being able to see in and block the light at night and the sun in the morning. There was only this shade that pulled down that was white with a decoration on it. Totally see thru. If you looked in from the outside especially at night with lights on you can see everything. There was no table or chairs to sit at/on. There’s a desk with a chair, but nowhere to really sit and have a meal unless you want to sit a foot away from the tv screen. My fridge was wobbly and it froze everything, could not find the temperature gauge. The bathtub is slippery and hand rails would be nice to get in and out. There was no carpet but laminate flooring, but whomever installed it did a poor job and the door to the room was hard to open hard to close, looked like someone may have kicked it in and we feel like the room could have been flooded at one time. The grounds could use some help. Maybe a good power wash on the sidewalks and the landscaping was minimal. Lots of dog droppings. I love the fact you can have your dog without a hassle, and dog owners need to do better but the grounds keepers need to keep up on that.

No smoking rooms, yet people consistently smoking out side the rooms, one room even had an ash tray cup for 2 days outside their room, polluting the entire floor!

The room I ordered and the room I got was different. I ordered a king size bed and got 2 full beds. I knew I was going to show up very late and leave very early. At that late at night I did not want to argue with the staff and possibly not get another room with what I had paid for. The paint was also chipping in the room, the center dresser had sharpie writing on it and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were stained towels in the bathroom. It felt more like a $50 motel than a $100 hotel. Definitely wouldn't plan a stay here again.

I have stayed here for bisiness since 2016. Great staff. Since xhanging to Days Inn, the remode is nice EXCEPT the beds! Thin mattresses, and uncomfortable. The young man at the front desk Sunday morning was exceptional.

Second time staying here, very clean hotel with nice breakfast and large rooms. Staff is wonderful and they accommodated my requests for an accessible first floor room and an early check-in while I recovered from surgery. A+

The two young ladies I made contact with at the front desk . Super nice . No complaints!! Shower . Tv and AC all worked fine . Neighbor was odd to say the least and noises . But it was during the day and not while I’m trying to sleep. But parking lot was full of vehicles that were barely road worthy at best. And my room door had a big footprint on it like it had been kicked in . But it was semi secured and backed up with my personal security blanket

I’m f you book this hotel through Hotels.com they will put you in the oldest, dirtiest room they have. Restroom was disgusting, cigarette burns everywhere. Not good and I recommend this hotel 0%.

Upon arrival to Hotel, it seemed ok. I checked in, went to my room and it seems cleaned. Checked the mini fridge and amount a small frozen cockroach dead inside. Did not think much of at that time, so walk away and went out to sight seen. When I returned to my room late that night and open my door to enter, cockroach crawling on the loor, looked at the wall there was another one. Long story short, cockroaches all over the place, could not spend the night there and drive home for 3 hours as the front service employee did not have authority to switch to another room. Furthermore she stated to come back tomorrow and speak to her manager for a refund which turned out to be a flat lie as the manager would be back on Monday 19 August 2024. Another red flag was the smell of a damp floor corridors. I will never booked a room in this Hotel. Stay away from this place.

Every time I called the front desk from my room no one answered, cleaning staff does not automatically come to your room every morning to clean, you have to ask for it the night before which I wasn’t told until I realized my room didn’t get cleaned the next day, there was a dude on drugs or mentally unstable that circled the property walking all day/ night talking to himself, he looked homeless and made it very uncomfortable and a unsafe feeling when walking out your room. I would recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere else, I wish I did.

We arrived early so had to wait to get our room. Lady at front desk offered us a ground floor room - a little surprising given there are 6 buildings. Room had a bed and a desk. NO Dresser, lounge chair - nothing to hold our clothes. Lived out of our suitcases. Fortunately only one nite. Forgot to pick up a small bag of personal items (tootpaste,tylenol, and my gabapentin prescription. NO calls from hotel saying they found it. They did have a pool which the kids seemed to enjoy.

I don’t feel the charge of $396 for 2 nights is worth that stay. The bathtub was clogged and the toilet flush was weak. There were pubic hairs on the bed which is disgusting, and there were homeless surrounding the area which was also a safety concern for me and my family. Over all I wouldn’t book a stay there again, respectfully.

Overall it was a decent stay. Checkin was easy. The room was a decent size. It was clean and had a fresh smell. The bathroom was good as well and had a fan for ventilation which I appreciated. The TV was nice and had Netflix as an option. A downside was the TV’s hdmi cord was loose and kind of broken. This made the TV’s picture flicker which was annoying. The fridge was also loose and my partner hurt his finger on it when he opened it and didn’t realize it was as loose as it was. The bed was a decent size but it wasn’t the most comfortable. The pillows were not the greatest either. The bedsheets were fresh and had no discernible smell. We would definitely stay again.

Coffee maker was located in the bathroom very unsanitary. Staircase smelled like urine. Room felt dirty. So much noise at night. Breakfast is basically coffee and waffles with some yogurt. Elevator didn’t work.paid $279 a night definitely not worth the price.
