Very nice and friendly

Nice enough hotel just older than Hyatt Places we have stayed before!

This hotel is very unsafe. Our car along with about 30 more was broken into. All of our windows shattered. Hyatt took no responsibility. We were told that it was a city parking lot and we parked at our own discretion. As you can see in the pictures it was a Hyatt parking lot. I could see my car from the front desk. There was no security no cameras nothing. I called the main Hyatt number and was told the same thing. Not their responsibility. Do not come here. I could only imagine what would had happened to someone that may had walked up on these ppl breaking into our cars at the time. Very unsafe!

Every time we left our room, we saw workers, mopping, or cleaning. Sometimes in the hall, sometimes in the elevators, and sometimes in the gathering spaces or bathrooms. But always people working and cleaning.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only issue was thermostat in the room. The room was very warm and unable to get the temperature down. The thermostat was out on 66 but overall temperature was 70 the entire time.

Great updated hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Nice fitness room.

Everything was just fine except for the smell of urine around the toilet. It appeared clean but someone missed something. That is the only thing we can complain about this hotel.

The hotel experience was awesome. Hotel was in a great location. The check in attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. It was close to everything, shopping, restaurants just an overall very nice area.

Check in was quick. Housekeeping was slow. Had to go to front desk to get own bath linens. Housekeeper made bed but didn’t clean bathroom or remove trash. Overall nice hotel.

First, they gave me the wrong room. Second, it didn’t have hot water. Bedding smelled gross. Paint was pealing off ceiling of the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good.

Great stay but there were guests who were extremely loud hanging out and laying out in the halls being super loud. Was a group of young teenage girls laughing and carrying on around 7am in the halls.

Overall, everything was quite nice. I’d gotten a high floor w/ spa shower. Room was clean and spacious

Everyone was extremely nice. My only complaint was the people above us on our second night. They were so loud and woke us up multiple times.

Only stayed one night and picked it basically because of the price and the brand name. The room was nice, clean, and really good size(king bed seperate area with pull out couch, big tv, wardrobe and bathroom) on the 5th floor. The hotel was probably not even half full so it was very quiet but you could hear hallway noise and side neighbors a little bit. I dont understand why hotels have doors that slam; use soft close hinges. The mattress in the bed needs replaces as its lumpy and something squeaked when you rolled over. The couch i was told was uncomfortable. The rest of the furniture was nice and unblemished. The staff were friendly at check in/out but the system was slow. I was told incorrectly that expedia would send me a receipt which they do not. To address the weed smell ithers have commented on. There was someone, or some people, obviously smoking it in their room as the hallway smelled and eventually it came wafting in and made the room stink.I would assume the nonsmoking policy applies to pot as well as cigarette smoking. Im all for legalized marijuana but i dont smoke it and i dont want my room and whatever ro smell like it. I dont know how the hotel should address that. I guess the same way as cigarettes.

BEWARE! This place has no parking. The parking next to it is owned by the convention center and they will tow you if they feel like it. There are only 4 handicapped spots, and then 2 EV Charging/Handicapped in the back. We assumed that meant either, so we parked, put up our handicapped placard, put out CP daughter in her wheelchair and went inside. I came out 2 hours later to see a tow truck pulling up to our car. I asked what was going on, and they said that someone wanted to charge their car, so they were going to tow us because we weren't BOTH EV and handicapped. I moved our car, but there were still no open handicapped spots. Avoid this place.

Rooms very tidy and clean. Maintained very niecly.

It's a nice hotel and only 10 minutes from my customer. However, in the description it said a restaurant in the hotel. When I asked about it at the front desk, I was told it was made by hotel staff and was hamburgers, fries, things like that. That's not really what I think of when I'm expecting a restaurant in a hotel. I had to drive a mile away to get something I wanted. I should have looked into it more. But normally, if there is a restaurant listed at a Hyatt - it's a real restaurant.

It was a wonderful stay. One night only. Connected to Convention Center which made it easy to get to without moving the car. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Pretty convient for the money

Quick check in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a nice variety of foods.

Cold water for the shower service help is unfriendly. Breakfast was late.

We stay at this hotel whenever we visit Cincinnatti. The suites are spacious and we enjoy the seating area. We also enjoy the breakfast. It keeps us coming back. It’s a good deal for the money.
