The room smelled awful. By day two we felt sick and had to check out early. Tried talking to the front desk and they said they couldn’t help us.

Good place to stay, we were working nights and asked the front desk to notify the housekeeping staff to not knock on the doors.

This place is for construction workers and hunters not traveling families. Although our room was very clean. The whole place is old. Very low watt bulbs rooms very dark. Walk into lobby and smell chlorine because pool is right there in loby. Breakfast was awful all 3 days. Barely room temperature and poor choices. Every morning i went to gas station for healthy food choices

The lady that checked me in was very nice but could use some training on showing guests how to get to there room other then highliting the path with a highlighter. There was no elevator and literally had to walk through 3 Corridors to get to our hallway where our room was located The room key card took SEVERAL attempts to open the door. The room smelled like butt/dirty socks. We had to plug every lamp in the room in and both tvs. I went to the pool area where there were several kids RUNNING and a BARKING dog in the pool area. The next morning i get up to shower for my FUNERAL and NO hot water my sister went to the front desk and said there is no hot water and the lady vedy rudly and snappy replied the whole hotel doesn't have hot water nothing more she walked away. I am DISCUSTED and want a refund a d would have went elsewhere if i hadnt allready spent 200 on the room i was in.

Our room was at the end of a hallway, there was condensation on the hall & room windows. We were told that was the only room assigned at hotels.com

Needs lots of TLC. Bed was comfortable. No fan vent so very steamy in the bathroom. Could have used extra towels as showering in the evening. Damp towels in the morning. Good hot breakfast selection. Overall property is run down.

Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were nice and big for my family. Lobby area was clean. Only downside was the pool was freezing. Otherwise great stay, thank you!

Check in went ok but since you didn’t have a elevator I asked for a room on the main floor because I have bad knees and back my friend has walking problems and was told no. There was trash on the floor in the room and the bathroom had no fan. The beds were ok as well as the breakfast. I told my concerns to the desk they said they would give us some money back. Well they didn’t.

The room was clean and nice. Shower was good. Nice lobby and exterior. With no elevator, you had to carry luggage upstairs. The customer service at the desk was very disappointing when we arrived in the afternoon of Aug 29th. Unfriendly and appearing as she did not want to be there.

We booked for 3 nights the pool and hot tub were closed for the 1st 2 days, the Internet, phones and half the tv channels went out the 2nd day with no estimate of when it would return they said it could be another week. Then the power went out on half of the room. The white light bulbs added to the eeirie feeling especially with only having 1 window that looked directly at a wall. But the thing that was the worst part of it all was the rude young lady working the front desk who could could care less when I brought up my concerns especially since we still paid full price each night. It honestly was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. And we are Local!

The clerk didnt say hello, barely asked if i had a reservation loud enough to hear. Didnt ask for id and just handed me the card key to the room. She Didnt tell me the room number just circled it on the map and circled the door to enter at and said park here. Otherwise it was just ok

There seem to be renovations in progress. New carpet in the hallways and some repairs underway. Our room seemed clean but there was a very noticeable odor of either mildew or disinfectant.

There is a pool and hot tub in the lobby. Smells like wet dog, chlorine and mold in the entire building. The door for our room didn’t even have the number on it. It was written in with a sharpie on the sticker where the number used to be. The laundry facility is a single washer and dryer that are not clean and the room they are run has mildew on the walls. I asked the housekeeping lady for two sets of clean towels as my wife was working from the room to catch up on work things and she flat out told me no. Craig seems like a safe little town. A good stop in between places but this hotel is not one I would rent again.

Very old building. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of smokers. Second room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Key cards didn’t work so good.

They have done a lot of work on the property in the last couple years but the building has visible spots that it needs work. My daughter and I enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast is convenient and simple but good. We like the location and layout. Dog friendly.

Our room was a non smoking room but even as smokers it reeked of cigarette although the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was great other than the issue we had booking with Expedia and our card being turned off for fraud from the amount of charges. Pool was great. Breakfast was good for continental. It was a convenient stay considering there was shopping and restaurants nearby. I will say the stairwell smelled terrible the first night and a little better the second but you could tell a dog did their business nearby the door. Overall I would stay again, the price was great and the staff was extremely friendly.
