Very Nice Hotel. Everything was Clean, Staff Was Very Friendly. We Loved The Breakfast Area. Not Too Big & Fancy But It Was Just Right For A 2 Day Trip

Stayed as a halfway mark on our road trip home. Front desk staff at check in was great. Room was clean, but the air conditioner/heater is a foot from the bed. It blew hot dry air on us every 5 minutes all night. The pillows were very small, there were 5 pillows on the bed and halfway thru the night I had to wake up and change mine for a different one because the first one flattened. And my back was locked up when I woke up because the bed was super uncomfortable. My husband agreed the bed was uncomfortable, so that wasn't the greatest.

The tub and sink was slow to drain. The room smelled of moth balls.

When i checked in the lady at the front desk explained that they did room service every 4 days. She forgot to mention that you had to go tell them on the 4th day that you wanted room service. Not many people here spoke good english if at all. My room on first appearance seemed to be clean but that was not the case. Roaches were everywhere the shower floor was disgusting. I ran out of toilet paper so the people cleaning the rooms were in the hall. I asked them for some toilet paper and some clean towels and she refused and said i would have to request for room service. She had all of that stuff on her cart. The toilet stopped up so i call the front desk and was told basically that it would have to wait until the next day. So i went to walmart and bought a 5.00 plunger and fixed it myself. The room keyys quit several times having to go get them reprogrammed. I don't mind paying for the room but if I'm going to have to clean it and wash my own towels and buy roach spray. Its not going to get a good review especially when they got rude with me on asking them to do there job as a hotel. Thats what you are paying for. The room was musty and smelled like body odor. The bed comforter had rips in it covered up by a thin through blanket. If you want to stay in lumberton i dont recommend this hotel i was here for 21 days.

Everything was great. Quiet, restful stop on our trip home from OBX.

Hotel stay was ok. Cleanliness issues in the room: bathroom towel had stain ( looked gross ) and one of the towel was very worn , and thin and even had a hole in it. AC did not cool properly- had it set to 69, but it never got cool. Looks like some maintenance is needed, corner protectors was missing, leaving exposed wall damage, and an unfinished look. Stains on the ceiling, stain and a rip in the couch in the room. The tv was on the desk, which made the desk unusable. I appreciated the laminate flooring in the room Close to lots of restaurants, and an ABC store.

Guests smoking pot, roaches in my suite, mildew on curtains. Had a real nice breakfast spread though!
