The hotel was convenient for our needs. The room was clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment.

We needed a stop midway between our two college age kids. We stayed one night, coming in late and leaving early the next day. The place was clean. Decor was brite, but not anything special. The condition of the room was a bit run down, but had what we needed. The price was probably high at 145, considering the accommodations and area.

The hotel itself wasnt too bad but you definitely get what you pay for. If you are disabled and require a wheelchair call them before you make reservation. They do NOT have an elevator. We were able to get a room at the top of the steps after asking to be moved from the upstairs opposite end of the building and steps. The TV's are not smart TV's and ours was very hard to see. The beds were comfy and we were asked by housekeeping if we needed extra towels or linen which was nice. Overall it wasnt too bad just make sure you request ground level if you have mobility issues. We were traveling with a disabled person and luckily were able to carry them up and down the steps it was just a bit much afer a long drive.

Everything seem sticky and dirty. The smell of what ever they were cleaning with was terrible. Even the sheets felt nasty. They looked clean. The tub was not clean. The entire floor was sticky and like it was mopped with dirty mop water.

I will not stay there no more the shower was not working properly very hot couldn't adjust no pressure to the water, very noisy from a back exit door slamming all night, people in the hall. The staff. Was very nice and the room was clean. I expect to have some form of quiet and and working bathroom shower.

Great place

This was a comfortable stay while riding my bike along the Erie Canal trail. Breakfast is lacking. I found a good pizza place in the town.

Great hotel

Sound. I heard everything. Coughing. Throat clearing. Moving chairs or who know what. And the breakfast was slim pickings. The best thing that Duncan Donuts was next door for a decent breakfast. To pay over $100 for a room and have such poor accommodations is awful.

What was unique was there was no breakfast

The staff was friendly enough. Room was a decent size and clean. We weren’t happy that the shower was warm at best. Tried in evening and in the morning. It was close to the highway and traffic was loud.

This hotel is no frills. Rooms are small and somewhat outdated but bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We were going to a concert at the Turning Stone and it is relatively close. Price was good. Didn't eat the continental breakfast.

The website showed a nice clean updated hotel- this was not that- dirty and run down- the cost -$275 was insane - will never stay again

Staff was nice and very accommodating for our pets. Was disappointed by the continental breakfast and the hallway where our room was smelled kind of like marijuana. The room felt warm even though the air conditioner was set to 65 degrees. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool on premises

The room and bed were clean the sheets nice and clean also,that was important for us we used it for just to go to sleep.breakfast very poor but you can’t expect more for that price.

The service door to the outside didn’t lock. Pool was cold. Check in clerk completely had no idea about the area, beaches, dining, ect. Wish we would have stayed further up the coast. Next time will spend the extra for location and a better room.

No elevator. Did not know when booked. Husband has mobility issues and they had no 1st floor rooms so he had to do stairs. Dirty and dated. ‘Breakfast’ consisted of pre packed items.

2nd floor area above my room was noisy. A/C unit had installation cracks in wall, shower water controls were inefficient/leaked, breakfast "treats " were lousy (Oranges were dry)

A little outdated for the price we paid but all in all it served its purpose. We only needed a place to sleep for one night.

We've stayed here a few times. Affordable and the staff is always pleasant.

The staff were very personable and efficient. The room was good, with a couple of small cosmetic issues, but since I had my two cats with me, I wasn’t terribly bothered by that. The desk attendant who checked me in very kindly put me on the first floor near the door so I wouldn’t have to carry my behemoth cats very far. Some noise did filter through from the hallway and upstairs. Bed was comfortable and the Dunkin’ basically in the parking lot was super convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Very close to highway

Average hotel, clean, hotel staff was good. No problems or issues. Hotel price equals the quality of hotel.
