It was perfect for an overnight stay which is what we needed. The only things that were cons were: the hotel has a weird smell and only 2 bath towels in the room otherwise a nice stay

Two weekends first time same issue no hot water we decided to try again checking in clearly asked is there hot water nice lady just smiles called down luke warm water at best i said i asked is there hot water her reply how do i no if we have hot water and its the weekend we cant get anyone out hear to fix it so we couldn't get a room anywhere else already paid so we wher stuck wasn't offered any discounts and down stairs there where complaints about the water just let it run it will warm up well that did nothing uggg thank you for the cold showers and washing or hands with cold water

The toilet seat was not anchored properly, could have fallen off. The water was hard and I felt dirty after I washed my hands and face.

Absolutely horrendous the property was totally dilapidated The hallways smelled like urine. The rooms we stayed in needed major upgrades our room smelled like cigarettes. no matter where you went in the hotel, it was in need of desperate repair wallpaper was falling off of the walls. The public bathrooms down stairs were an absolute nightmare. Everything was in disarray along with some of the staff. we did not get a minute of sleep in that hotel. It was an absolute scary experience. in the morning, we did explain our concerns to the acting manager, which she seemed to not really care too much. Never again will I ever stay in that hotel and I am going to try to get a refund somehow..

We stayed only night. A party of three. Everything was almost perfect: the room, the bathroom, the complementary buffet breakfast; but the receptioning was poor: poorly welcomed, not even eye contact with customer. Apparently she was upset for something else. we paid for the broken plates.

Great location off the interstate it was my stop over on my drive from Charlotte, NC to Boston, MA with a Cracker Barrel restaurant conveniently right across the street as well as a few fast food options

The hotel is definitely dated, but the staff is pleasant.

Comfortable

We had travel a long way and needed to rest! The rest was wonderful! The breakfast was good and just knowing that the check out was at noon added to our peace of mind. I think it helped us to rest and relax more.

I had a comfortable nice stay, the room was clean and the bathroom was mostly clean. Just some highway noise and the AC unit was quiet.

The toilet is so loud could hear when is flushing from the next room Couldn’t sleep is so loud Dirty ,spiderwebs are on the ceilings

Idk about the property but renting it through Expedia is an absolute nightmare and you’d be better off calling the hotel directly

The only issue I had with this property is that it’s outdated and can use a facelift/renovation in the near future. The rooms can definitely use some more lighting, suggestively ceiling lights as it was a bit dark even with all the lights on. Other than that, it was just what we needed. Just as described. Microwave, fridge, easy parking, vending machines and guest washer/dryer area. The property inside and out was clean. Could smell the breakfast soon as you get off the elevator. We didn’t have breakfast though. EVERY single person I encountered was super pleasant, helpful and friendly. First time visiting Pennsylvania and overall that state has the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Customer service is top notch - also in NJ too. It’s a 30 minute drive (If I remember correctly to Allentown) but shopping, gas and eating were all nearby. 1 hour drive to the Poconos mountains but the route was quite easy with navigation. I’d visit again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I don't know when this hotel was built, my guess is 70's or 80's. It was obvious they've remodeled the breakfast area which was fine. But the rooms, well mine anyway, was just not worth the money. I assume they are going to remodel the rooms but room 408 is vintage original and just way out of date. Stains on the hallway carpet, glued rips in the wallpaper, just gross.

The front desk said to contact you in order to have them issue me a full refund. There was a "clean" folded towel for use that my wife used that after using she noticed had blood on it. They said they cannot directly issue the refund as they were not paid directly.

Great hotel. Always stay here when I go to Dorney park. Very clean and it is always maintained well

Very smooth check-in. Nice, clean room with plenty of towels. Plenty of area in which to walk my dog with poop bags provided.

Breakfast time was limited and to late on weekend.

The location worked great for my long distance drive which was divided over two days. Comfortable bed and clean room. The water pressure in the sink and certainly the shower was the weakest I have ever experienced. Fortunately my hair is very short and rinsing out shampoo was not an issue.
