We stayed in this hotel for one night and have nothing but praise. The facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, but what stood out the most were the staff. All extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us in finding a taxi and making sure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Ilaria and the waiter at the bar. Strongly recommend!

Wonderful hotel & service. Only stayed 1 night so they didn’t have to do much. But when they booked me for 2 nights rather than 1 night, they had implied that it may have been done accidentally by me online & that I would have to rectify it with Expedia, the agency I booked it through. However, when we got to our room (booked only for 1 night), I immediately received a call from the front desk, who had figured out it was an error in their own hotel software system, and told me not to worry or waste time checking my Expedia app to correct it. This was very much appreciated, since we only had 1 day in Milan & didn’t want to waste time unnecessarily checking something, that the front desk had corrected due to a computer glitch on their end. They were so kind and helpful & in taking the initiative to call me to inform me not to worry, that the mistake was not on my end, I could then enjoy my day in Milan. They get a 10/10 for initiative & helpfulness.

Excellent hotel! Great location with short walk to Brera. Very clean room and friendly staff. We left an important keepsake behind in our room on accident when we left and the staff had it waiting for us when we returned to Milan.

At first, we had a problem with the bathroom and went back to reception to change room. The person at the counter told me that I had to come back the next day, with some rude comments and a bad attitude. The next day, we were helped by Mario whom was extraordinary ! He found us exactly the room we were needing.

Great location. Easy to walk to into the centre, plus near Metro stations. Lovely room on the top floor with private terrace. Beautiful bathroom and very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and there’s a gorgeous garden bar too. Would stay again at this Hotel.

The hotel is not worth the money you pay. Check-in was done in a formal and cold manner, without any empathy. Since it is a tourist city, you would expect a map and tips to be provided at check-in, which did not happen. In the other 3 hotels on our vacation, everyone was very helpful, but not at the Hotel Manin. Despite having been renovated, the hotel has two very small elevators that are not accessible. There is no accessibility for a person in a wheelchair. The room has been completely renovated, but to take a shower you have to get into a very narrow bathtub, which poses a high risk of falling. You have to be very, very careful not to slip. About breakfast: the scrambled eggs were always cold, every day, as was the coffee. The croissant was always burnt and overcooked. In short, I do not recommend the Hotel Manin.

The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was infested with bugs. Bugs in the bed, bathroom and walls, even though we kept the windows shut at all times. They have balcony lights that cannot be shut off which bothered my sleep at night. Terrible rooms and stay. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars, should be a two star hotel.

Nice hotel , convenient location. Breakfast chaotic , items not being replenished and tables not cleared . One waitress spilled the juice she was refilling , floor was soaked juice splashed up my legs and dress , she just left it and walked off , no apology . She then brought more juice , walked through the spillage and still left it !

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the years - however, this time I felt the property was in need of a lot of upgrade and repair. The first room they put me in had water damage on the ceiling, cracked wall/plaster and was quite old. The bathroom service goods were worn and faded. The WiFi signal kept dropping out. They moved me to another room on my 2nd day and it was much better - but still needs an upgrade. One of the elevators was broken down (with the panel hanging off the wall) and the lobby elevator panel was taped onto the wall at one point. The rooms are not sound proofed, so I could hear the housekeeping vacuum, other rooms hair dryers each morning and the garden restaurant noise each night. The location is excellent- directly across from a beautiful park and close to great restaurants, shopping and sites. I continue to stay there due to the convenience, but will likely change my plans next time I’m in Milan.

Outdated Hotel. Far from 4 star. Close to €350 is a rip off. I would have rated 2 star. Room smell of sigarette smoke. Aircondition made noise all night. Not clean room. Breakfast terrible and staff did not seem to like their job. We could not sit outside for breakfast because the dove was occuping the whole place. The only positive was smiling reception staff and location of hotel.

I come to Milan 4x a year and decided to try this hotel because of the location. This is not a 4 star hotel. Some of the rooms are very old and some are updated. You don’t know which room you will get. The food is not good. I had to send it back. They can’t even make a decent expresso at breakfast.

Room are ok even expensive vs what is delivered (330€/night) but breakfast is horrible and more at a level of 1 star hotel. Totally unacceptable !
