Worst hotel ive ever seen or been too. Crockroach infested bedding was stained and disgusting.

This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were cockroaches, destroyed furniture, the room in general was filthy, the smoke detector was disconnected… we ended up leaving and not staying the night.

There were bugs in the room. We could see the daylight around the door. Tv didn't work. The bed sheet was disgusting.

The worker was very nice, and so was the security guard. I liked the people a lot. But the property is dilapidated, the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them, the sink was messed up, and the mattress needed to be replaced. It was worse than Motel 6.

There was gum on the headboard and a sticky bugtrap hanging from the ceiling on the bathroom. Good water pressure. Acceptable for a quick overnight.

The worse place in my life Picture online is not real Disgusting I stayed from 3 am to 8 am..i couldn't sleep so Disgusting i couldn't found another place ..all around no rooms available Was a nightmare..homeless outside the door..prostitution..scary Inside the room smell all the room cigarettes They didn't give me another room because was the only one Horrible night ..iweslept with our clothes was impossible take a shower the bathroom Disgusting I would like my money back..i didn't fight for my money because the place was scary even the office..we just run when day sun came out and when to busch gardens We worse experience in my life

THE HOTEL IS IN AN AREA WHERE THERE ARE PEOPLE SMOKING WEED, PROSTITUTES OUTSIDE AND THE ROOM WAS DIRTY AND DESTROYED. PLEASE NEVER GO IN THAT HOTEL WITH YOUR FAMILY.

People hanging out everywhere and the room was super nasty and I refused to stay so the lady became very ignorant being the front desk clerk. Definitely trying to get my money refunded from this mad place. Don't ever go here.

Front desk didn’t speak any English besides the fact they wouldn’t let me check in after she lied and said they were booked at 1:45 pm but yet the parking lot was empty. Only to have me threaten to call corporate and magically 8 minutes later they have multiple rooms open when I was told they had none. Very bad front desk service

AC did not work. Cable TV cord tore out of the wall. Roaches everywhere. Stained up bedding.

Wasn’t very clean inside or out. Had people roaming parking lot all hours asking for cigarettes and random things. Reserved for family of 4 had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for our 2 day stay. No smiles no friendliness at all

Overall it was a disappointing stay. The rooms where clean and had everything I needed. The property needs some improvements but it seems to me like they are working on that during my stay. I wiukd have probably stayed here again but the staff is extremely disorganized, and disrespectful. The check-in process took well over 30 minutes. Once I finally got to my room to find out my key didn't work. I went back downstairs and requested a new key. The front desk tried to tell me that that room wasn't my room. It took them a good 10 minutes before they realized their mistake. Their mistake was double booking that room so it was my room and another guests room. They changed the other guest to another room and I stayed in my original room. Once I got inside I noticed a clean room with the bare minimum. However, the room dibacle was not over. At around 10 PM I hear a knock on the door. I open it up to have a staff member with 2 men asking me if their was any luggage in the room when I got there. I told them no there wasn't anything in the room when I got here. I hadn't seen anything since I had been in that room so I told them no. They staff has no sense of respect and cannot even keep track of where guests are staying and where their availability our . On top of this whole mess I was denied coffee at 7 AM because I was told it was too early. This hotel has tons of potential but it looses that potential because of the staff.

We did not get the room we ordered through the app. The room was for smokers, which I did not order. The room did not feel clean at all. The room was disgusting and the bathroom was not clean.

Area around the property is sketchy. People sitting on the stairs smoking. They look kind of suspicious, they ask you for money but dont look like homeless . room is clean but super small. At night thousands of moths flying around property lights. They can get in your mouth if you talk all the way to your car from the room or back. Its just gross. I don't recommend.

Walked in and walked right back out. Scary experience, not nice service, and rooms were nothing like the ones pictured. Do not stay.

Bathrooms not too clean, that make me think that had to be careful of the rest of the place. Some of the people i/e guess just hung around outside during the day and part of the night. With all of this the rates are kind of high, that's my personal opinion.

Nothing but marihuana smell all night, hookers and the feeling that youre going to die all night

Hotel wasn't clean, room was dirty , Bathroom was dirty , Bath tub water was logging , Towel rod was broken, Overall it's a worst experience of lifetime for us - instead of extending same hotel we had to shift to other Hotel for even one day. Expedia MUST STOP SHOWCASING SUCH KIND OF HOTEL IN SEARCH..

Get what you pay for The room ok internet ok AC ok bathroom bad

It had a bad appearance. It seemed like the hotel allows cooking in the rooms. There was a strong odor of curry. We had called earlier in the to advise the hotel we needed to check in around 1:00pm. due to a wedding at 3:00 pm. They said no problem. When we arrived they had no rooms available. We were told to wait until 3:00 pm or look for another hotel. Which we did.
