Reserved this room to attend my pinning college ceremony. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and close to my destination. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was nice, they had turkey sausage, which isn’t often served at many places. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was for one night we drove up from Texas for a family member’s funeral. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly. Check in was a breeze when we check into our room it was musky and there was an unpleasant smell and we found it uncomfortable that we would be brushing our teeth and washing our face out in the open due to the sink being at the entrance of the room. After our 11 hour drive we were hungry so after we unloaded our belongings we headed out for dinner dismissing the odor and hoping it would go away. Upon our return the muskiness and smell were still present. The young lady at the front desk was kind and quick to find us another available room.

Our stay was great. The rooms and linen was clean and the hotel used Dove products. The beds were very comfortable. Wish they had larger televisions in the rooms. The staff was very courteous, the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

Good sized, spacious room with 2 king sized beds was nice- breakfast could have been better, but was sufficient.

This hotel was very clean, room was large, two king beds that were very comfortable and great pillows! breakfast was better than most, room was a little dated but it was better than some others! when we were checking they asked why we were there I said we were going on a college tour and she pulled out a map and mapped out exactly where I needed to go and how long it would take! She also gave dinner recommendations! Above and beyond

The property and hotel was clean and well kept. Coffee and hot chocolate was available until late night which was wonderful when it was bone chilling could out. It was a lovely stay.

It was my first trip to Fayetteville and the woman at the check in desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. She offered a map and dining suggestions. The breakfast the next morning was great and the room was large, clean and very comfortable. Will definitely go back!

Bed made a lot of noise getting on and off like someone banging on the wall outside. The room was aged and dirty.
Breakfast was good. I probably wouldn't stay again but for the price it was Ok.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The beds were to high and hard to get into. The toilet was to low .It was like a child's toilet. The tub/shower looked old and dingy. There was road construction which we realize is not the hotels fault but just a heads up.

Great stay! The building is a little older, however, it was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. Beds were comfy!

The only negative is that there is only one, very slow elevator. Everything else is phenomenal!

Place is overdue for room renovations. First room we received smelled of marijuana -- so bad, it's appalling they'd even offer the room to guests. Other room was damp, smelled of mold, and the shower was moldy as well. Not worth the $450+ a night for UARK family weekend. They should be ashamed to price this hotel anywhere above $150 regardless of what weekend it is.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite- bathroom was run down and not very clean. Hot and stale upon entering the room. Sofa bed mattress was stained and very uncomfortable. All around not a very pleasant experience for the money.

Very impressed with the Holiday Inn Express. Clean, friendly, safe, comfortable, tall shower head, great water pressure, wide curved shower curtain rod, delicious hot breakfast bar, great location with easy access. My only complaint was the mildewed carpet smell throughout. Lobby, halls and room.
