Had to change rooms twice, as the first two didn't have hot water and in one of those, the phone didn't work. Rooms were clean but hallways and elevator were dirty. Key cards to get into building didn't work well and had to be changed on second day. Only one roll of toilet paper in room. Lighting in room not great and kept room pretty dark at night.

Needed somewhere close for a show at Red Rocks. Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of Best Western. The bed was amazing. Plus there is a 24hr store right next door. It is right off the highway so some noise from that but it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely recommend.

Large, comfortable room. Great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent - room was large and inviting. Staff very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add additional lighting in the sleeping area, perhaps 2 bulbs in each table lamp, as that area was a bit dark for me to see in my luggage.

Good location on the outskirts of Denver but if you have a room on the outside, I would think it would be very noisy with the roads. I had an inside room overlooking the pool (which was closed at the beginning of October), I could still hear the cars but less so. Front of house staff were absolutely great and friendly, the room was okay, a bit of wear and tare but comfortable. I had a king size bed room (no kitchenette) and just for me it was the right size. The onsite laundry room was great at a good price (compared to other hotels I had stayed in during my trip) - for a quick wash was $1.25 but I think the average for around $2.00. Drying was I think $1.50, so extremely reasonable. Parking was great, but if you have alot of luggage you will be making a few trips to your room. There are 4 entrances to the building but the front of house staff will let you know which entrance to use which is closer to your room. Outlet shopping mall is just across the road and there are many restaurants close by - first time eating at Olive garden which I loved (as love a bit of pasta). Buffalo Bill museum and great overlook of Denver is only around 20 minute drive from hotel - great for a morning activity and for the overlook a great evening photo opportunity.

The rooms were run down. The tv was mostly fuzzy. The beds were clean and comfortable. We had our room recleaned and it was still dirty. Spatters on the walls, a big booger on the wall. Dust build up at the floorpost on the lamps. Just an annoyance but when it was all still there after the reclean, we just let it go. The door had a very large gap that was not flush when closed. Left an uneasy feeling however, I did not feel unsafe. The breakfast was good. No ice. You need to ask the front desk to get you ice. The gym has no water. Hot tub out of order. For the price, I'd likely not stay again.

Room look like recently renovated, bit sparsely finished. Could use head boards, Extra night tables, and electrical outlets ( for CPAP use) Lobby building hand an electrical outage effecting the internet and elevator for some reason. Both out for 3 days.

We stayed in this motel because it was the most reasonable price close to Red Rock amphitheater. It didn't disappoint. Was a little noisy close to interstate. Rooms were clean and felt safe. Good breakfast with lots of room and clean. It was easy to get to Red Rock and back after the show.

The room was average but had a tiny bathroom. Our room was on the I-70 side and was very noisy all night. Anyone staying here should ask for a courtyard facing room. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and was well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was abundant. Location was convenient. The big negative was the interstate noise.

The positives: the desk clerk was friendly, the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient to places we needed to visit. The negatives: the pool and hot tub were closed for the season (even though it was very warm out), the bottom of the door had at least a two inch gap—so we had to cram a towel between door and floor otherwise the light from hallway came streaming in, and the hot water was luke warm at best.

They wanted to charge us $25 to check in an hour early. We opted to wait. When we later checked in, they added a $25 incidental fee. When we checked out they said the $25 would be removed and if it wasn’t within 7-10 days to check with our bank. We checked out 2 hours early, but they didn’t offer a $25 refund for that! Lol. We go to concerts at Red Rocks about twice a year. We will Never stay here again. I don’t trust this property. And this was day 29 of a 34 day road trip, only hotel I had an issue with.

We were given the last room on the third floor, which was by the freeway. We could hear the semi trailers zooming by. The door had a huge gap at the bottom where I had to put a towel down to close it so the hallway lights couldn’t shine in. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Not satisfied at all

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean with no odor. The breakfast were amazing more selection and fresh fruit with delicious Starbucks, coffee! They had a very nice outdoor pool. And the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to golden Colorado

Drawers were off track and fell when I pulled them out (I fixed). Had to replace key cards every day because they stopped working. Toilet seat was almost completely unscrewed (I fixed). The TV kept turning on by itself (I had to unplug every night. The ice bucket was wet inside and there were no plastic liners.

This is our go-to in the area. Appreciate not having to pay an arm and a leg for a room near Red Rocks. The hotel is what it is. You’re booking for location, location, location. Their perfume-on-a-pig reno makes it a great option. Staff are great, breakfast options are generous. Beds are clean and comfy. There are nicer hotels in the area. And that is reflected in their nightly rates!

Great location to Golden and entry into the Rockies. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful through checkin & check out. Bed & pillows were good. Hotel needs a bit of an update in rooms, especially bathrooms. Hallway carpets were especially dirty. Overall a comfortable & affordable hotel that needs a bit of TLC in the rooms.

It was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rated low on property conditions and cleanliness because our a/c smelled funky, maybe they hadn’t changed the air filter in a while and the toilet almost overflowed one night. However maintenance had it fixed early the following morning. Location is great. It’s only 15 min from downtown Denver, 15 min from Red Rocks amphitheater, and 1 minute away from Target for convenient shopping for those must have snacks and travel items.

The breakfast was fantastic but other than that we will never stay here again. Our sheets and pillow cases had blood and dirt stains, the fridge was not clean as food particles stuck were on the inside. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub as there was evident scum on the sides, jets weren’t working, and there was dead skin and debris floating all over in the water. You would think they would want that pristine for weekend travelers.
