It was a convenient location for our planned trip. Unfortunately, though, we did not receive what we paid for. The water temperature in the bathroom could not be controlled. It was extremely hot from both the cold and hot water faucets. We complained and front desk sent maintenance to check the water. Maintenance could not resolve the problem and said he would come back the next day. We left st 9am the next day and no one had come to repair the water problem. We had to use bottled water to get the water temperature lowered to use in the bathroom sink. The phone did not work for outgoing calls. We couldn’t even call the front desk except with our personal phones. There was no elevator. We did not get two Queen beds as booked; instead we got a king bed and a couch bed. There were no pillows for the couch bed. The front desk person offered the only other room to us. We checked it out and it had a terrible odor in it. We rejected it. We had traveled to Vineland for the funeral of a Loved One. Our stay at this location added to our grief. We asked the manager for a full refund, and he referred us to request it through Expedia. We deserve a refund. Please grant us a full refund. Thank you! Lateefah Muhammad

The room had a very musty smell and smelled like bug spray also. The second day I realized the chair in front of the air-conditioning unit was covered with mold. So I threw it out into the hallway. The pillows and bed also smelled moldy. The TV had one channel Comedy Central you could change the volume and turn the TV on and off that was it.

Overall the property is in need of an upgrade. The carpeting in the hallways needs to be replaced. The rooms were nice, but the sink needed maintenance, drainage was slow. The laundry room was small, with only a washer and a dryer. The a/c was not working well in the hallway leaving stairwells and portions of the hallways hot and humid. It is a good location with an iHop, restaurant, and lounge. Plenty of parking and convenient to downtown and the highway to head north or south.

This property is terrible since the first day, says smoking free and the room have a strong smell of cigarette, we stay 4 families and in the nights the smell of marihuana was present in all rooms, the bathrooms have rust in a few parts, i stay 5 days thanks to God and every two days i have to go to the front desk reprogram the keys, i have to recognize that the personal was very kind and helpful and also the pool was very clean i get to the point to loose my money and check in to other hotel, more than sure that i never going to stay again in that hotel and Expedia be prepare because i want a refund for this nightmare.

No elevator, the remote to the TV did not work, took it to the front desk and was told no one was there to fix it so no tv the entire night, the front door was hard to open and close, the bed was vey uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Booked through Expedia their site state free breakfast that was one of the reasons i booked hotel checking out I asked front desk about free breakfast she stated we have ihop asked to speak to manager not on premises so I called Parvin about the free breakfast all he wanted to do was argue that it’s not on their site. I was in customer service for casino what he should have done was say sorry for the misunderstanding please have breakfast on us what would it have cost $15 but instead I went away angry I will never book w/ramada and unfortunately I will let all my senior friends that travel about my experience w/ramada

The hotel is easy access off the highway. Easy to find, convenient to get to and plenty of parking. Friendly staff, Easy check in. The hotel is an older hotel. Showing some wear and tear. There was some mold in the bathroom on the shower wall.

This hotel was extremely rundown. The guest that we’re staying, there were not only scary, but loud, obnoxious and seem to be either on drugs or drunk at all times. We had to complain numerous times about the woman across the hall, screaming and yelling at her husband. It eventually stopped when the husband removed himself from the hotel completely. The bar area was nice, but overall the hotel was not for a family vacation

There were so many crack head / homeless people walking around and just in the parking lot When I arrived. When I left in the mornings and when I got back every night. You could tell they were sleeping in there cars or in the grass.
