Very dirty. Smelled like mold. Out of date. Pretty sure my friend got bed bug bites. Would not recommend.

Quiet and comfortable.
Many activities for children
Very convenient to shopping restaurants, and the main parks

The facilities were run down. It looked like it was once a fairly nice property.
Portions of the popcorn ceiling were coming off. There was a bag on the smoke detector. The electrical outlets were loose. Thie hinges were badly corroded. The table was wobbly. The refrigerator didn't sit level and was hard to open as a result.
However, the refrigerator was cold. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well.

Condom wrappers in the hallways, no food for breakfast, stained and broken everything, smelled like mold

Forced me to pay more than Hotels reservation said I would pay on property. Room had sickening stench of dog urine and cigarettes. Drains were clogged with gunk coming out of them. Adjoining door would not close, it stays open, they stuck the dresser in front of it. Dust, dirt, stains everywhere. Place is run down, and just disgusting everywhere.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Is super old and outdated. The carpet was stained, dirty and it smelled like mold. I only stayed for one night. The door and the outside looked bad like if you were staying at the cheapest hotel ever. I checked in late and they gave me a room all the way in the back. I felt so worried walking to my room it felt so isolated on that side on building 6 room 334. I would definitely never return to this place. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair same on the bedsheets, I honestly only stayed because it was late and I was with my disabled brother so I wasn’t going to make a big deal and leave to try to find availability somewhere else. But I wouldn’t recommend it nor come back. The owner needs and should invest in this property.

THIS HOTEL HAD FRESH BLOOD ON 2 BEDS. ONE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A HANDLE OR LOCK. ACTIVE BED BUGS. MANAGER TOLD US SHE WOULD REFUND THE 2 ROOMS AND NOW IS AVOIDING HOTELS.COM WHEN THEY CALL FOR THE REFUND APPROVAL.

Check in took 3 hours to complete, first 20 minutes we were not informed as to why we weren’t being taken care of. I wasn’t charged a deposit because of the wait but they would’ve been refunded anyways, while initially thankful, it didn’t help. The location is great but the pictures aren’t accurate or truthful. My room had ants, what appeared to be mold in the shower head, broken dresser to where it couldn’t be used, cracks in the walls and a broken bathroom door.

I called ahead to say I wold be arriving later than check in time. Very polite stated not a proble.. When I aarived there were 2 people for check in. Waited 1 1/2 hours on line. The staff remained pleasant throughout such an ordeal and other people realized that and remained patient. The grounds need attention as well as the exterior. The interior can use some freshening up. It did serve my purpose. I was by myself but would not return there for a family stay.

I've been trying to call the hotel and hotels.com to see if I can get a refund it took them three and a half hours to check me and there was a line all the way outside and it was raining so I got soaked I got to the room the bed was not made the bed had dirt and stains everywhere I tell him if I can get another room they told me they had nothing available so I slept on the couch until I can check out in the morning and go find another hotel it was horrible I got pictures that I have sent to the hotel disgusting the shower was full of water and the toilet had somebody's number two

If price is your ultimate consideration you might choose this property. The physical state of the property is not the worst and serves the purposes of a place to rest and perhaps relax but it does have some challenges. The building exteriors are maintained adequately but show signs of wear and tear. There is a mini-golf course and a lake side walk with nic views, both of which could use some repairs and renovation but are in passable condition.
The staff (the best aspect of the property) is pleasant and in my observation try to do their best for every customer but in the 2+ hours I waited in the lobby to check in they had to field several difficult guests. They are professional and did well in several circumstances but they need to have more hosts checking people in as it took so long to process the line of people.
The room had a stained and worm carpet that was soaked / damp near the TV by the refrigerator and next to the bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean but not exceptional. A couple of electric outlets did not work. Only two towels and a floor cloth were supplied. The water temperature was hard to maintain and a comfortable temperature. The internet was fine and the TV had an acceptable variety of channels bot basic and a few premium.
Overall it is not a luxury resort but it serves its purpose and if you want a comfortable place to lay your head for a few nihts it works with some minor caveats.

Checking in was a chore. I waited around and had to call out several times for anyone to check me in. I reported to management that the room was musty and smelled of mold. There were holes in the walls, definite water damage on the walls and carpet. Peeled baseboards, No chair, hairdryer or coffee machine as advertised. The fridge had roaches. The drawers were broken and unusable. The room next door was treated for bugs and those bugs migrated to our room the last night we were there. I called and they said we could move rooms for the night but said no because it was only 3 bugs (biting midges) and we would be given only 30 minutes to pack a room for the last 10 hours we would be there was a little much. I ask for any other compensation and "they would have to ask the manager" i woke up in the middle of the night with over 30 of those bugs all over me. I got my stuff and slept in my car. Got my stuff went to check out and reported what happened. I ask for compensation, they said they couldn't but i could call the manager who wouldn't be in until next week.

The room did not have a very pleasant smell, it was very humid, I had to use a scent spray to freshen the environment. Where the refrigerator was, the table was very damaged and the carpet was stained. The only chair that it had was broken where one sits.

This hotel is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Upon my arrival there was police there dealing with an issue. After I checked in I went to my room to find cockroaches, broken furniture, filthy, telephone not working and the list goes on. I went onto the front desk, asked for a new room. I went to that room and experienced the same exact issues so I went back down to the front desk and asked for another new room. And of course that room was just as filthy/moldy and obviously the sheets weren’t cleaned because there was somebody else’s hair on them. I asked for my money back so that I could check out and go to a new hotel and I was denied. I did not have any money left in my budget to change hotels without giving my money back. I was charged a daily resort fee when there is no resort!

Horrible stay.

First mixed information was given about what to expect upon arrival, what should have been a 42.00 added cost upon arrival turned out to be 150.00, the pillows were very small, the carpets were water stained, the electrical outlets were faulty for double occupancy of two rooms only one washcloth for each room was provided, a promise of someone coming to my room never happened, debris was all around the entrance of our rooms human hair was on the pillows ,toilet and bathtub. The overall experience was horrible and to be told that my refund of the deposit would take 3-7 business days, just made the stay unbearable, we left way before checkout time, total waste of money.

The room was run down and smelled like mildew and mold. The bedsheets were dirty and the bathroom was disgusting! We refused to use the shower!

Property is not well maintained. Rooms have terrible smell. Never going back.

Found this place to go to while evacuating for hurricane Milton. Picture definitely make it look way better than it is. The room was not very clean. Roof leak spots. Crumbs and dirty in corners of room. Walls dirty. Broken drywall. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Breakfast was probably the worse looking breakfast and they wanted $9.99. But the staff was amazing and my daughter and I did feel safe. Plus dog friendly.
2.0
Building and room was in terrible condition. Room smelled bad, carpet stained and dusty, fridge and sprinkler system rusted. No smoke detector. Bed was at least clean and comfortable. Staff was nice, but check-in very slow.
3.0
This was a last minute reservation. Otherwise I would not have stayed. The rooms need to be fumigated and the paint needs to be scraped and replaced and the carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced everything in the room stunk of cigarette smoke from years and years of people smoking in the room. However, the bathroom was very clean the. The tub was freshly refinished and sealed and everything was very very freshly bleached. The towels and the linens were so bleached in fact that that was all that you smelled when you sat down or used anything near your face. So that could have been a little bit less.
The hotels.com website is showing pictures of the main gate east like as if it was a new motel and it is it's not a new motels very old motel. There are not enough towels or toiletries and the coffee was not very good kind of coffee in the little mini coffee maker. I think very little effort is made to keep these rooms livable for families to visit Disney and stay somewhere on the cheap. However, anybody else who is going to stay there is going to be really disgusted. The outdoor hallways are were covered with vomit and debris from the hurricane. Many of the rooms were occupied by younger people on one of the couples was a John and a hooker and there were a couple of meth heads nobody in management is watching what's going on in the hotel. Would never stay there again.

OH BOY WHERE DO I BEGIN? The low cost of the room made this a ideal evacuation spot from Hurricane Milton when i was booking, but even I wasnt expecting the lack of care this establishment exhibited.
Our room featured a damaged lock on the door frame, a broken luggage rack that we had to fix, debris from previous occupants (including personal items)
The bed was stained and hastily covered up by flat sheets, and the pillows had holes and stains galore.
Multiple lights did not function before the storm even hit, and in our search for a power outlet, we found unsafe wiring in one of the lamps, and massive glass shards hidden under the couch. Upon discussing this with matenience, no action was taken whatsoever to clean the shards.
Food was of a questionable quality and made made my fiancée ill, and the wifi was shoddy at best.
Avoid this at all costs, even if the cheap price seems appealing. Spend the extra to go to a Hyatt.

Where do I begin? The line to check in was two hours long. Not enough staff to handle people tired from running away from Hurricane Milton. What did they expect? They were completely full!!!
The first room we were offered had soaking wet carpet, which we did not realize until we took of our shoes. After many calls, we were finally offered another room. The carpet was still damp but not squishing through our toes.
Then the fun really began....the bathroom door was not attached at the top hinge so there was no privacy to use the toilet. (I was traveling with a male friend, so that was interesting) The bathroom ceilings and light fixtures were completely rotten and rusty. The phone in the room did not work, so you could not call the front desk. I did not dare put any clothing into any of the drawers as they were nasty. Half the lights did not work. The only thing that seemed ok was the bedding. Thank God!
2.0
Disappointing. Rooms and hotel in general requiring much needed update. No tea, coffee or even a kettle in the room. Bed covers had cigarette burn holes. Bathroom door didn't close and bathtub was stained. Location to Disney was a plus.

Lady at the front desk sent us to the wrong building too, we spent a long time walking around not finding Building #8, only to find out our room 606 was in building #15.
Internet didn’t work. Even before the Hurricane. There was no phone service in the room, like the phone had no wires. Outlets didn’t hold the cord in.
Besides internet not working, There was a toilet leak and the whole bathroom smelled like urine. Bathroom hot water didn’t work well. Carpets were absolutely disgusting.
Was forced to pay for resort fee even though it was in a hurricane where we couldn’t use it. They were forceful in saying there was no refund after I saw all these issues, but they don’t care.

The first room they put me in was nasty and unsafe. I was afraid to take a shower because the tub/shower looked dirty and needed a lot of work. Also, the panel on the outside of the door was coming off when I tried to shut it to go to the store. I went to the office and complained. They changed my room, better, but still not good. I will not stay at that hotel again. The only reason I stayed even after they changed my room was because we were having a hurricane and couldn’t get a room at another hotel.

Convenient location, EXCELLENT staff, quiet, clean, 2 large well-maintained pools with warm water. Park shuttles, walkable to walgreens and Wendys. Buffet is great for the price. Great for a budget trip.

The receptionist that checked me in said my room number out loud and there were 3 other strangers in the lobby. It spooked me out. Also, I don’t think hotel staff are allowed to say room numbers out loud so I was timid that I was being set up. She wrote it down on paper and i’m not blind, so she could’ve just pointed to what she wrote. I quickly decided to just remain alert during my staff and be cautious of my surroundings instead of making her change my room. The front desk person probably was nervous and said my room number but still, a guest’s safety should trump your nervousness.

Hotel was cheap and a good place to sleep. The ice machine being broken and the laundry being gone in my building sucked. Also doesn't help I had no hot water in the shower. Staff was great and helpful though
2.0
The grounds seemed well maintained but the buildings and rooms were not. The rooms were outdated and we had to move rooms because the bathtub and multiple lights in our first room did not work, in our second room the cabinet the refrig was in was rotting from leaking water. They also charged us the daily resort amenity fee despite us being there during the hurricane

When I arrived my door key didn't work. I went to the front desk and the polite and nice front desk told me they would send maintenance. He arrived with a computer that didn't fix the door. He then already had on him a pry bar and proceeded to break into the room. It was very easy for him to pry it open and he had obviously broken into this room multiple times. He opened the door and the room was trashed and no linens. I returned to the front desk and they apologized and said they would give me a different room. The new room multiple knobs were missing on the furniture, the room smelt like mildew, and the room had a hole in the wall. They advertise lakeside rooms and that's what I reserved and paid for. When I arrived they told me I couldn't have a lakeside room as they were damaged last year and haven't been fixed. By the way the lake looks like a dug out hole someone borrowed dirt from and it filled with water this isn't a lake at all. Had to walk all over to find an ice machine that worked took about 4 different machines. The place is filthy and even have rooms with boards over the windows.. This in no way is a resort but hey I got charged a resort fee anyway. I guess that covers the maintenance man prying my door open like a criminal would. Try another place out don't waste your time here it's a dump

Room was nothing like the pictures showed neither was the property! Bed was very uncomfortable ! Room stunk very badly , carpet was extremely nasty ! Kept shoes on at all times ! No wash clothes towels were stained ! Bathroom was not cleaned I cleaned it myself ! Phone didn’t work and only got 5 stations on the tv and you were lucky to get those to come in ! No room service for all 3 days of stay ! Will never stay again

Staff were ok, resort fee! For what???!
First room toilet wouldn't flush, staff changed the rooms well, floors were dirty and had chewing gum on the carpet.
The bed was comfy and location quiet.

Thank God I did not pay a lot for this hotel. It wasnt that big of a deal for only one night but when we come back for our vacation I will not be staying here the whole week.
The hotel is in desperate need for a makeover as well as the furniture and beds.
I dont know what the resort fee is for because there isnt anything more than what a regular hotel has really.
I can say that the staff was very nice and helpful so that is not an issue.
4.0
The property was fairly empty for my stay but they put me in a building a little further back from the front which was strange. The lobby smelled slightly of urine when checking in. Otherwise a decent place to sleep at night. Plenty of food and entertainment options around.

We liked it, but we were just passing through. Therefore, we were not able to use the pool, for example, the space is huge and has excellent parking. Pharmacy on the corner and many souvenir shops nearby.

The room is smelly

Worst “resort” I’ve ever stayed in. The door looked liked it had been kicked in multiple times. Door would barely shut. Felt very unsafe, we were at the back of the property very poorly lit “lake view” was actually a swap view. Grounds were unkept room was dirty with cockroach shower barely functioned the door was clearly broken.

They never change the tower or sheets
