Overall was a nice experience. The property is quiet and the pools are nice. The service was hit or miss. There are also very limited food options and SUPER expensive. You will end up paying here more than you would for an all-inclusive because they overcharge so much for food.

We booked the honeymoon suite with jacuzzi specifically as it came with the jacuzzi. When we arrived we were told that the jacuzzi would need cleaned before we could use it (why they didn't have this ready for our arrival I don't know?) So we went for dinner, came back and asked for the jacuzzi to be set up. We were then told we can't use this after 8pm, which defeats the purpose of us booking this room. After some back and forth they agreed to send a cleaner up to clean it out (it was so dirty) and we could only use it like a bath. The room was really old and basic. Looks better in the pictures. They charge for everything in the room ridiculous prices including a bottle of water. We never ate breakfast as they also charge ridiculous prices for that (600 pesos per person ) The swim up pool bar wasn't open during our stay. Overall it's highly overpriced and was disappointing. The valet parking service was good.

Beautiful place to be with the family, my partner and I enjoyed 2 days here to work from home office, the internet is good and it is also a beautiful place to go with the family, customer service of perfect quality, my boyfriend is from abroad and I love the place! I aspire to attract tourism to Morelos on my non-profit IG page MexicoUnseen, so that people from all over the world can discover places as magical as this one, thank you Villa Bejar Hotel! It is also very safe to be there and closer for people coming from CDMX

The staff is very friendly and kind. Never had to asked them twice for something. Regarding the food you some people might think it is something expensive ordering from the menu. But it is worth it. Everything is cooked at the moment and they make their own bread which is delicious. A really good place to relax

We stayed at Villa Bejar because it was close to friends and family in Cuernavaca. The highlight of our room was the private patio and small garden that was attached to our room. What turned me off was how there were surcharges for everything, even drinking water and a crib! These are basics that should be included in the price of the room. The furnishings also need updating. The room was clean and spacious but I honestly expected more for the price.

We expected more from the hotel mainly about being it quiet. We were in a room in the second level and a lot of noise started eraly in the morning, other rooms closing, chairs being move around in the other rooms, high level music, voices in the hall. In the other hand, we found the people at the restaurant very friendly and ready to serve. Food was also very good.

We rented two rooms on the ground floor because there was a wheelchair in my party of 6 pax. The facility was friendly to accommodate the wheelchair; however, manouvering the wheelchair throught the facility was a challenge since there are very steep cobble stone roads to get to the rooms. It requires a man's strength to push that wheelchair. The Hotel was neat, comfortable, beautiful with trees, palm trees, flowers, foliage and with very pleasant atmosphere. the suits are large, spacious with wood floors and tile in bathroom and foyer area. The room decor is very nice. We used the pool that was heated and enjoyed it very much. We wished management had set the umbrellas, tables and chairs around the pool while in our stay during the week, they did set them up only by thursday, when the weekend was approaching. too bad! The Hotel appears not to have enough room to store the pool lounge chairs because they were stacked up in front of our two ground floor rooms big windows which faced the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise in Cuernavaca. The hotel attempts to mirror a Moorish design, very unique to "typical" 4-star hotels in Mexico. The hotel is different; a small lobby, but everything else is "oversized" for a typical hotel. The grounds are very nice, and well kept. Two swimming pools, with grass and pool service, chaise lounges, towels, drinks and food, similar to a resort. The room was oversized from the norm. Very nice, very clean and quick responding maintenance to a small issue. The restaurant was very nice. There is an outside patio and an inside restaurant. A large bar, all with extremely good service, and very good food. The hotel is not in the Centro, where I usually try to stay, but located close to the main autopista between Mexico City and Acapulco. There are many good rstaurants very close to the Villa Bejar if you want to get out of the hotel/resort. The hotel is much larger than I expected, which requires quite a bit of walking to get to the "main" area of the hotel, but a small price to pay for the beautiful grounds. Our room had a small grass are outside that you could use, surrounded with plants to block other peoples view and access to the room. A very nice touch. I give Villa Bejar a 5-Star recommendation.
