The ice machine was broke ,the sauna was broke,couldn't sit in common area because the maintenance man has to be there to unlock the gate?no pool or hot tub,the refrigerator was really old but worked very well. Toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet but it worked out just fine.the airport was right out our door so my grandson loved it.

Place was dirty, parking was a nightmare, tried to call to adjust my stay and was out on “hold” (they clearly just set the phone down) for over 15 minutes before I hung up.

They have bed bugs on their beds so prepare to get bit on and ripped off, didn’t even give me back my deposit. Tried getting my deposit back after staying the first night couldn’t get someone to come to the front office almost waited 2 hours and still no clerk.

Very run down and dirty. Nothing was in operation, including ice machines and sauna. Acceptable English was not spoken by the office counter attendant, but "impossible" was understood by us staying on the premises when an exta bed sheet or a towel was asked for one of our party to lay on the nasty, crack pipe burn marked, sticky carpet. Our room was also located about 20 yards from the municipal airport landing strip, so it sounded like we were being attacked at Pearl Harbor. To top it off, the tub/shower was luke warm water at best!

Gentleman was a not nice guy and basically took our money for an uninhabitable room. Super smoky and musty. 4 out of 4 rooms smells super bad

Upon first arriving at the hotel, I noticed that the place in the photos did not match what I was looking at. When I was checking in, the man at the front desk did not make the details of my stay clear to me especially the fees, I was unnecessarily asked twice for my debit card after I paid for my room. Once I got my key and went into my room, I noticed that it was very filthy. A layer of dirt covered the windows, and bathroom. The filter in the AC was hanging out of it. The bathroom was filthy including a dirty shower covered in hair and water all over the bathroom floor. On top of the filth there were strange markings of what looked like lipstick and other questionable colors on the walls next to the bed and ceiling. The carpet was not vacuumed and has lots of little bits of clutter covering it. Since other hotels in the area were booked I had no option but to stay the night. When I took a shower the water tempature options were cold and freezing cold. The towels also had lots of stains and hair on them. I was truly appalled by the state of the hotel and the room. I would NOT recommend this place at all. I believe I was lied to from the pictures, the place I stayed at didn’t match the pictures at all. It was truly filthy and loud considering the doors all didn’t fit the frames correctly so to properly shut them you have to slam the door and the fact we were next to an airport. Not happy with my stay at all.

The front desk staff was great, friendly, professional. However, the room was dirty, several long hairs on bathroom floor, smutz on walls……but the worst part was the sketchy people around. I felt unsafe & to top it all off, it’s at the end of a small runway, which is noisy & isn’t clear online.

Bathrooms are tiny. All the doors were grimy and dirty with hand prints, black marks. The door handle to the outside was a pain to open. You have to lift the handle up instead of down. They dont change the sheets often. My pillow case had mascara on the it. There's a 100.00 deposit that they tact on until you check out.

Booked for two nights. Stayed here before and didn’t mind the airport so we came back for another stay. The rooms are pretty outdated, fixtures are old, and furniture is usually worn out or stained. The parking lot is pretty small and gets full quickly. The first room reeked of cigarettes, could see why the window was open when we arrived. We dealt with the smell for the time and left to let it air out. That night we came back had rain so the room started leaking and dripping water onto the bed. My mom felt it though the night. So we asked to change rooms in the morning. Gave us another room. But this room was more outdated. Toilet handle was sticking out and water didn’t want to fill to flush again. The bathroom door you couldn’t close because of how warped it was. Even if you forced it to shut the door wouldn’t open inside and had to use a lot of strength to open. So we didn’t bother even closing it all the way. This place has some rooms with newer fixtures but it needs an upgrade. Some of the stairs don’t have grip either so it’s easy to slip and fall if not careful. Even just pressure washing the hallways and picking up free stuff locally would make this place better looking then trying to force the ugly furniture around in to random “lounging areas”

Room was nice. But bathroom was very outdated and in need of work...had a towel that had a big rip in it, showed to the front desk guy so i wouldnt get charged for it... Breakfast is only cereal and toast, they only had jam and jellies, no butter, guess they were out ...couple apples for fruit and some yogurt... Overall id give the whole experience a 4 out of 10

I’d like to think that I’m a low maintenance person, I was hiking at Mount Rainier and this was the last resort. It was about $200 on a Saturday and I just needed a place to lay my head. I definitely checked the bed for bedbugs and we were clear, but my chair had all kinds of stains on it. The floors were kind of sticky, and my towels had stains all over them, and a dirty towel hanging off the back of the door. It’s also right next to a casino that plays loud music, which is out of the hotels control. It’s just kind of a noisy congested area. The staff is extremely nice.

We didn't get the king sized bed we paid for. The TV didn't work, and they couldn't find us another room. We stayed 2 days. you would think they could have found something. Hopefully we will get our 100.00 deposit back. Will never go there again.

Front desk was nice. Check in and check out was easy and fast. Bed was comfortable. The room was supposed to be smoke-free but STUNKKKK like cigarettes. Also, I was washing my hands at one point and the water started coming out brown. It went back to normal after a few second but it did scare me bc the sputtering was so loud. Good overall for the price.

I would give this hotel a zero if I could. $241 for this room was ridiculous. The door wouldn’t lock from the inside, room was so dirty I sat on the bed fully clothed afraid to fall asleep because the curtains wouldn’t closed all the way. None of the electrical outlets worked in the room. Every thing was unplugged, so naturally it made sense when I plugged my phone in that it wouldn’t charge. 0/10 don’t recommend.

The property was within spitting distance of regional airport so noisy during day. Room had odor of repeated, chronic uncleanliness. Shower curtain was torn so water spilled on floor between showers. Carpets were uneven and stained. Stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned, vacuumed between nights, and towels were not change. Otherwise, it met our purpose because we stayed with friends during day. Location was good, convenient for our needs.

My husband is 70, the toilet is very low. He got up in the middle of the night to use toilet and fell sideways into tub inclosure, hit his head on tub, was injured, taken to hospital by ambulance for laceration and head injury. He spent the night in hospital and was unable to check out as planned because of weakness and dizziness, a result of injury. We live out of town and hoped to stay another day, maybe at a reduced rate because the injury was related to unsafe bathroom. Instead he was charged at a higher rate to stay. Kinda disappointed. We won’t stay again.

Smelled of marijuana and stale cigarettes so for a nonsmoking establishment someone used to smoke in the rooms. The paint was peeling and there were stains on walls and floors. It is not a hotel it’s a motel and if I’d known it was a motel I wouldn’t have stayed there. I felt like it false advertised. The staff was super friendly and kind though. The sign in the parking lot didn’t make me feel safe though with my vehicle.

This property was so dirty. Stains on the beds, curtains, floor, walls, lamp shades everything. The smell was horrific, it smelled immediately like mold and cigarettes. Due to allergies and asthma we could barely breathe it in. General surfaces were extremely dirty, we didn’t even shower the next day due to the filth in the shower.
Would not recommend even in a pinch. Everything else was fully booked otherwise we would have left immediately upon our arrival.
