The whole hotel is run down and everything is outdated. The elevator has an expired permit dating 01/04/24. Our toilet was clogged before we checked in and the only inconvenient solution was to go into the empty room next door and use that one.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this before in my life, it was horrible very nasty. I didn’t even want my feet to touch the floor. I’m glad I brought my own towels and face rags I couldn’t. It was gross. Don’t stay at this hotel unless you most definitely have to.

Definite updates needed asap. Rooms smelled musty, carpets were disgusting and overall hotel is rundown. It’s fine to stay if you’re flying in late at night and need to rest but for the price, the hotel needs a complete makeover and new carpets.. New everything for that matter.

This is very old dated hotel. Sewer smell in the room. Smoke smell every where.

Overall the hotel stay was okay, but there are some things that could’ve made the experience better. On the website it says that breakfast available, but it doesn’t mention that breakfast is only available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and that it is not included when you book. There is a restaurant and hotel share the building. The hotel room was nice. There is a tv, but it only had 8 channels of nothing interesting. There is a Netflix app but because the tv isn’t full set up, we couldn’t use it. This hotel also offers car rental services however, when passing the desk to rent a car, (1) the car rental service man was never available and (2) the one time we were able to catch him, he wasn’t welcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to provide information for rentals. We were told that all the cars were reserved and if one were to become available he would reach out to us, but never did.

The first room we stayed in had lamps that did not work, were entirely broken, and a toilet that did not flush no matter how long we left it to fill the tank. We got switched to another room and this one had rust on the shower, water damage on the wallpaper from the bathroom and even the ceiling of the bedroom. We had a roommate the entire stay 🕷. The mattress was severely yellow and stained. And at 9 am, the hotel staff began to test their fire systems. This was incredibly inconvenient. For a general 3 star hotel, it was terrible and I will not be returning.

The lady in the front was nice but clearly stressed out due to being the only one working, felt bad for her. The room was 2.5/10, glad I brought my own sheets. There was dirty tools left in our bathroom, then after we left for a few hours and came back the tools were gone, so they also went in our room without permission or notice.

The tv never worked even when told the front desk. They didn’t do anything. Secondly, they never cleaned nor restocked the room with towels but other then that hotel sheets was clean overall good stay.

I thought when I saw Windham in the name it was going to be a upgraded hotel, don't let that fool you into thinking it will be. We got to the hotel between noon and 1:00 and was informed check-in is at 3:00. I asked if we could wait in the lobby until our room was ready and they said, we have rooms ready you just have to pay an extra $35 to get the key now. Got to our room and found it to be absolutely disgusting walls are patched and no new paint all over the place, mold in several places. Bathroom tiles broken scratched and nasty. Sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. They no longer have an airport shuttle so plan on an extra $30 each way for an Uber. Don't make the same mistake as us!

Comfortable. Not as clean as we would have liked. Floors were dirty and my feet were black from walking around even after a shower. One lamp wouldn’t turn on and we mentioned it to front desk but it didn’t get fixed. Coffee maker had a leak. Liked the Dove bathroom products and bed and sheets and towels were good and clean. Service was friendly

The bathroom was filthy, body hair everywhere. Sticky floors, and mildew smell.LUCKILY I Found a vape on the floor near the bed BEFORE MY KID DID! Found many hair clips too next to bed. Window was left open so the room was cold and damp. NOW here is the real kicker, they announced a FIRE ALARM TEST at 9:50AM. They tested the alarm for one hour before check out. NOT after check out like a good planner. So I woke up to a BLARING alarm that continued over and over again till the moment we checked out. Terrible way to wake up. This place SUCKED! Wouldn’t stay there again, I’d rather sleep in a tent on the sidewalk.

The room was clean they gave us a 2 bed room at no extra cost. Pool looked clean. A bit old looking, needed a bit of an upgrade but apart from that was good for stay for connecting flight to UK.

Very difficult to find parking prior to checking-in, after checking-in, you get a code to get in the garage. An additional vehicle was charged a $15.00 fee. The garage felt unsafe due to people sitting in their cars as well as doing mechanical work in the garage. Front desk is not friendly and are behind a bullet proof glass.

We were checked in and then when we got to the room, it was a dirty room, we had to go back down to the lobby and talked to the front desk, they didn't even bother to apologize, just asked for the key and what was the name, changed the room number and gave us the key card back. The room carpet had several stains, the outside of the hotel is falling apart and it was somewhat dirty, just not peasant at all.

Worst experience ever. Hotel had dirty towels, sheets, pillows, windows, cups, etc.
I was staying with my son for a competition he had close by and he was disgusted and wished we could leave.
They also has NO WATER from 9am to 5pm every day the week i was there.
People staying in the hotel were suspicious looking, either drunk or stoned or high, and the restaurant/bar was soooo loud.
There is so much else like pee smell all over their parking lot.
I wished we never stayed there.

A run down property. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Room was clean and staff were nice. Exercise room was "temporarily closed". Wifi was hard to connect and super slow.

Water leak in bathroom after a shower- big puddle by the door - weak coffee- only one small trash can - no ( do not disturb) sign - no plastic cups in the bathroom- couch in front room too low to sit on - internet terribly slow

Room was disgusting, beds were stained and hadn't been cleaned, weird stains all over the floor. Elevator was barely functioning and inspection certificate is expired. Restaurant inside was disgusting and overpriced.

Wouldn’t say it’s the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I definitely wouldn’t go back there on purpose! It was good in a pinch. Room was clean but the house keeping didn’t give us towels after they cleaned our room. You can hear everything in the halls, people talking, doors slamming, etc. parking garage is a massive joke. But overall it wasn’t my worst experience ever.

It was bad for me and my 15 year old son.we changed rooms twice and still had to pay full price for smaller room..like to get reimbursed or something.last time I reviewed you guys didn't do anything about it to make it right the room smelled like piss and smoke.it was bad

The shower head was old and dirty. It shook so hard and the water spat out. The comforter had a burn hole in it. The tv was rather small for the size of the room, it was nearly impossible to sit on the couch and watch the tv comfortably. These things but I was told to give a credit card so they could put a hold of $100 on my credit card for 5 days….
