We called and requested a room with a pull-out sleeper bed. The person I spoke with said no problem, we can accommodate. We arrived to find the hotel didn't accommodate.

Very basic hotel, smelly room, elevator didn’t work (free bottle of water as compensation (…..)) parking fully booked (fortunately good option to park nextdoor), single room although double room booked (one free beer as compensation). Anyway, two good things: close to city centre and very good breakfast!

Good location. A desk, chair and bench in the room. USB charger available. Nice bakery smell in the morning. Drainage in the shower was slow. Water spilled out quite easily. Duvet of the double bed was a bit small.

Nice clean hotel close to the train station and 10-15 minutes walk from the old city. I liked the little closet area between main door and a secondary door to the room. Good strong hot shower. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t purchase this extra.

Modern eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Innenstadt fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hoteleigene Parkplätze im Hof.

Staffs are super friendly, and professional. The room was perfectly cleaned. They changed my room as I found a big bee came inside of the first room I got. The air conditioner works well which is rare to find here in Germany. Great price-quality ratio.

Nice clean room and bathroom! No AC. Hot room. Opened window was great To cool room but heavy loud traffic all night Prevented a good sleep.. Excellent location. Near train station. Walkable to all major sites.

It was in a perfect part of town. Walking distance to all the tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The only complaint I have is the beds were very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly, the accommodations were fine for the price, breakfast was okay (though the coffee was much hotter than I prefer), and the location was fairly convenient. However, there were two big problems: First, there was no heat. I had a little switch that I could adjust, but it made no difference that I could tell. Since the weather outside was below 0 and windy (the window was drafty), I needed to stay bundled up just to stay warm. The other problem is that I could never connect to the WLAN through my laptop. It worked fine for my phone, but the login screen never appeared on my computer. This probably speaks at least as much about my computer literacy, but since the whole point of their free service is for convenience, they need to find a better system for letting guests access the internet.

This hotel is not even a five minute walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk to the Dom. There is a park in front of the hotel that was ideal for walking our dogs. The staff were very friendly and we were allowed to check in early. Prices for everything are on the low end (€8/day parking, €11 breakfast buffet, and €8/day per dog) are all very reasonable for Germany. It is a no frills hotel with the only bathroom item being a soap dispenser in the shower. Only down side for us was there is no a/c and the inside of the hotel was much warmer than the weather outside. We had to leave the window open to keep the temperature down and the street noise on a Saturday night was annoying until well after midnight.If youre looking for a good location on a budget and dont mind warmth, this is ideal.

Nice hotel.just a couple of minutes away from the heart of Aachen.most of employees talking french/english. Bed was not really good. Matress was moving down. Overall the stay was successfull.
