Only able to use self serve kiosk to check in. The person literally told me they can’t help
Me. Two separate rooms had hair on the floor which I assume is from the maid. Old room generally.

Room was quite ok. The hotel itself seems to be in some state of renovation.

It's okay, it wasn't terrible but we could here the people in the room next to us and compared to the other casino hotels in the area I'd give circus circus a 1 star compared to like 4 & 5 star classier hotels near the strip. But over all I give them 3 stars for everything cause it was a roof over my head, a bed to sleep on and a toilet to use.
And on top of most we didn't stay in the actual casino area, we stayed in the manor which is like a cheap motel 6 version of circus circus, divided into 4 individual hotels next to the actual casino building.

Nasty smelly room with absolutely nothing to look at, except the other building. The window was half way blocked off. So we couldn’t get that smell out of the room we were in, and none of the staff would even talk to me about it. I’ll NEVER stay at circus circus again.

I stayed in one of their tower buildings from 12.06-12.08 wanted to extend but they told me they don’t do extensions because they don’t have a reservations department anymore so I had to check out then rebook. So I did just that & they place me in a room in a detached building. I booked from 12.08-12.10 stayed the 1st night & was bitten up by bed bugs. The hotel doesn’t care about their guest & wouldn’t accommodate me @ all. They had no cares about what happen to me. I would not recommend any one stay in the detached building hotels they have.

Everything was good, no issues.

Couldn’t move end table due to it cemented to floor. Elevator was not in operation twice during stay so needed to do steps Had total knee so very painful. LOW toilet and to to get on and off of. Just plain dirty for carpets. Shower dripped all the time. No shows on some days. Food places not open. Will NOT stay there again. Andrew talked us into a presentation that was to be 2 hours and was over 5 hours. Needed to use kiosk to check in- Where is customer service?????

Carpet was buckled in the halls, tripping hazard. The bathroom floor needed to be mopped, there was dirt and stuff stuck to the floor. No balcony but a window that needed a wash. Check in is by the guest on an electric screen. Not hard but frustrating. There were employees to help but there seemed to be lots of chaos going on.

Honestly surprised at how disgusting this hotel is. Should be razed and condemned.

Bathroom was dirty upon chech in, ac did not work or have any control, front desk would not answer or assist after 8pm, there was no soap or any badics other than towels and the room was very noisy.

Bed was veeery comfortable, room was spacious and I loved that, didn’t really like the idea of actually not staying in the casino Hotel were in a detached building across the street; guess I didn’t read description right, thank God they had an elevator, I didn’t like the self check in or out (I’m old school) very busy and confusing. Nobody to help direct to the places to eat there in the casino…I find that better than trying to drive around and find food. Some manager type came by after we got into our room to ask if everything was okay which I found nice..they put us away from the casino but cared enough to check on us.

Casino tower room:
Not one outlet in the room would hold a plug in place, we tried several different cubes and all the outlets and the just fell right out of the wall, we had to take turns charging devices in the bathroom.
Our bathroom sink never drained from the first use. The tub took forever to drain.
The caulking in the shower was moldy and falling off, missing in places. Horrible view of the lower rooftop and constant noise from hotel furnace.

I expected more for how much we paid. The rooms are old, smelled off & very dingy. No one checked us in, we had to do it ourselves at a kiosk. The AC didn’t work but by the time someone came to look at it, it had finally started working. The pool, spa & water area were amazing though!

there is no one to help at the time of check in, just machines. My room was filled with cigarette smoke smell, and hot water was not hot enough. Worst of all, I had food poison eating chicken ceaser sandwitch that destroyed my trip.

Overall my stay was a solid C+. Great price Clean room fast wifi good customer service .Building needs updated decor. Great location. Multiple casinos in walking distance. The room and casino was good. Only complaint is the food. Chicken strips look grey and the buffet was bad. Very limited choices hot dogs, tacos, "grilled"chicken that looks boiled. It's pretty bad when the best food at the buffet is the mashed potatoes/ gravy and the instant Mac n cheese. School cafeteria food has more flavor.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and weren’t expecting anything fancy, but this stay was a little rough. Unfortunately, we had to do some work during our trip, but the WiFi never worked. Their tech department tried to help us and suggested we pay for the better wifi option, but that also didn’t work and we couldn’t get a refund. The other big issue was they would vacuum between the hours of 1am and 4am. During which, the vacuum would wake us up because it’s hitting against our door and wall. We were woken up every night by the banging and when we asked the front desk about it, the response was “do you not want a clean hallway because we have to vacuum to do that.” Finally, the hot water wouldn’t always work and when it did, we would have to wait 20ish minutes for it to heat up. They said they would check on it, and I’m not sure if they did, but the issue never changed.
It was our first time at circus circus, and we were really excited for the Adventuredome and activities there, but we likely won’t be coming back.

Messed up my reservation so I didn’t get the room I reserved and had to leave a day early

The building is so outdated, which isn’t so bad, but it was also gross. There was a cigarette burn in my blanket, something hard stuck on the carpet, an outlet didn’t work and the whole building smelled like marijuana.
0.5 / 5.0
There was no room service during the whole day we were staying there so no fresh clean towels for the next time we wanted to take a shower. There were no hand soap or any other soap for that matter. No coffeemaker or even electric kettle. Carpets are extremely old and dirty.

This place is a 1 out of 10. Here’s a bulleted list because I don’t care enough about this place to waste time to write it all out.
1. Removed humans from check-in, it’s all kiosks that don’t always work, need to make any changes, too bad, do it how you booked, it they’ll tell you.
2. The employees there are rude, don’t speak fluent English, and sit around talking to each other rather than trying to help guest.
3. Room was disgusting, entire floor smelled of human urine.
4. Pubic hair on the toilet seat.
5. $25+ per person for buffet breakfast that only has bagged scrambled eggs that they”cook” basically in a hot pan. Whole breakfast was absolutely terrible.
6. This place is a dump, they don’t have valet , parking is terrible.
7. Do yourself a favor, just don’t stay here.

Our room was clean and spacious. There are few electrical outlets, no usb plugs, and the plugs often fall out. The hotel has not been updated in many years, but the price was right for the one night we needed.

If you are able to get a deal at Circus Circus, BE ADVISED - they have buildings out back separated from the rest of the hotel. They are NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY!! They have the lawfully required ramps but had I been without two friends/aids I'd have never been able to open the doors to get in and out. There were also large bumps in the middle of the hallways which means if I was without an aid, I wouldn't have been able to make it through without considerable difficulty.
This is on top of the furniture being broken, the light being dank, the beds being hard as rocks, and the bathroom being dirty. There were no extra blankets or pillows. Opening the windows is impossible without complete lack of privacy.
The images provided are completely misleading and I will be making a phone call as well as contacting the ADA to do an inspection.

"The Manor" is very old, run down, stained, dirty....smelly....no amenities such as a fridge, microwave, in room coffee, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, or even soap!!
The one time we needed help, there was no answer at the front desk. We tried every number available in the directory attached to the phone. We call SEVERAL times at various times of the day, and still no answer. All we needed was an extra blanket.
There wasnt one in the room...not even any coat hangers!
The walls and floors were filthy, stained, and felt like they had not neen cleaned in years.
There were NO guides to when the games, rides, or restraunts were open....we had to try to find a staff member to ask. When we finally found someone, they told us wrong information.
It is as if the whole place and the whole staff were just there going through the motions and nobody cared about anything!
I was very disappointed. This trip was planned for months, we stay at CC specifically for the amusement park....just to find out that the hours it was open were not the ones posted, the cost was outrageous, (on top of costly rooms and everything else) the buffet was non-existent, and most places to eat were closed at dinner time!
Staff?? IF you can find one, they are annoyed by questions, snippy & rude.
We constantly had flyers stuck under our door for pizza places.. now.I know why!
We wont be back.
We have to stay in Vegas again several times over the next year....we will stay at hotels, just not Circus Circus.

Hotel smelled like smoke inside inside felt like an abandoned hotel

The beds were uncomforable the room smell and the hotel was horrible.
1.5 / 5.0
There was a mysterious translucent stain smeared on the bed’s headboard. The bed was slumped in the middle, but was still relatively comfortable. Other than that, that lobby staff including the bellboy provided excellent customer service, were respectful and informative.

My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Here are the key issues I faced:
1. Confusing Check-In Process: The hotel relies entirely on an automatic check-in system with no staff to assist or guide you. Without clear directions, I found myself wandering and easily getting lost trying to locate my room.
2. Aging and Neglected Property: The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. It’s evident that regular upkeep has not been a priority, as the facilities and décor are outdated and unappealing.
3. Unfriendly Staff: When I did encounter employees, they were not friendly or welcoming. Any inquiries were met with indifference, leaving me feeling more like a nuisance than a guest.
4. Inconvenient Room Location: My room wasn’t in the main building, requiring a long walk, including crossing a busy street. This made getting to and from my room not only inconvenient but also unsafe at times.
5. Poor Room Cleanliness: Upon entering the room, I was appalled to find leftover food under the bed and behind the nightstands. Clearly, the housekeeping standards were unacceptable.
6. No Housekeeping Service: To make matters worse, housekeeping didn’t clean the room during my stay, leaving me to deal with the mess and lack of fresh towels or bedding.
Overall, the lack of basic hospitality and cleanliness overshadowed any potential positives. This hotel needs serious improvements before I would consider returning.

I came to Las Vegas for a conference at Caesar palace but I registered too late to get the discounted rooms. Since I was going solo for work and would be busy, I wanted a cheaper alternative to the full price CP rates. Circus circus was the right price but not a good value per se. I felt like the room was a bit ratty and service was not so great. It was ok. The location was great so that added value.
